Last year we needed a rolling gate installed for our back yard. Legacy Fence came out, gave us a quick estimate that was within our budget, and absolutely killed it with installation. The install was smooth and only took two days. These guys work precise and with great skill. Jose is also incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He made every part of the decision-making process reassuring and easy. A few months ago, another project came up and we needed a patio cover. I was unsure of which material to aim for, Jose suggested aluminum since it would be covering ceramic equipment and oh my god--again, they absolutely killed it. Don't waste your time by contacting Legacy Fence. Their customer service is terrible and pretty much non-existent. I called them on 8/20/25 and I spoke directly with the owner Jose. I explained to him that I was interested in purchasing a fence from Legacy for my townhome patio located in City of Orange. I explained to him clearly what I wanted and I even sent him some photos of my existing patio fence for his own reference - along with my measurements. Long story short, Jose (the owner of Legacy Fence) he assured me that he would provide me with a price quote via text message sent directly to my cell phone. And that never happened. I then followed up with Jose a 2nd time on 8/22/2025 and I politely reminded him that I never received the quote from him. He promised me a 2nd time that he would provide me with a price quote. In the end, he failed to follow through with me entirely. And he never provided me with a price quote. I eventually gave up dealing with Jose.
