With his Patients, he is the only Dentist that I have ever known that wants you to call his cellphone if you ever have any problems. Latricia, his Assistant is very nice and couldn't be nicer. Dentist is family business of father and sons. Very nice family but the cost and office organization is not worth the time. My family has not went here for a few years and every time they get a new office manager I get a new bill.... Crazier than that the alleged bill is always for a different family member!!!! Stay away, they don't care about your dental health, just your money. Despite us having insurane they would submit claims for services that were not eligible for insurance payment, but could be covered by insurance, so they can collect from the patient instead. I came in for a routine cleaning in December 2022, they took 8 x-ray images, submitted insurance claim for D0274 (bitewings 4 radiograph images), which are not covered by BCBS but D0210 (intra-oral complete series which also include bitewings) is covered. Why? Because they can get more for the x-rays from the patients than the maximum allowable payout from the insurance company. They should know which x-rays series are covered by the insurance company, it's their job to know. Sent me a bill for the x-rays and threatened to send it to collections when I challenged it. Left Dr. Gregory Brasher several messages over a span of over a week, never got a call back or email from him. This confirms my suspicion that he condones this practice and didn't care enough to return a call from his patient of 20+ years. They are not transparent obviously. They would tell you services are covered by insurance and then send you a bill afterwards. Had I known I would have refused x-rays or demaded the complete intra-oral series of x-rays instead. They boast about giving their staff an all-expense paid trip every other year to the caribbean. I asked them once who gets to go, what are the criterias, and was told based on them meeting the office quota. I will let you interpret what you think the office "quota" involves and who is really paying for those trips. And watch out for front office staff Kenna B., condescending and unprofessional is putting it mildly. She claims she has been doing medical billing for many many years, in that case she should know which x-ray services are covered by the insurance, and keeping quiet about it so that the patient ends up having to pay for an x-ray series that isn't covered when one that is covered is available is deceiving and wrong on so many levels. read more
