Nice place. They give personal attention to their clients. I love the manicures I get there.

These ladies know nails. And most importantly, they keep the place clean and the tools sterile. That has always been a big concern for me.

I have been a loyal customer of this salon for over five years, and unfortunately, my experience…read morehas steadily declined. One of the biggest issues has been trying to schedule appointments with the nail technician I request. It has consistently been more difficult than it should be, despite my being a long-time customer. I shouldn't have to fight to book with the technician I prefer. I've also had multiple experiences where my nails looked fine when I left the salon, but by the time I reached my destination, the polish wasn't fully dry or something had already been damaged. When I returned to have the issue corrected, I was often made to feel like I was inconveniencing the staff. The reality is, if the service had been done properly the first time, I wouldn't have had to come back. Another concern has been the level of customer service. On several occasions, the manager, Vicky, has come across as dismissive, unprofessional, and unnecessarily confrontational in her interactions with customers. The way concerns are communicated matters just as much as the resolution itself. In contrast, Joyce has consistently demonstrated a much more professional, respectful, and courteous approach. Even when addressing an issue, her delivery reflects good customer service, and that difference is noticeable. I also find it unprofessional when staff members begin speaking in another language while actively addressing a concern that involves me, especially without including me in the conversation. I understand that employees may naturally speak their preferred language with one another. However, when it happens during a customer interaction, it can make a customer feel excluded and leave the impression that they are being discussed. Whether or not that is the case, it creates an uncomfortable experience and does not reflect the level of professionalism I expect as a paying customer. I've also noticed that some customers appear to receive a different level of treatment than others. Every paying customer deserves the same respect, attention, and professionalism. I work hard for my money, and I have every right to advocate for the service I want. Asking for quality work and respectful customer service should never be treated as a problem. After five years of supporting this business, I've decided to take my business elsewhere. Loyalty should be appreciated, not taken for granted. I no longer feel valued as a customer, and I would rather spend my money at a business where professionalism, consistency, and customer service are priorities.

I specifically said that I wanted my nails done first because if theres no time, at least I got my nails done. She insured that she could do both. Mind you thanksgiving is tomorrow and I am crunched for time as well. After shes done with my nails her client comes and says that she couldn't do my nails. But this is not the only thing that turned me off from this place. There was a MAGGOT on my damn sock before I was about to put it on. I am beyond grossed out and will never return to this place. Poor customer service and poor cleanliness of the place.

So all my ladies know how risky it is to try out a new salon on a whim but I was pressed for time…read moreyesterday and tried my odds. This place didn't disappoint. Ok to be honest when I walked in a was like "Aww shxt, Marie, what did you get yourself into" -- I was nervous but this pedicure had to be had. (I also just stopped in the place across the street in the shopping center which was filthy and gross so this was kinda my last option.) Anyways it doesn't look like your typical nail salon, I guess they also do hair here and sell different items. There were two ladies working, both very nice. The list of services was lacking and I normally get a spa pedicure but she thought on her feet and invented one (Pedicure, Gel soak, and 10min massage for $30 -- regular pedicure is $17) There is a huge selection of colors but it seems like many of them will cost you an additional $2/$3. I was seated right away and the pedicure was pretty good. She clearly didn't have much practice giving massages but she was very thorough otherwise and I left satisfied. If you're looking for the "spa experience" like I often am, I'd skip this place but otherwise I would recommend. If I'm short on time and in the area I would return here.
