This is by far the worst Lee's Sandwiches location I've ever been to, which is unfortunate because it's the closest one to me and I've given it so many chances over the years. The bathrooms have been closed for what feels like the past 4 years, the location is severely understaffed, and there seems to be very little management or organization. They continue adding new drinks and menu items while customers constantly wait long periods for their orders. Cashiers are frequently replaced every couple of months and many of them come across as rude or poorly trained. Meanwhile, staff members are often laughing and talking in the back while orders pile up. What's most disappointing is that this location actually has a lot of potential because it gets plenty of traffic and the food itself is good. The seating area and ambiance are decent, although the waiting area feels cramped. Unfortunately, I've had too many frustrating experiences here, including paying extra for European butter and being given a tiny sample cup of regular mayo instead. That was honestly concerning. I'm giving 3 stars strictly because the food is still good, but after years of disappointing service and management issues, I unfortunately won't be returning. read more

I always order my sandwiches, #6 bbq pork, with extra cilantro, never have I ever had more than two stalks of cilantro, like the sandwich maker doesn't read the orders. This time my sandwich had the greasy, fatty pieces of meat that should have been trimmed off and discarded as well as no extra cilantro, just two scrawny sticks with no leaves. It's a Lee's sandwich and meets expectations, and although I only came through to order some drinks I was a bit disappointed in the condition of the store. In the past when I go to Lee's, I can usually smell fresh baked bread and see all the items lined up while approaching the cashier. Unfortunately, the place was a little run down and they have handmade signs indicating items for sale, fee for credit card purchases, and no public restrooms. It is also unfortunate that this location is very close to a high school, so around 3 pm there were people walking by just to enter the store and use the restroom or loiter. In terms of items I ordered, I had the passionfruit smoothie and vietnamese iced coffee (each about $4) and they were a good size and tasted fine. In terms of food/beverage quality, this place certainly meets expectations as I didn't have any issues with my order. The parking lot is shared in a business plaza so finding a spot to park should not be an issue. Overall, I would come here if I was ever in the area and just wanted to pick up a quick sandwich or coffee, but I can also see the room for improvement in terms of restaurant presentation. read more

They have a wide variety of items. My boyfriend got a chicken baguette sandwich and a pineapple smoothie with boba. I got a ham croissant sandwich and a passion fruit smoothie with boba and my son got chicken nuggets. I paid $26.34. Everything was very delicious and the service was great. The only bummer was that I got the wrong smoothie but by then they had a line of people waiting and it was just 1 cashier by herself so I didn't want to bug her.
