Went to Aloha this weekend for lunch after shopping all morning. First time at this location. It's great! We got takeout combo plates. The cost was solid for the portions. The side Macs were a little shirt but the plate was stuffed with meat in each, worth it, completely fine compared to other Aloha's I've been to. Worst loco moco I've had. The "burger" patties tasted fake and there was a sweet sauce on them. The gravy had no flavor and for some reason, the patties are placed on cabbage not the rice.... One more thing, eggs where severely over cooked. read more

If you are ever craving simple hawaiian food, especially for chicken katsu, i would just go here. The portion is huge and they give 2 katsu, 3 scoops of rice, and 2 scoops of mac salad. Did a To go order and we had orders 12 musubi do you have a good deal where you can order two for $5? I had that chicken Katsu and the barbecue chicken Musbi. Chicken musubi what is a lady with a crunchy crispy batter the only thing I had a problem with it was too much rice . The teriyaki favour was good. They do have a lot of takeout orders so you might have to wait. I think 1 1/2 lasted me pretty long so an order of two would be good for our lunch or a snack. read more

We came across Aloha Hawaiian BBQ on Yelp after doing a search for spam musubi. I called in our order over the phone and was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. I noticed as I had opened up our containers in the car that we were missing half our order of spam musubis. I went back inside, and they apologized and had the musubis ready in 5 minutes. We also ordered a side of their Hawaiian beef and French fries--so good! Their version of Hawaiian beef was very similar to beef teriyaki, and their French fries were thin and fried to a crisp. Located in an inconspicuous place this Aloha Hawaiian BBQ packs on the food. Due to circumstances there is only pick up, but going inside the place clean, greeted with a smile and service was great. The restaurant is actually pretty room and has about 6-7 tables that can fit about 4 each from what I remember. The total for 2 combo plates ($11 each) and one loco moco plate($10) was approximately $38 , fed the family of 4 adults and 2 kids with LEFTOVERS! The flavors whisk me back to the islands, and my new favorite, the loco Moco( 2 huge burger patties topped with gravy and fried egg, 2 scoops rice, and Mac salad) will become a staple now. I forget how much the menu items are. But I'm gonna guesstimate they were about $10-12 a lunch plate. Parking is shared with multiple businesses because of the strip mall but there is plenty of parking. If you're looking for the best bang for your buck, Seriously gotta try this joint. I'll be back.
