The new rule of business seems to be not to sell the customer what they don't need, which is refreshing, but- I wanted spark plugs changed and brakes and a few other things and all but had to beg management to perform these services. A 2005 ford freestyle was brought here 3 times in the past couple of weeks. First time on 11/16, they quoted 1700 alone on 6 spark plugs, 6 ignition coil packs, and a 2 year battery. The spark plugs installed are NGK iridium IX they charged $130.68, explaining to me that these are premium and how they don't cheap out on parts and how they come with a 12,000 mile warranty or 1 year. After just doing on the surface research NGK offers an even better line of plugs (NGK Ruthenium HX)for only $10.59 a piece. So essentially there up charging Twice as much on parts alone. Also while working on car fuel pump needed to be replaced because it burned out so they replaced it we get the car back, and not even the next day the car dies on the middle of the road. They explained how it was just out of gas and it was fine...the gas light had just turned on so I found it weird that it ran out. Fast forward about a couple of days later and the car dies AGAIN! The gauge was a little under a 1/4 but the car was completely out of gas. So it went back to the shop and they had to put a new fuel pump in after they installed a bad one...heres the catcher! The warranty was used even though they installed a cheap part. So from my personal experience in dealing with this place I would not recommend this place to anyone. Especially if they charging a premium price, installing cheap parts, and using a "warranty" service to justify the insane mark up. Just my thoughts! Edit 12/16/2025 When to shop because I was questioned about my review. Was met with immediate hostility entering and asking for the manager...I questioned him immediately entering the shops office asking why he was concerned on my review. He said there were a lot of things wrong with my review and proceeded to argue with me over it. The only reason I stepped in the shops office was to have a conversation and clarify. None of that happened... instead Anthony personally argued with me pulling up forms saying that the reason the fuel pump burned was because the car can't go under 5 gallons of gas aka as soon as the gas light turns on. I have never heard of a fuel pump burning out when the gas light turns on. After that Anthony proceeded to argue with me further on how the spark plugs I listened are not better....they are, anyone can fact check this. Then to top it off he threatened to take me out back and kick my butt all because he was clearly getting flustered/frustrated because I can see straight through all the deception (it doesn't matter how right or wrong a person is or is not. You never threaten people who come into your business, keep in mind this is the manger threatening me. not how you do business!) when I left he cursed me out, and that was that. Anthony is a young guy who still has a lot to learn, hopefully he'll learn you can't treat people like that who enter his business, especially if he wants to see customers! read more

This shop came to my rescue! Before I found Lee's, I had some work done by a shady mechanic (supposedly a "friend") who charged me a bunch of money, gave me no records or receipts for his work, and didn't fix the problem. Paul, the manager at Lee's, listened to my story with attention and compassion, and he took care of me! He spent a lot of time with my car free of charge to diagnose the problem, then fit me in on a busy day and gave me an excellent deal on the repair. Had a problem starting the car. They did a great job of finding the problem, and was able to get the part from a junk yard. They saved me alot of money, and the final cost was actually lower than their estimate. This shop is fast and more importantly I feel they are honest and fair. I called about my window, they had me in that morning, they ordered the part for me and gave me the total price, and the part came in the next day. I came back the next morning and only had to wait about an hour and a half and my window was repaired. I liked the up front price, no hidden costs or "suddenly finding something very expensive wrong with the car". I also had two other issues with my car that I asked for a price on. They gave me a quote for both but let me know that one of the issues was not a big deal and I could most likely wait to see if it became an actual problem before I needed it fixed. I really liked that because it gave me a sense that Lee's Automotive was not trying to tell me stuff to get my money. I trusted them and will definitely be back whenever my car needs work. read more

i have taken my cars to this repair shop for the past 5 years. my 18 son's car failed emissions testing and we dropped it off we knew what was wrong with the car yet the garage manager paul took it upon himself to "look at it tell us that the repairs would be 1025.00 and charged my son for looking at it $88.00. we have never had a charge for anyone looking at our cars. at this repair shop. this was the second issue i replaced an ac unit on my saturn and the unit failed less than 6 months after it was installed. the manager refused to honor the warranty and wanted me to replaced other parts that would total 2000.00. and only then would he honor the warranty to the ace if the ac continued not to work. i don't know where chris and angie went but ripping off customers, particularly young kids is not ok in my book!! i will not be taking my cars to this repair shop again. read more

Honest, but either way you get what you pay for. If you want it fixed on the cheap they can do, but dont expect good results. Fix what they tell you and you usually wont have a problem. They will work with you and tell you how to go about a repair that can meet your budget read more
