    Deluxe double smash burger w/bacon
    Chad K.

Hands down one of the best smash burgers on island. Service was incredible and from the time you order to when you get your food is a fair amount of time knowing he does make everything to order. From his burger to his fries there's really no wrong choice here. All in all an incredible experience and Fosho when I come back out to the west and in the mood for a smash burger I'll be back.

I always wondered about Adrian's. Cause its always busy. I asked my coworker since he always frequents food trucks. He said yes its really good and is very reasonable. Adrians is located by Geiger park by the side of the road. I usually see the truck Mon through Friday lunch time hours. I ordered the OG smash with the works. Adrian is very efficient when making his burgers. Tho sometimes he's busy. Jus be patient his burgers are worth it. So go check him out and support local!

We've had Adrian's on our list of places to try for a while. The hubby saw the truck by Geiger park this afternoon so stopped in to grab a couple of smash burgers with the works. The burgers were made to order, so there was some wait time but not too bad. The special sauce, onions, lettuce and tomato were simple but made the burger very flavorful ; our picky toddler loved it- he ate 1/3 of my burger! Will definitely return!

My fav smash burger place on the island so far! Juicy, reasonably priced, and so so delicious. The location on Yelp is a bit off, they should be at the corner of Kapolei Pwkway and Geiger Rd, next to Aloha Brew and Geiger Park. + Food: My to-go is the OG Smashburger and I recommend + The Works for some veggies and freshness. I especially love their sauce, I think it's a bit similar to In-N-Out but better. It gets a bit messy eating but what burger isn't. + Service: Quick and friendly! + Location: it's a food truck by a park, so you can technically get it and sit on the lawn but I usually take it to go cause there are no benches around. You can park on the same street as the truck.

OG Smash - really good, but pretty sweet

Juicy. Thick. Flavorbomb! I agree with another Yelper, saying this is one of the best burgers!! It was lunchtime, and I was specifically craving a smashburger lol... As I drove home, I was hoping to find Adrian's parked on Geiger where I last saw their truck. To my satisfaction, they were parked near Aloha Brew (who's there daily). Their signage is on the small side, so be sure to look good if you're on the hunt for them. Flavor was packed into this juicy burger, for sure. The 'Special Sauce' is on the sweeter side, so I'd suggest requesting it on the side and not in your burger if you're not a sweet & savory burger lover - if there's any up-charge to do so, I am not sure. Service was prompt and friendly! I asked a few questions being that it was my first visit to this lunch truck. The man working answered politely as he got my food cooked and ready for take off. It's a small operation, so be prepared to wait a bit if there's a line upon your arrival. Lucky for me, I was the only customer, so the wait time was reasonable. I'd say roughly 8-10 mins for 2 burgers and 1 order of fries. Super glad to have a smashburger spot close to home! :)

I just had the breakfast smash with an extra patty. Talk about amazing! His special sauce is incredible! Every time I see him I'm going to stop and get a burger. It's worth the weight as he makes it to order.!

So good , ate half the burger before realizing I should take a picture.

Wow wow, so good I didn't even take a before picture. My husband was driving past Geiger park on Tuesday at 5pm and saw Adrian's smash burger truck on the side. I don't think we have any other smash burger places in Ewa Beach or Kapolei, not that we know of. And my husband loves a good burger, so he pulled over to grab one. My husband said his order was made pretty fast. He ordered a OG smashburger one with one patty, his with 2 patty and also a side French fries. And brought it home. The French fries thick, crispy, garlic salt it tastes like, super Ono. Couldn't stop eating the fries. I didn't share with my hubby. The burger was super good as well, I loved the sauce that was on it the most! If I could get that sauce on the side for the fries, wow that would the bomb! The patty was nice and thin, perfect for me. The burger itself was a nice size. I enjoyed it a lot. I would definitely go and check them out myself or send the hubby to grab again.

Finally stopped by to check out this food truck because there was no line. Glad I did!

    OG smash burger double patty.

Has 5 star potential. Would 10/10 would recommend. I ordered the OG smash burger with an extra patty. Patty was perfectly cooked, seasoned and juicy with smashed edges, bun was was soft and had good integrity to hold up to the patty, cheese was on point and melty. The special sauce and carmalized onions gave an over powering sweetness. If you like a sweet burger get the OG. Definitely going back to try with a custom order to get that 5th star. The owner/operator/chef is super friendly and service was great! Must be a good thing because there was a line. Can't wait to try again.

