In all honesty I haven't used the service so can't speak to that but as far as customer service I am very disappointed. I had an emergency come up that I needed a dress dry cleaned and asked if there was any way they could do a one day clean even if I paid extra. She said if I had been able to drop it off when they opened then maybe. I explained to her that I had car trouble and was just able to get home to even think about this and there was just no give. I am just surprised at the inflexibility and definitely won't be going there in the future. read more

These people are very pleasant and I think they do a very good job. The reason for my low rating is for my comforter. It has a top that looks really noticable if wrinkled. I had to take it back for a redo because it looked like it just came out of the washing machine and totally wrinkled except for the part I would see when I picked it up. I wasn't a lot happier after the redo as I still have a lot of wrinkles. The man told me they don't have a large table for steaming out the wrinkles and I can understand that as it is a small store. I did read in YouTube that I can put it in my regular dryer with ice cubes to get the wrinkles out so I may try that next. I am very dissapointed as I wanted to give a local busniess my businees but for comforters I will go to a larger dry cleaners. read more

Expensive!!... charged me $50! for dry cleaning 3 slacks, 1 dress shirt and laundering 5 undershirts and socks. They don't tell you a price until you pick up so I should've asked before leaving my clothes but the most I ever paid at other cleaners was $32 for same amount of clothes. I took a nice dark blue dress to Sunny Cleaners because I wanted to wear it two days later to my Mom's funeral. But when I got home and pulled off the plastic, I saw multiple round lighter-colored stains on the back of the dress that I don't recall ever seeing before. So I took the dress back and asked the cleaners what happened and whether they could fix the stains. They claimed that the spots were from glue -- and I know my dress had never been around glue before. They also said that they had tried to get the stains out, but they couldn't get them out. Now I have a favorite nice blue dress with unsightly lighter spots on the back. And Sunny Cleaners charges a LOT: $9.50 for dry cleaning one simple dress! I gave them one star is for being able to pick it up the next day. The other star is for them trying to explain how it wasn't their fault, although I don't know about that. I'm going elsewhere for my future dry cleaning. read more

This was one of the most bizarre things that ever happened. To be honest, I walked into this business, looking for the tailor shop upstairs. I wanted to get a new suit altered. I asked the worker "is this Tara Tailor"? He looked a little perplexed, then I repeated the question. And he shook his head yes, and said "tomorrow, tomorrow." I asked him "does that mean Tara will be back tomorrow?" He said "yes, I take your measurements today". So that led me to believe "Tara" sub leased space in his place of business. I come back out of the changing room with my brand-new Armani suit on to get the sleeve taken up about an inch, and have the pants hemmed. Again, I repeat, this is a brand-new suit. No not to sound all high and mighty, I am a size 42R jacket, I have bought many suits over the years, and I always need to get the sleeves shortened. This guy thought they were too short - not too long! I tried to explain to him that I wanted and the sleeves take "up" not down. I even showed him where the bottom sleeve of my dress shirt wasn't showing at the bottom of the jacket. He still wouldn't listen. So now to the pants... There was no existing hem. He was trying to raise the long patch of material up above my ankle. I explained that the suit is brand-new and that I needed a hem. He still didn't understand, at this point I decided to get the hell out of there. I managed to walk outside and find the shop that I was looking for, which is located upstairs. My family has been coming to this dry cleaners for years and we couldn't be happier! The owners have been there forever and they are one the nicest couples ever. This place really pays attention to detail and their pride in their work really shows. We bring everything here....rugs, alterations, dry cleaning, dress shirts, comforters, sleeping bags, etc. They even cleaned and preserved my sister-in-law's wedding dress! They also literally work miracles with stains...they have managed to save some of my clothes that I thought were doomed. They also have convenient hours...7AM-7PM monday-friday and 9AM-5PM on saturdays. I usually go by in the morning when I go on my Starbuck's run! Also, they DO guarantee 1-day service for dry cleaning and laundry if you bring it in before 8AM. Sometimes they can still do things if you bring it in before noonish..I've had many emergencies where they have helped me out! I have taken my button down shirts to Sunny Fresh for almost a year. I have taken them about 8-10 shirts a month and always ask to have fasteners attached to the collars to prevent them from rolling over and wrinkling. Only three times have they been able to implement this simple request and therefore I cannot recommend them. I even offered to pay more if necessary. read more

So...I have occasionally dropped a pair of suit pants or jacket here while out for lunch. The quality and speed of the cleaning is nothing superb to speak of...but is what you'd expect when you drop something off to get cleaned. So why 4 stars? Well I dropped off a pair of suit pants that I was going to drop off "today"...only today took a month in the back of my car and the pants got soaked with some Gatorade and washer fluid. AWESOME! So I bring it here to see what they can do. The lady takes it, they try to clean it (it didn't come out) but when I went to pick the order up they said since they didn't get the stain out fully they didn't press it...thus they would not charge me anything...really?...A dry cleaner with a conscience...who knew? I ended up being able to get the stains out by soaking the pants on my own...but I generally don't see a dry cleaner pass up an opportunity to make a $. Their service...and honesty...will keep me coming back. read more

DON'T GO HERE with expensive/ wedding dresses! I had been going here for 8 years, never had a major problem. I brought my wedding dress in to be cleaned and they stated they offer that service (even have it posted). I had a coupon and so it was to be $150-200 fee. I kept checking in, at 3 weeks, then 2 months and then 3 months only to find they "couldn't clean it". I went to pick it up and they wanted to charge me for the cleaning!! I couldnt believe it. I was so appalled. It was dirty on the bottom all over and they had ripped off the flower on one side (3 inches big mind you) and when I pointed it out they stated "Oh, it must have happend when we were cleaning it for the 3rd time and working hard on it". My dress was also completely wrinked. I refused to pay and they would not give me my dress without paying $100 for absolutely nothing. The woman /owner stated they worked "hard on it" and it didnt matter if it was clean or not! If I was told this upfront, I would have told them to take a hike. But I have never had anyone treat my wedding dress so poorly, or me for that matter. I ended up taking it to Bridal and Veil and they cleaned it for $200. Amazing, a cleaners who can clean!! Sunny Fresh should take wedding cleaning off the menu or let you know they charge even if it comes back filthy. I moved all my business ($200 per month) to another cleaners. I refuse to give them another dime. read more
