Omg worst Lee's ever lol I never, ever, ever have given a one star. Or maybe it's been a long time. But this place was awful from beginning to end. Parking sucks. Tight spots in a crowded shopping center off of a major intersection. I walked in around lunch time on a weekday. All I heard was the loud workers gossiping (all women). I don't care. I'm here for food. I usually love Lee's. There's only one other person ordering. He's waiting for his food. No one acknowledged me. They made eye contact. But no "Hi, I'll be with you in a moment ". They just stared at me and kept talking smack in Spanish. I'm guessing it was about other coworkers. After a while, someone eventually helps me. How hard can a Banh Mi be? Well, these folks made them gross. Excessive mayo/pate, soggy veggies made my bread wet. The meat was whatever. After a few bites, I just trashed my sandwich. I also ordered a thai tea. Mostly ice. After asking for less ice. Going to stop going to Lee's for a while because of this. I've been traumatized lol corporate needs to get involved here. All of their reviews are bad smh read more

I ordered a LARGE iced coffee & Daphne gave me a REGULAR iced coffee. 1. She poured the amount of the REGULAR iced coffee into a LARGE cup & then added more ice NOT coffee !? ---she claimed that the large has the same amount of coffee as the regular... the ONLY DIFFERENCE WAS THE AMOUNT OF ICE !!?!? I did not pay extra to have more ice added to my coffee, that's ridiculous ! 2. She did not accept any accountability of her mistake nor apologized for her wrongdoing. She acted as though I inconvenienced her. 3. FYI, getting less ice for your iced coffee does not mean more coffee. My friend ordered less ice to her regular sized coffee & her ice coffee cup was EMPTY about 1 in from the top. 4. It was hot, humid, & uncomfortable in the restaurant. 5. One thing to enjoy from Lee's Sandwiches is their take out service! Upon placing my order for a BBQ Pork banh mi and a drink, it was prepared quickly to be delivered. When I got to taste the sandwich, it had crisp, fresh ingredients with a fair amount of meat. The matcha drink was flavorful, and not sweet as in other shops. It's so dirty in here, i went to sit down and there were crumbs all over the floor and tables, i had to wipe it with a napkin so that i could put my stuff on the table. Very poor quality and overpriced compared to other locations. They charge $2 more for sandwich and quality is bad! Bread is stale and too crispy, they over-microwave the chicken. I was charged $.99 for extra veggies (other locations charge $.35) but didn't get extra. Location also gets a C rating. Never going back! I was not terribly impressed with the sandwhiches. Flavor was good but there is not alot in the sandwhich, and it is mostly bread. The photos show a stuffed sandwhich which is really deceptive! We ordered 2 sandwiches ( 1 euro & 1 Asian style ) unfortunately both were regular sandwiches . Kinda like tortas but in a baguette . My man loved the food so did I , I just was expecting the pickled onions the Dakon (Asian style ) I guess it was never to be to try it out in my home town !! The people that work here are completely unprofessional!!! The cashier was literally putting her makeup on while taking my order. Her disgusting makeup bag was open on the counter and she couldn't even remove the eyelash curler from her eye while I ordered. Then she didn't even wash her hands before she cracked the eggs for my sandwich. Gross! This was my second time here. The first time the guy who was helping me was angrily muttering under his breath and rolling his eyes when some other customers walked in behind me. Third time coming to this location and they messed up on order they claim to be making the correct order when obviously it's not. Not my first Lee's Sandwiches so I know what to expect. My husband loves their sandwiches so we get em everytime we're in a neighborhood that has one. This location was probably our least favorite for SO many reasons. 1) we walk in a little before 6pm (they close at 7) and this guy tells us we need to wait 15-20 minutes for baguettes. Ok fine.. we'll wait. Another customer walks in after us and this same guy sighs (!!!!!!) and tells her the same thing he told us. She walks out. He repeated this about 3 times while we were there. 2) we order hot wings and at first he says he can't make it because their fryer is off for the day. (wtf?) So I make the most annoyed face and suddenly the fryer is on. 3) we take our sandwiches back to our hotel and open it up and we see no cilantro in all our sandwiches... Why..??? I recently tried this coffee(this is my 3rd time getting it). I fell in love with it. I have only tried their vanilla iced coffee. Well the two other times I got it, I felt I had a lot of ice, so i asked for a little less ice and this is what they gave me. Less ice and also less coffee. I don't know if there's a certain amount that they need to put in but I thought it was kind of wrong in their part, I did not complain, I simply asked if they could do it. If I'm ever craving some quick food, then Lee's Sandwiches does the job. They have both Asian and European style sandwiches. The place is clean and the parking lot is small. The parking lot gets packed during lunch hour so finding parking can be hectic because there's other food places nearby. The customer service is not the greatest because they don't greet you, but they take orders quickly. I ordered a turkey club sandwich on baguette bread. Don't be in a rush because they take a long time to get your order ready. I had to wait 20 minutes for my order, but it was good they apologized for the long wait. The sandwich comes with turkey, tomato, lettuce, American cheese, and bacon. It has pickles, pepperoncini, and purple onions on the side.