I only come here when I want a burger! Adrian uses real, fresh ingredients and his burgers are SOOO good. The bacon in my Spicy Smash was the perfect amount of crispy and his special sauce is dare I say better than in-n-outs sauce. I also really like the bread he uses for the bun. If you are in Ewa Beach and looking to get a burger, I really recommend you come here!

I hit follow right away -- and when I saw they were nearby, I waddled my very pregnant self over to grab a plate. I ordered their Combo Plate: two scoops rice sprinkled with furikake, crab potato salad, fried noodles, and two proteins. I chose garlic fried chicken and teri beef. It was so good I actually cried a little. Living on the Big Island, everything was so far, and I couldn't satisfy my cravings easily -- so finally having a real plate lunch felt like comfort and home all at once. I hadn't been back since, mostly because they don't have a set schedule, and whenever they were close by, Bubba would be napping or I'd find out too late. But today, I finally got to go again -- and this time I brought Bubba. And she remembered me. "Weren't you pregnant last time?" she said. Such a small thing, but honestly an amazing memory and such a warm customer experience. Bubba and I had a little sidewalk picnic together. He tried fried noodles for the first time, loved the teri beef, and of course devoured the rice -- his forever favorite. I saved half the plate for my boyfriend since he's working. It felt like such a full-circle moment... sharing with my son the exact plate lunch that made me cry (in the best way) when I was pregnant with him.

Got there this time after 11:00 am. I think it was about 11:20. I was 3rd in line ordering. The rolls were tasty and the fried chicken was crispy skin and a lightly salted. Told the girl inside the truck we looked for you guys last week thursday and you guys wasn't there. She started to laugh explaining why they weren't there but I cut her off and said that day we came back 3 times couldn't find them we went home. LOL. Took a picture of their menu. I picked the spicy Cajun and it wasn't too hot on the mouth but enough to make your nose run. Do wish you got more crab as the legs are very small. My partner enjoyed his hapa sauce which is cheehoo sauce (creamy coconut with garlic) and you can mix it with any other sauce (regular Cajun, not spicy or spicy Cajun). I highly recommend you look up their schedule on Instagram to see where they are for the week. It was about an hour drive in rush hour from Waikiki but well worth it. Truck was bright and parked outside of a hotel and the lady who took our order was super kind! Didn't have much of a wait and we got there after 5pm. They supplied cutlery and gloves for eating.

I then noticed it was back again this morning! I looked up the name on Instagram and found out they were serving up Mexican food! My hubby loves Mexican so we had to try it out. First off, the customer service was amazing! They talked story with us, asked tons of questions about what we wanted in each order since everything is made to order. Here's what we got: 1. Beef Nachos: we ordered the small portion but this was HUGE! It has cheese, choice of beef or chicken, onions, cilantro, & sour cream. My hubby loves nacho cheese so he loved this! There was a generous portion of beef on top too. 2. Cheese Quesadilla: this was actually a kids quesadilla but it was definitely a regular sized one! It was simple with just cheese & tortilla but, they did not skimp on the cheese. It was THICK! 3. Chicken Burrito: this was definitely the star of the show! It was HUGE! Hubby and I shared it and couldn't finish it. It was stuffed with pico, flavorful chicken, cheese, sour cream, beans & rice. It was messy but sooo good! Highly recommend! Overall, it's dangerous how often and close they are to where we live! We'll definitely be back!

I ordered their pork sisig with rice, and it sure was still delish! Pro tip for the business is using calamansi instead of lemon (but still good!). My order seems like it is for just one person but honestly, if you share it with another person, you'd still be satisfied because it is stomach-heavy! If you didn't have much to eat throughout the day, you could easily demolish the sisig dish I ordered. For drinks, they have canned sodas inside for $2.00 but I decided to get some smoothies at Hang's just doors down the place. As the parking spot may fill up, you can always drop a buddy off to pick up some to-go order. I have yet to try some of their other dishes such as their beef pares noodles. So--if you are craving ramen--try switching it up and get some of their noodles! I also recommend getting bulk orders for parties! Mahalo and I hope this business continues to reap success!
