I ordered a LARGE iced coffee & Daphne gave me a REGULAR iced coffee. 1. She poured the amount of the REGULAR iced coffee into a LARGE cup & then added more ice NOT coffee !? ---she claimed that the large has the same amount of coffee as the regular... the ONLY DIFFERENCE WAS THE AMOUNT OF ICE !!?!? I did not pay extra to have more ice added to my coffee, that's ridiculous ! 2. She did not accept any accountability of her mistake nor apologized for her wrongdoing. She acted as though I inconvenienced her. 3. FYI, getting less ice for your iced coffee does not mean more coffee. A group of 9 of us just came back from a cruise we were in the area and decided we need strong coffee. This Lee is right next to Starbucks and Vietnamese coffee is a better choice. Yeah, now we see she's the only one on the floor ringing us up and making our drinks and sandwiches so this must be the reason why she's Unfriendly. We patiently waited for our orders and the line seems to get longer. I think maybe this is the reason why my sandwich wasn't made right. It was not fresh. The bread tasted stale and old. I didn't have enough pate or mayonnaise spreads. It was dry. And I tasted raw onion and it was missing a few ingredients. Banh mi doesn't include raw onion. It kinda grossed me out. I usually finish the whole sandwich but it was so dry I couldn't eat it anymore. The coffee was okay. Served in a very large cup. I asked for a large and god damn I got a large lol. The correct way to drink this coffee is usually served in a smaller cup ( a small to a medium size) even though it's a large it should never be this large. I don't want to complain about having a large cup of coffee but normally these type of strong coffee should be portion correctly. This is not how we drink it. This location is not good. This is a franchised Lee's. Whoever the owner is should have more staffs and retrain the correct way to make a banh mi sandwich. Lee is popular we do recognize and know the difference when there are changes especially if you are skipping out on certain ingredients from the original recipes. Should never skip out on spreads. One thing to enjoy from Lee's Sandwiches is their take out service! Upon placing my order for a BBQ Pork banh mi and a drink, it was prepared quickly to be delivered. When I got to taste the sandwich, it had crisp, fresh ingredients with a fair amount of meat. The matcha drink was flavorful, and not sweet as in other shops. The people that work here are completely unprofessional!!! The cashier was literally putting her makeup on while taking my order. Her disgusting makeup bag was open on the counter and she couldn't even remove the eyelash curler from her eye while I ordered. Then she didn't even wash her hands before she cracked the eggs for my sandwich. Gross! This was my second time here. We got the pork and pate baguette and the fried egg one (around $10 for both), shrimp & pork egg rolls ($5 for 5), and an avocado smoothie ($4). Not my first Lee's Sandwiches so I know what to expect. My husband loves their sandwiches so we get em everytime we're in a neighborhood that has one. This location was probably our least favorite for SO many reasons. 1) we walk in a little before 6pm (they close at 7) and this guy tells us we need to wait 15-20 minutes for baguettes. Ok fine.. we'll wait. Another customer walks in after us and this same guy sighs (!!!!!!) and tells her the same thing he told us. She walks out. He repeated this about 3 times while we were there. 2) we order hot wings and at first he says he can't make it because their fryer is off for the day. (wtf?) So I make the most annoyed face and suddenly the fryer is on. 3) we take our sandwiches back to our hotel and open it up and we see no cilantro in all our sandwiches... Why..??? I recently tried this coffee(this is my 3rd time getting it). I fell in love with it. I have only tried their vanilla iced coffee. Well the two other times I got it, I felt I had a lot of ice, so i asked for a little less ice and this is what they gave me. Less ice and also less coffee. I don't know if there's a certain amount that they need to put in but I thought it was kind of wrong in their part, I did not complain, I simply asked if they could do it. If I'm ever craving some quick food, then Lee's Sandwiches does the job. They have both Asian and European style sandwiches. The place is clean and the parking lot is small. The parking lot gets packed during lunch hour so finding parking can be hectic because there's other food places nearby. The customer service is not the greatest because they don't greet you, but they take orders quickly. I ordered a turkey club sandwich on baguette bread. Don't be in a rush because they take a long time to get your order ready. I had to wait 20 minutes for my order, but it was good they apologized for the long wait. The sandwich comes with turkey, tomato, lettuce, American cheese, and bacon. It has pickles, pepperoncini, and purple onions on the side. The sandwich is good, and the bread is nicely baked and toasty. I wish you could place the order online for quicker pick-up, so you don't have to wait to get your food. read more
