I ran into two separate issues: one with a leaking washing machine and the other relating to our dishwasher. Artem was prompt in replying to my messages, and made an appointment shortly after. He diagnosed our washing machine issue as a drainage problem, and also was able to point out the issue with our dishwasher within 2 minutes. Both issues would need to be addressed by a plumber, but Artem provided a reference and so he didn't actually need to fix anything on his visit, but he pointed me in the right direction.
