Their options of cream cheese are also amazing. Service is always fast, so don't let any long line discourage you. The quality of everything here is 5/5. I just sometimes find the value not always hitting the mark. Some days my bagel sandwiches have more substance inside, some times there's less. When they make your sandwiches hearty, the price is justified. When they don't put as much inside, it's hard to justify the value because you know you've gotten better made sandwiches. Their coffee is also very overpriced for what it is. It's not good enough to justify over $5 for a tiny iced coffee, especially when they're using a corporate brand coffee. Wish they'd find some local coffee, then the price would be more justified. Regardless, the taste is always spot on. Just wish they had hash browns!

I like my specialty coffees served hot. I do have to say every staff member we came in contact with was friendly. They seemed happy and were there to help and answer questions. You place your order at the counter, and you receive a number which you display at your table. There are two dining areas with tables and a few booths to dine at next to where you place your order. The doors in the back of the restaurant were locked. We had to walk back around the buildings to reach the front door. In the rainy snowy weather not pleasant. Lack of handicapped designated spots is a deal breaker for me.
