Yes!!! Finally a laundromat that doesn't mess up my clothes. They use card system, so no more coin exchange and running short on single dollar bills so u have to change the $5 and get stuck with bunch of change. Just deposit as much cash as needed onto their store card and keep what's left for the next wash. Conveniently located next to Safeway and some other stores so u can go grocery shopping at the same time. The price is slightly higher then at a regular laundromat but it's well worth it. This place is very large and clean. The medium/large washers are 4.75 a load. Seems expensive to me, but I need a very large/heavy blanket washed. The woman who helped me get the card needed for each machine seemed annoyed that I have never been through this process before. I think it is thievery to charge a dollar for cards to use your machines. Especially since that dollar is not loaded onto the cards. read more

What happen to the regular coin system? This place requires that you use a card for their washers and dryers which you must pay for. There are not enough laundry carts for the amount of patrons and the laundry carts are so small that you can't even fit a regular size laundry basket in them. 5 stars because it is "as good as it gets" in Hayward. This is probably the best laundromat you will find in this area. It is clean, there are always plenty of carts, dryers, and washers, and it is very well lit. I have never seen the staff just sitting around doing nothing - someone is always busy wiping down machines, sweeping the floors, or attending to customers. The employees are not necessarily approachable, but they seem to try their best to do what they can to help their customers. AS FOR DINA P.'S COMMENT about them being rude to "late-laundry-doers": They are just doing their job and I know it seems a little ridiculous to cut you off at around 9pm when they close at 11pm, but they work there enough to know that 99.9% of customers will take longer than that to finish their laundry - so cut them some slack unless you want to go to a shady, dirty 24 hour laundromat with absolutely no customer service. read more

Great laundromat. I love that it uses cards, but unfortunately we cannot add money to it via credit card, but only cash. Very clean, great machines. I took off a star because there were a lot of unruly children running around the place. They habitually almost ran into me and the parents wouldn't and couldn't control them. Very clean and large . Nice amenities include wifi , a card system (no coins needed ) and helpful staff . I arrived and was reading about how the card system worked, and within a minute or two, someone was there to help without my having to ask. They were running a promotion so that if you put $20 on your card , you got $22 in value . This offset the $1 cost of the card and still left me a dollar ahead . read more

Came here on a Sunday evening wasn't too bad as usual until I encountered what she says her name was LINDA very rude when asked questions about a washer and then accused my child of not paying for a 50cent pack of gum out of the vending machine when she tried to buy gum and it worked. I explained this sometimes happens with vending machines where you pay for something and don't get the product because it becomes stuck. Needless to say I won't be visiting this location anymore because of her and I'll continue to deal with the abundance of people at the Hesperian location or take my business elsewhere. read more

This place is so cute... in the day time. I always get uncomfortable doing my laundry at night. Horror movies and such. But anyway, this place is privately owned with the same people as, you guessed it, Lee's sandwiches. I love this laundromat! !! Its always clean and there are always people there making sure things are in order. They use the card system here which its really nice; you load cash onto your card a nd stick the card in the washers and dryer. I love this because I used to hate having all that extra change in ny pocket after I wash. They have an atm machine, a mini store with all your laundry needs, and a marry go round for the children. There are a lot of washers and dryer so you never have to wait on anyone to get their clothes out. Yes! They also have free WiFi so I usually do my homework their while I wait for my clothes to be done. There's a nice size parking lot so you don't have to drive around looking for parking. I also love the fsct that they have carts outside along the wall, just incase you need one bringing your clothes in. There an abundance of everything here. Out of all of the laundromats in the area, this is my go to. There are tons of machines of various sizes available. The dryers are large and can fit a few loads worth of clothes. The staff are always walking around sweeping and making sure the place is kept clean. I've never had a problem finding an open washer, even on the weekends. Only annoying things are their lack of laundry carts and all of the bratty, screaming kids that come here with their parents. Parents/guardians, please discipline your kids! This isn't your house or a playground. :P read more

I really like this laundromat, Super clean Not hot inside and free wireless internet. They also had two large flat screen tvs and a merry go round for the kids. This place is state of the art and not the old laundromat that is up the street. you have to buy an card which is 1 dollar and then add you $$ to it to wash. I didn't like that I had to pay for the card in order to wash so that's why I did not give them 5 stars. I not sure about the prices because I don't go to laundromat much, I only go to wash my large bedding. read more

Overall this place is relatively clean with some affordable snack machines in the back, my biggest annoyance are the kids who run rampant here. There are a variety of machines, several tvs and vending machines. Always a pleasure to come here. This was the first time that i visited this business.. Like other reviews have mentioned there are a lot of different size washers first Star! Its really convenient in the sense that no coins are required! There are also machine that can break your bills! 2nd star They also had plenty of seat to wait for your machine to finish and some vending machine 3rd star! Now the down side: A drier was a little more difficult to come buy. I noticed people were using multiple driers for one load. When I put my own blanket to dry I set about 1 30 min of time and there were still some areas that were a little damp. Overall I would give this place another chance. Maybe use the jumbo drivers if i went at a time that not so many people were present. read more

This was the first laundromat I found seeing as I'm new to the area. It is well maintained and clean. The staff I've encountered was nice enough and responded quickly whenever I needed help. I've been here a few times and the only reason I won't give it 5 stars is because the dryers are such a pain! I have to separate my loads into smaller ones so they will dry thoroughly. I spend more time drying there than anything else. Overall, it's not bad, but those dryers need some work. read more

I was very impressed with the facility. It is very high tech. the customer service was 100%. My advice is please check out the different washers. The washers come in different sizes, the continental, magumn, mega, tripple, double, and the least is the maytag. you can decide which washer to use depending on the amount of clothes you have to wash. the prices varies depending on the size of the washer. secondly this facility has a vending machine that issues a laundry card. the vending machine is similar to the ones used at Bart station. the facility has an ATM and it charges you a $1 fees. the most important thing i like about Lee's laundromat is that you don't have to worry about quarters everything is at your convience. Great place! Large, well-lit, a zillion machines, tons of vending machine, good seating and a large window to buy soap and whatever else you might have forgotten to bring. Only disadvantage is that they require a card, which costs $1, to use the machines. Just be sure to keep that card for future visits! Definitely not your typical run-down laundromat. read more

Great laundromat. Dryers and washers are great to use. I have come multiple times but there this is older lady who usually works the night shift. She is REALLY unpleasant , she once blamed me and my boyfriend for breaking a washer. She DID NOT REFUND THE MONEY BACK. Great place but she NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. I never seen the manager here neither I would love to speak with him to this unique individual. I have spoken with other people who come and some agree with me about her. read more

its always clean and has the mega size washer and dryers i love those units as a guy i just throw everything in one giant load lol and use anti color spread detergents and yup whites and all colors even sheets and bead spreads no issue at all. plus they have wifi and its okay so u can come and do some homework and multitask, plenty of units and the coolest thing no more coins just use there lees card and saves my pockets some money too. put 20 get 22 so that a free dryer for me. i normaly spent about 45-50 every three months but now i spend about 20-35 every three months yes i own a lot of clothes. read more
