I first came across this food truck at the Makeke Market at Kapolei High. The food truck we went there for wasn't there, so we decided to try this one out. We weren't that hungry, so we just got gravy fries. Those fries were tasty. When we got home I checked out their IG & everything looked good, I knew I had to go back. Found them at Ewa Mahiko Park. We got there a little after 630pm & a lot of the plate lunches were sold out. Found out they close at 7pm. Luckily, they still had burgers. Ordered a cheeseburger & their volcano fries. That cheeseburger was amazing, definitely home made & not frozen kind. It had a spicy sauce in it which was good. The volcano fries is very similar to Teddy's burgers "Umami Fries" but cheaper! Yum! Been craving them so much that I went there the next 2 weeks. Tried their Kalbi Short ribs & the meat was soo tender. Didn't get pics of that though. Ate that bad boy up quick. Then, the next week I tried their special, Stuffed salmon. That costs $15, but damn was it worth it! Can't wait to try their other items. Rarely do you find a place where every freakin thing you've tried so far was delicious. ***Also, customer service is TOP NOTCH! My wife and I scarfed down our amazing food so quickly that we were finished before we realized neither one of us took a picture for Yelp! Rookie mistake, I know, but a testament to the quality chow this rolling red kitchen puts out. Conveniently located, the crew is super friendly and they have tons of delicious options (mainly plate lunches) to choose from. We ordered both the ribeye and ribs plates along with their super crispy fries (!!) - all dynamite. Your food doesn't just pop out, which is a sign of a pro food truck, IMO. They take the time necessary to give you a wonderful meal... and, since they're conveniently located adjacent to the regional park, there's tons of green space to let your pup run around in while you wait. Been to this food truck twice. First time tried the fried ahi belly with rice and Mac salad. Food was delicious. Next time I ordered the Teri burger, volcano fries, and Mac salad. Omg! The most yummy poke bowl I've had. It has just the right spice, and it isn't overwhelming with mayo like most spicy ahi. I love the sauce they top the poke bowl with, it's a bit sweet which pairs well with the spicy. I don't need to add anything to this, and the bonus it isn't served over steaming hot rice, meaning none of the fish is cooked! A friend got me the braised kalbi lunch special from this spot, and it was so good, I had to find out where it was so I can try it again! So the next day, I went for the kalbi again but it was not on the daily specials menu. I opted for the ribeye chopped steak instead -so delicious! Kalbi could use a little more tenderizer if can so that I could enjoy it more. For the price of $10.00 thought, not bad at all. Be consistent because once I had it with some nice touch of seasoning with it and then the next day came without the seasoning I wanted from the first time. Its upsetting but I still liked the food. Steak wasnt seasoned enough like how it usually tastes. I didnt like that either because I was coming back for the taste and satisfying experience I received the first time but that wasnt presented for my second experience. Be consistent with what you serve! Plenty time too, wagon isnt at the parks where they are on most days so that needs to be consistent too- both timing and the days- yes I know you have events like the Market and other places for the wagon to be at, but at least for the most part- be consistent with operating hours and weekly schedule. It is upsetting when I rush to the park to order something, only to call you guys and yall say, "Sorry we're not open today. Sorry, we will try and open around 12 or 11." For a food truck the food is fantastic. I recommend the volcano fries with spicy ahi, pork adobo plate, or Teri burger. Might be one of the best Teri burgers I've had from a food truck. The chopped steak plate was bland and a little tough and the furikake wings was decent but not something I would order again. read more

I have been to this food truck around 6x and every visit has been awesome. I follow them on Instagram to see when they will be at Geiger Park in Ewa Beach but sometimes I will venture to Kapolei park, right across the library as well. My favorite is the deep fried pork chop & this is my FAVORITE pork chop plate, it is always GOOD when I order it. It's sliced pork chop, deep fried, I can eat it like French fries, I get the gravy on the side & dip the pork chops. ITS BOMB! I have tried one of their special, garlic shrimp. Which is also good. I sometimes order my food by calling in, cause they do sell out sometimes. They have never messed up my phone order, so that's a good way to pre-order. Sometimes the food do take awhile BUT IT IS NOT FAST FOOD, ITS ONO FOOD. So that's why they take awhile. I don't mind waiting, if I don't call my order in. So far my experience has been awesome, no complaints. Love the food and service. read more

Sorry, no pics because we ate it sooo fast!!! And we even went and bought a second plate!!! They came to Soloman Elementary and we tried their furikake chicken and ribeye chopsteak and they were both DELICIOUS! The furikake chicken was so crispy and juicy in the inside with great flavor! The ribeye chopsteak was so tender and has everything we love in it; onions, mushrooms and cabbage!!! YUM!!! Delicious chop steak with toss salad for my hunny. The. Steak and veggies were perfectly cooked and seasoned just right. I had the hamburger steak and fried chicken mix plate. The hamburger steak was home made and so yummy. It was so 2 huge pieces. I saved some for the next day The fried chicken was crunchy and delicious.
