I had the most embarrassing experience! I went to a different tech to get my normal fill. I asked to use the same color I normally get and the tech got mad, starting yelling and screaming at the other techs and then turned her yelling on me. There was a salon full of other customers and they just stared in disbelief, one customer said, "this is a place to come relax, not hear yelling!" That didn't stop the lady and she continued yelling as I sat down at another chair. The worst part was that I had no choice but to finish because this was my only free time to get my nails done before I traveled for work. I had to sit there another hour embarrassed, uncomfortable, and mad as people continued to stare and talk about the incident. Turns out the lady yelling was the owner! How does an owner of an establishment think it's ok to treat her customers like that. I pay a minimum of $70-$100 every time I go and that's how I'm treated? The gentlemen there do such a great job with their customer service and nail work. Now I have to find a new place to go because I refuse to give my money to anyone that acts that way. The worst service I've ever had. I needed one nail repaired and the design matched which I articulated before I ever sat down. It was a rounded V French. They said they could do it and said $5 then came back and quoted $10.okno no problem​​​. The woman messed up my nail 3 times and said this is the best I can do. One week after getting dipped nails for my wedding, I started to see darkening The black area around my nail beds and under my nails that I can't seem to get off appears to be a fungal infection. I've never had this before, but I had some concerns after feeling that the salon practices weren't that hygienic... I chipped off the end and will now soak them off myself, but heres the evidence of fungus in between the acrylic and my thumb nail. Additionally, I got the worst pedicure I've ever had at the same time. The owner is more concerned with quantity than quality and tries to see too many clients with too few staff. I'm not going back. I went to this salon and the person that was doing my nails kept moving my hand and telling me to relax but I already was. He was doing good on the white lines that were supposed to be on my nails but when he got to the black lines it got me mad. he made them different levels of thickness. some of my nails are even crooked. he left extra bumps on my nails even. if you had a good experience then lucky for you but if you haven't gone then I don't recommend it. While getting a pedicure, that i paid 30 dollars for, they didn't give me a massage and when i asked they got very rude and tried to say they did it. Afterwards for my gel manicure i asked for my nails to be cut to be even, she rudely told me no so now my nails are uneven. My friend i went with got acrylic nails and when he said he was "done" her nails are still transparent. She asked him to put more coats of polish on so it didn't look transparent and he looked at her and laughed. We got in the Pedi chairs around 10:30, but I still had to wait another 20 minutes for the female staffer to arrive. We are very good tippers when it comes to service, and their Customer Service was very offensive and web were extremely disappointed with their work. My granddaughter and I had a 2:45 appt for pedicures. We arrived at 2:30. By 3:45 no one had even acknowledged us being there so I went up to a technician and asked. She said we were next. Another 15 mins went by and they finally called us back to the pedicure room. I explained that due to the long wait we would only have my granddaughter done. DO NOT GO HERE! The utensils were not cleaned so I asked them to clean them. Then, while I was under the dry lamp/table I went to pull my hand out and burned my hand. No problem mistakes happen but my hand was literally sizzling, so I asked for help and the lady at the front desk nastily said, " What do you want me to do?!" I asked if she had any ice or a cold cloth, she said no, but you can rinse your hand over there and pointed to the sink. When I asked the manager what she planned on doing, not only about the burn but the disgusting attitude of the secretary her response was I'll take 10%off. I asked, Do you think that's reasonable given there was no sign warning to be careful of the sizzling hot lamps or that her employee refused to help me? It clearly had better staff back then they were more professional they were more courteous and they welcomed you when you came into the shop. On 9/22 I had an appointment at 6 p.m.... Went to get a full set put on, was told to sign in. 3 others ladies came in after me for pedicures and was told to go to the pedicure bowls. Just tried Lee's nails for the first time based on a friend's recommendation. Despite the 2 stars on yelp, I gave them a chance. I had gotten my nails done on vacation and needed a fill. After Tony saw them he asked if I did them myself and said he needed to soak them off to avoid infection. I trusted him, soaked them off and did a new set. They turned out beautifully and the price was just right. Annie, the nail assistant, helped removed the nails. Super friendly. Glad I found a decent nail place close to home. I got in the chair & noticed the attitude from the older lady with graying hair but i asked for my acrylics to remain coffin shaped & she began. My sister came for a pedicure & when she finished the tech wasn't even half done with my medium length nails. IT TOOK ALMOST 2 HRS for her to do a fill & regular polish. But to make matters worse, she sighed a lot, cut up my cuticles, & even charged me extra for choosing 5 different colors for each nail. I was talking with my sister, and probably should have been paying better attention, but before I knew it, he had cut my nails down to the nub! I was screamed at, they did a horrible, horrible, horrible job painting my nails. I asked for the lady to fix it properly bc I was paying for a service that was not done correctly. She was in my face yelling at me, I asked her to walk away and please get the manager. She applied the polish way too thick and all I wanted was for it to be even and not all over my skin. They told me that the manager was out of town and would not give me their names. I even threaten to call the cops.I found out when leaving that the white that they painted my nails with was a color changing polish and my white nails turn yellow in the sun. I demanded politely that they take it off and not charge me or just change the color. He told me it would be six dollars to fix it. They did nothing to resolve the issue, the man running the operation then flicked me off when I left. I will be calling the better business bureau. I will never step foot into Lee nails again and I recommend you doing the same. I was in the pedicure chair for ten minutes without anyone even greeting me, the lady who helped me was mad the entire time and yelling in Chinese at her fellow co workers. I went to Lee's for almost a year and 2 weeks before my wedding I called to make an appointment like I always do they tell me my nail guy (Lee) the only person there that has ever done my nails no longer works there and they wouldn't tell me where he went :( so I go in anyways to get my fill, Steven does my nails and half way threw I tell him that they are all different lengths he tells me he will fix them, then he begins to polish my nails with out fixing them and tells me 'real nails aren't all the same length' at that point I was done and told him just to hurry up and polish them so I could leave....I refuse to ever go back there and am still in search of Lee :( read more
