Some time after, I noticed a small oil drip. At that point, it was never even fully determined whether it was something they did or simply a failed seal on our end -- and honestly, it was probably a part failure. What happened next is what truly sets this company apart. Michael, the owner, personally called me and handled the situation with professionalism and integrity. Because the line wasn't entirely clear on whether the issue was a failed part or something related to the service, he took ownership of making it right. His focus was on standing behind the work, doing right by the customer, and building a long-term relationship -- not pointing fingers. They went way above and beyond. Kia is notorious for requiring OEM parts (aftermarket just won't work properly), so they had to track down a specific part. Michael and his team called multiple Kia dealerships, pulled strings, and somehow managed to get the part the same day, even though we were originally told it could take several days. That alone was impressive. They repaired the vehicle immediately -- and the next morning, Michael and his father personally delivered the car to my house. His father has over 40 years of experience working on vehicles and plays an active role in overseeing the work, which really shows. The two of them together are an impressive team. In conversation, I mentioned to Michael that part of my work involves helping businesses think through customer experience, and we talked about what it looks like to truly take care of people. The hardest time to do that is when it costs the business owner money. This repair did cost him money -- and he still did the right thing without hesitation. I've already referred many people to Strickland Brothers in the past because of consistently good service -- but this experience was different. The fix did not last long and it was leaking again. They said that they just needed to torque the bolt and it would be good. A few months later it started leaking in the same place. Since they could not fix it within 2 tries I was not going back. I took it to a place in Kennesaw where they looked at it and said that it looked like it had been torqued too much and had bent the cover. Now I had to pay for the full job again and a new cover and this only cost me $460 where as Chrisitan Brothers charged me $980 and messed up my truck. I contacted them and they told me that since I took it somewhere else to get fixed there is nothing that they would do for me. I think that they owe me the full amount that I paid them or at least the difference of what I paid at the Kennesaw repair shop and the amount that they over charged me. I will never go to any Christian Brothers again because I have now had another person that has said she went in for one thing and now they want to charge her over $10,000. STAY AWAY

9/14/2026 - Went to schedule an appointment online (9/13/26) for 4 new tires then I get a call…read moresaying that they will not be able to get to it today because of "too many other orders". Ask to leave the car there so that it can be serviced the next day, they were willing to accommodate. Arrive at the location at the time I schedule and they are completely empty only 1 car in the bay and 2 guys at the desk. At that point I realized that the people working there that day just didn't want to do any work. On the website I had an estimate for $433 for the tires and the work I wanted done. When I got there they already up-charged me by adding another $80. "Alright fine" I thought. Leave my Phone # and went on my way. The next day (9/14/26) I had to call them to get an update, finding out that they did not properly save my Phone #. They had it done and was just sitting there and nothing else was done to try to contact me. Then I'm told that the car needed an alignment. I just had an alignment done with Kilean Automotive after getting a new clutch kit just a month ago and I barely drove my car. "Fine" I don't know enough to contrast them on what they know so I trusted them. This was around 1 pm when I told them that I will go ahead with the alignment. Wasn't able to pick it up until 5pm because of my ride. Getting there at 5pm my car is STILL IN THE BAY!!! I was told that it need more time as it was still pulling. The time I got my car which was a good 15 mins later. The dude looked like he was about to break into a sweat with anxiety because he clearly knew something was up-to-standard with how things should have gone. I get in my car and my NEW TIRES are hovering around 45 PSI !!! Seems like this place will hire anybody as long as they can smile at you with a lie. Had I not caught the PSI at which my tires were at they would have easily exploded on me causing my life and others in danger. This place is irresponsible and should not be trusted with your vehicle. Another note is that they had driven my car so much that they ruined my MPG avg and ate up a 1/4 of my gas tank. Lord only knows what they did with my car.

They were able to identify the issue and resolve it in a timely manner. I know for a lot of car repair shops, it often takes days maybe even sometimes weeks to do a big repair. In my case, I had a semi-intense repair needed for my engine and they were able to resolve it within 2 days. As a woman, it is important to me that I am being treated fairly and with kindness when engaging in conversations and inquiries with a car repair shop. The shop was very clean which is important to me since often times, people will choose to wait in the shop why their car is being repaired or services. As stated, they were very informative, approachable, and even showed pictures displaying the issue of my car while also providing the severity of it. It's been about 3 weeks since my repair and I haven't had any issues with it since. Definitely will be my go to car repair shop if I ever run into any issues in the future.

Killian did a great job, but Genesis was faulty on the tie rod. They sent the wrong part due to a wrong part number that they acknowledged.
