In addition to that recently within the last three months they blatantly refuse to pick up the phone. For the pricing that they charge service should ultimately be way better . The reason for my complaint is due to lack of service on their behalf as a business has caused numerous inconveniences on my part. I have been a paying customer for the last five years and understand that there are situations where things have changed last minute, however communication should be clear. If their driver does not want to do a drive then that should also be fully transparent. Ultimately, I will not be using their service any longer and hope that they fix these issues relatively soon so others don't have the same issue.

On a recent trip, Jay's picked us up faster than Lyft would. My uncle had a 2:30 pm appointment with his physical therapist at Kaiser. The only available Lyft car would be at 2:20 pm, so there's a chance we would've been late. I called Jay and he sent a cab earlier than that time frame. We made it to his appointment early. In the past, I've used Jay's for trips going to City Community Services, Sutter Hospital, and Mercy General. Since these places were in the downtown and midtown areas, the cab fare was inexpensive.
