It's a great spot to get breakfast. It's located in the plaza with Rodeo 39. There's a good amount of parking. Service was quick and workers were friendly. The store is small, but good for quick orders. I tried their all nighter which is the perfect breakfast bagel. Stacked with the classics. I tried their avocado toast which was good, but I wish they added more seasoning on top. You can't go wrong with their classic smear. Their bagels are all so delicious, especially toasted. I visited Einstein Bros. Bagels and had a frustrating experience. The place was fully packed and had plenty of employees working, but everything was moving very slowly. Only one person appeared to be making food while several others were just standing around. After waiting about five minutes, we were told they were out of everything bagels and asked if we'd be willing to wait another few minutes for a fresh batch. That was completely fine with me since I specifically came for a lox bagel. We waited again, but after the additional time passed, they came back and told us they didn't even have the ingredients to make the sandwich. That's where the frustration really set in. It should be basic practice to check that all ingredients are available before asking customers to wait, especially twice. The business itself seems solid, but the staff needs to be more organized and on top of things. In the end, I waited for nothing and canceled my entire order. I came here specifically for that bagel, and the experience was disappointing. read more

Very disappointed with my experience at this location. I placed a mobile order and when I picked it up, it was missing two spreads that were supposed to be included. It was for a potluck at work, so it was really inconvenient. The service was just as disappointing. The two employees at the register were busy chatting with each other and didn't even acknowledge or greet me. There were no other customers in the store at the time, so it wasn't like they were busy. One of them simply pointed to the mobile order area on the side without saying anything or offering help. Customer service and attention to orders clearly aren't a priority here. There's no wow! The food nothing you want to keep on digging into after the first bite. Even though the staff friendly, kind and willing help. They are extremely understaffed, making it a hostile environment for the workers making it harder to support one another and then the customer. Welcome to the BLVD Einstein. I have spying this spot for months and now its open. Einstein Bagels in Garden Grove is so new it has a new bagel smell. Located in the Rodeo parking lot near Panda. Plenty of parking and easy peasy access to Beach Blvd. This location is similar to the location in Cypress and just as yummy. I always order off the app and it makes it easy plus I get points. Me and my daughter have been in ANTICIPATION for this place to open the moment we saw the sign put up lol. I say this because it took over a month for this to finally open. I'm glad to say it was worth the wait! I was excited to try the lox bagel, and it was so big and delicious! My daughter enjoyed her pizza bagel, it's more simple then the others but very tasty! I also ordered a caramel coffee shake which was tasty and definitely tasted like actual coffee (yay!). And my daughter enjoyed her strawberry banana shake, she said the strawberry flavore tasted fresh! The set up is so cute and there are SO MANY OPTIONS! This is definitely worth the price point! They forgot my tomato, lucky I caught it before I left the store, but the avocado wasn't ready. It was so hard and not edible. The iced coffee was literally ice with a splash of coffee. Staff was super nice and didn't rush me while I stared at the menu like it was my first day on Earth. Bagels were fresh, warm, and legit delicious. The fresh squeezed orange juice is so good and I also got my pup a beef bagel they sell for doggies (not for human consumption) ... they also offered delish samples of Blueberry Muffs and allowed me to sample a spread I was skeptic about.. the jalapeño salsa spread... turns out, it tastes amazing. So I swapped it out on my sandwich and instead of the chipotle aïoli on my all nighter bagel sandwich, I got the jalapeño salsa spread and also added avocado. I usually enjoy this place , but this location was disappointing. We weren't greeted at all, even though I greeted the staff first. When I asked what bagel options were included with the combo, the staff member didn't even bother to speak only pointed at the sign. I also asked if I can get flavored iced coffee and was told it wasn't included, another staff later said she was able to do it. The bagel was cold, and hard. Our bagels were not satisfying temperature wise- the bagels and fixings inside were basically room temperature when received. Bagels didn't seem fresh considering we got them only at 9am. And then I looked closer we found a hair in the egg white. It's super disappointing considering they just opened recently and their quality is lacking. I swapped it for the chipotle aioli and added avocado--it's easily the best bagel sandwich I've had in a while. The fresh-squeezed OJ is also a must-try. Wow... this was by far the worst experience I've had at an Einstein Bros. Bagels location. I was standing at the counter waiting to place an order while three staff members were behind the counter chatting and laughing. They clearly saw me, but no one acknowledged me or offered to help. I eventually had to get their attention myself just to place an order. When I asked for a bag, the staff member cut me off before I could even finish my question and responded abruptly, pointing and saying it was "over there." I tried to clarify whether it was suitable for refrigerated items, but she seemed impatient and just said, "Yes, yes, everything is there," without really listening. I ordered the iced vanilla latte and was very excited for it but I was confused when a black coffee was put on the counter. I asked if it was a vanilla latte and the employees said rudely that it was and the only reason it looked black was because the vanilla syrup was "different" and then continued to make me feel bad by telling me if I wanted it with cream they would have to dump it out and add it for extra. I said no thank you and walked out assuming it was just me, I then looked up a picture of the vanilla latte on their menu and it looked completely different.
