The chicken was spicy hot, and the veggies crisp. Just be aware that there are thinly sliced wood ear mushrooms (for those that don't like fungus). Tasty! Like I mentioned earlier it was very hot temperature wise, and the burn to my upper palate was worth it when I dipped into it. The portion size is excellent, with enough food per container for at least two meals per entree. The prepared mustard was excellent as well, and cleaned out the sinuses. For those of you that don't like the sinus clearing mustard, mix a little with the sweet and sour sauce. It adds a nice tang when dipping.
