Wow this was a last minute pedicure before I go out of town and this was the only place I found open. This was a weird experience because half way into the pedicure she kept talking out loud to herself and mentioning people coming over and passing. That no one is home she left a note for her family just very weird, she basically washed my feet and applied all these different products because I requested a deluxe pedicure. She barely did anything no clipping and it was just the two of us. I went in Sunday August 13th. Service,quality and everything was terrible... first time I've had my nails done in 2 years I showed her the first photo was what I wanted the second two are what I received.. she did what she wanted with the shape and the accent nails... not even close to what I wanted and the middle finger on my right hand the nail is already detaching from my real nail... she was yelling at the tv the entire time. I don't mind suggestions but she wasn't going to give me the choice on my colors but I went along with it... I regret to say the lady made me uncomfortable & made it weird by talking almost non stop very loudly into the camera in vietnamese,..& being dramatic at times... it was just the two us & it's supposed to be a relaxing setting & that vietnamese language is not exactly a pleasant sounding language like French so it's hard on the ears...I could never go back after this & I hope she reads these comments because clearly I'm not the only one, hope she knows the business isn't about her but we the clients keep you in business so please show us some respect & listen to what we want, I had a heck of time getting my nails the way I like em & was never asked if this ok? I settle once again bc it was clear she wasn't going to accommodate me... Thought we would have a girls' outing and get our nails done for Christmas. Definitely an experience to talk about and not in a good way. We can laugh now but to help others from having the worst nail experience of their lives, I thought a review was necessary. It is called "OK Nails" for a reason. Just wanted a manicure but what I got was a cuticle cut and they cut so much I was bleeding and my fingers are sore. The same tool was then used on my friend after me.I picked a beautiful dark burgundy color but all you can see are bubbles on each nail and how the color isn't the same on each nail. Also witnessed a lady getting yelled at for breaking the light for shellac, when all she did was slide her hand in like she was told. Not a relaxing experience, at all. This was the oddest experience my daughter and I've ever had. First of all - the "manager" was the rudest person I've ever encountered. Our nothing special pedicures took more than 90 minutes for a mediocre job. We wound up leaving without getting our manicures because we had been there so long. 2 gel pedicures set us back $140. Never need to go back there again. read more

Horrible service! Went to get a gel mani pedi and I'm sure this isn't gel polish and the job was mediocre at best. There are parts of my nail with no polish and there is still color on my toes from my last pedi. There are 2 women who work there and only one speaks English (which is no problem) until you realize that the one who can speak English is very rude. She actually got mad that I declined her up sell and stopped talking to me. Very bad customer service. When I asked her the difference in what she was trying to sell me and the gel polish I chose she got very blunt and just asked if I wanted it or not. First I called ahead to make an appointment and I still had to wait 10 minutes after arriving 5 minutes early. Then during the nail process I told her she was doing the wrong color and she said I was wrong. She also made me bleed when filing my nails. She also left the sides unfilled. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!! I made an appointment for a full set of acrylic nails and was there for about 2 and a half hours. At first a man started on my set and then walked away telling me the woman would finish them. I then waited for about 20-30 minutes to get my nails finished. The woman who did my nails not only was very RUDE but cut my cuticle and drew blood! She then quickly slapped some acrylic on and was very rough filing and buffing my nails. When she was done shaping them they were crooked and jagged I asked her to fix a couple of them and she gave me a terrible attitude rolling her eyes and quickly went over it. She then put the polish on, it was all around my finger tips and on the back of my fingers. Overall a terrible experience. read more

Had the absolute WORST EXPERIENCE coming here a few min. Ago. I had came here a few months back and had a wonderful nail tech do my nails. Recently I attempted 5 times to get my nails done and I'm assuming it's the owner who sits there early mornings would always say it was a 2 hour wait so I'd leave. Finally 6th time today I was able to get in I was hoping to get the nail tech from before but ended up stuck with who I think is the owner. I showed a picture of what I wanted was simple polish, she told me to get the colors and I did find a fuller bottle of the color I wanted and she flipped out and left, she gave me the worst attitude for asking if she could please add more acrylic because the nail tips where bending to the touch and she again gave me a bad attitude walked off for 15 min. and went to speak illy of me to her child. Upon sitting to get nails dried one of the nails polish was messed up and I said politely that I was sorry but I accidentally bumped the nail she then rolled her eyes told me to go sit under the dryer, came back with her attitude and started wiping all the polish of my nails and kept saying "oh what this one too this one too" when I only needed the one. Needless to say experience was ABSOLUTE WORST! Nails came out horribly the daughter rolled her eyes and gave us attitude as well all while I stayed polite even while crying. Went to ok nails for the first time today for a pedicure, will not be going back. First off there were two workers and neither of them were friendly in the least. The woman who actually did my pedicure never looked me in the eye once and also did not utter a word. Anything she wanted me to do was grunts and pointing. She cut my nails with a clipper that was lying on another station unwrapped so I can only assume it had been used on another person. My big toe has a corner that she completely left unpainted. Upon closer inspection of the paint job when I got home, I seriously think my 10 year old granddaughter could have done a nicer job. The massage was pretty nice but I sincerely felt like I was a bother to her. If you want a really nice pedicure do not go here. read more
