GREAT AMERICANIZED CHINESE FOOD! $3.99 for a two item combo plus rice or noodles (and they'll fill that styrofoam container up to the roof!). Much better tasting and priced than Panda Express or the 99 Ranch hot deli. The food's not particularly greasy either. My standard: Fried rice with hunan chicken and lemon chicken. Makes you wish you went to Panda Express , quality is overall cheap and bland tasting food

This place at first didn't intrigue me....but my parents started buying food here when they didnt feel like cooking for lunch or dinner. My go to spot for Chinese food was China Delights, which is still good in my eyes. BUT....Lee's Garden is growing on me. They have good dishes, they are super friendly and they give HUGE portions! My husband and I ordered a huge catering order, the day before and they had it ready, before the time that we expected it the next day. It was hot, and we couldn't have been happier with the tray portions that they gave us =) They even offered to help carry everything into our car. I tried to lift a couple things, and someone else from the restaurant took my tray each time =) The owner even offered me and my husband free food portions to show her appreciation. They are great and I will continue coming to them as long as they are here =) Chinese food couldn't get better then this! read more

A friend told me about Lee's Garden so I decided to give it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised! Of course you have to put things into perspective. This is a Chinese, steam table, take-out joint. Not a dim sum or szechuan or noodle house. That being said, for a weekday take home, this place is as good as any in the area. Your typical 2-4 item combos with rice and/or chow mein in a styrofoam box. But the items are really tasty and very generous. Most dishes have lots of veggies and you can order a wonton soup too. The service is quick and everything is fresh and hot if you come during prime time. This little joint is a great deal for the price. You can easily feed four people for under twenty bucks. Its very similar with Panda express (minus the orange chicken)- its cheap, greasy, and delicious - nothing extra ordinary but still very good. I always order the 3 combo meal. We go here often as a family for take out because it's super authentic and cheap. We constantly make sure to get the chow fun and sesame chicken. The fried fish is also pretty good. The portion sizes are HUGE. Seriously, the lady smashes the food into the containers until it's probably seeping out of the sides. But hey, can't complain about all the excessive leftovers! Lol We get trays for parties and stuff like that and that is also really cheap. I recently ordered a small tray of chicken chow mein for $16! Ridiculously cheap!! The food does not look fresh, they stir it up a lot to make it not look like it hasn't been sitting for a long time. I ask the lady a question, she could not answer didn't speak any english so I left. It always looks empty when I go there, there's a lady always sitting by the went snapping peas that's a turn off to me she needs to do that in the kitchen and not out in the open where customers can see. read more

My parents love to go to this place because it's a convenient stop after shopping at the international market in the same plaza. But it's about the worst Chinese food I've ever tried. The noodles are oily and tasteless and the sweet and sour chicken, or whatever fried sweet meat (?) seemed like it had been re-fried several times... from the day or day before? I've came here a few times. I realized they steal money by adding a few dollars in onto your total. Before they didn't give the option to tip but just went ahead and tipped themselves. Now, they gave a choice to tip, but secretly already tipped themselves. You can add up your total and even put in tax. You'll see what I mean. My order was $15 but charged $25. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I was sick at home when I ordered delivery of fried rice (an order of more than $20, waited 40 minutes- they promised 20 minutes- AND they delivered noodles instead of rice. When I called them, a woman with a heavy accent answered and pretended she does not understand me/English. You do get a lot of food for the price. The food is okay, not great. The chow mein and fried rice are like swimming in oil. Okay, I exaggerated a bit. But, if you only know what they say about you in Chinese. My problem with them is that a friend of mine ordered a combo and picked the chow mein. Instead of mixing up the broken left over chow mein and the newly cooked chow mein which lay visible bellow it, they gave him all the broken chow mein. Another time, my friend ordered just egg rolls and asked for sauce and they frowned at it, they gave him 2 small container for 6 eggs roll and when he asked for one more she gave him and cursed him in Chinese while she walked away. I admit they do give you a lot of food for the price. But that's about it. I even saw that cashier, the older of the two, dropped some containers' lids on to the ground and she picked it up and put it back on the shelf. I've been occasionally going to Lee's garden for about 3 years now and never experienced any problems until yesterday. Yes, they pack the to-go boxes 3x the size of Panda Express' boxes, but yesterday I ordered chowmein, hunan chicken, beef chow fun and some pot stickers and now this morning I have been SICK TO MY STOMACH! I know it was their food because my father also had some of my left overs. We have been so sick all morning and it is NOT pleasant. After coming here so much, I never thought this would happen. Do NOT come here! The staff is also rude and had me waiting for 10 minutes before I could order and they were just standing around or eating at the tables. Bad service, and bad food. :( read more

I love this place. Chow mein cooked perfectly and their fried rice is too. not soggy nor hard. ! Their Mongolian beef is good! its delicious! Also, their spareribs are to die for!!!!! Love it. They're competing against Asia Delight: Chinese Food right across the block, which isn't good because that restaurant has bigger portion sizes for less money. Rude cashiers they carried on with personal conversations in loud tones. I had to repeat my order several times . Food was horrible.
