An hour later he calls me back and said that the pedestal washer was actually not something that he's familiar with and therefore wouldn't feel comfortable working on it. What a stand up kind of guy! He did what he said he was going to do (called me back when he said he would) and he was up front and completely honest about not being familiar with this type of washer. In fairness, I couldn't give Brian 5 stars because I actually didn't use him, however I do want to still leave him a solid review for his customer service. The repair was moderately priced and I will call again to have my dryer vacuumed and cleaned.

(They did not know the dishwasher was almost brand new) They called to get my authorization to pay, and I declined to have the work done. They stated I need to pay the $69 visit fee only. Later I get a call from Kate, the dispatcher, stating I now need to pay $199 for cleaning fee. However, I stated I never authorized any additional services. They fixed the problem within 15 minutes for the total visit. There were small pieces of plastic there that needed to be cleaned out and the dishwasher is working fine. I guess I didn't need the drain pump to be replaced for $350 after all. When I called to complain, they agreed to take the additional cleaning fee and charge the visit fee only. They subsequently called to apologize and waive my visit fee of $69.
