The shop is a little more busy and I would say kind of hectic so you have to really get in the zone to feel relaxed in your space. I can't take a picture because my back camera is broken, but I got an acrylic set about nine days ago and three of them have popped off so then I took the other ones off obviously I paid $75 for a set that didn't last as long as it should've. usually I love this place and I'm also not the one to do this but.. I got my nails done for a trip. Had them on for 3-4 days and they were lifting and I ended up losing 2 nails. By the end of the week I was missing 5. I called and spoke to someone who told me to come in and they would fix them. They need a better selection of quality OPI nail polish. There is very little paint in every bottle it seems, they always add polish remover into the bottle to make the color go longer. Their other bottles of polish are nearly empty also, all dried up and cracked. Any time I choose another brand of polish, in never lasts between pedicures. When h pay $50 for a pedicure, I expect quality polish to be used. read more

Would you belief this was my first ever mani/pedi adventure. Not knowing what to expect or understanding what I was being asked or what I should be expecting I just went along with things. Not disappointed, but thought that there would be more to my manicure than a soak, cuticle trimming, nails cut and filed, and lotion. Maybe because I didn't want color? IDK Yes, I should/could of asked. It was a Saturday and they were busy. The manicure was nice. Enjoyed the foot soak and this too only included foot scrub, cuticle push back and trim. I have been back and found that they are consistance in service. The salon building is nice enough but even on non busy days there seems to be a hurried energy throughout the place. No person assigned to greet people, just take a form and fill it out to the best of your ability. I came in for an acrylic fill and reshape and I got just that but I am completely concerned with the salon sanitation practices. At my appointment I was cut by the drill on my cuticles at least three times to the point where my nail bed was bleeding only to have the technician put that same drill head right back into her kit with no sanitation procedures. Huge red flag. The technician themselves should've also been wearing gloves because they had open cuts both on their hands and underneath their own fingernails. If you'd like to risk contracting a nail fungus or potentially serious blood-borne pathogen for $45 plus a cash tip then this is the place to do it. Be safe with your beauty enhancements friends because a life long infection isn't worth the low prices. read more

My nails are very lopsided and uneven. The French tip is thicker than I asked even though she charged me extra because it "goes out to the side" she charged me for French tip and design because of the shape of the French tip. The "clear" part of my nails is green coded and not done well at all. I spent $60 so take that as you will. They said they will fix it for me for free on Wednesday so I'll see then read more

I did not have the best experience here. The place was clean looking and they seemed nice but the person I got was snappy and rude about things. Not gentle at all either. But the biggest reason for the 1 star is within a few weeks of getting my toes done I realized one nail was hurting bad and then it started turning black at the cuticle and powdery under the nail. I went to the dr and was told I did get a nail fungus. Such an upsetting and terrible experience overall especially after that. read more

Went in to get a pedicure and full set and the lady doing my full set was rough on my hands I left with several cut on my fingers and when I told the lady she was hurting me she said I was being sensitive. I had also told her that my nails were uneven and the shape wasn't what I wanted them she proceeds to hand me the nail file very rudely and told me to fix it since I'm the only one seeing the issue. Once I went up I told the lady at the front how she had hurt me several times and that I wasn't going to come back for any future service they had me sit back down with the same lady to take off my nails. I enjoy getting my nails done at Legacy nails. They are always very busy but I always make an appointment & so I never have an issue with waiting. I always get my nails done by Tommy & my pedicure by any lady that is available. I am usually pleased with all ladies there is only one who is a tad rough doing the pedicure but I know that if I get her I just let her know to take it easy because I am sensitive. I've been coming here since they opened. Oh! I like they have a points system so you can get like percent off after a certain amount you spend. You can get wine or a soft drink at no charge.. I usually just get water.. but I know if I ever want wine I can treat myself to a pedi with a glass of wine! Over all I'd recommend this place.! read more

Saturday May 1, 21 I'll start with the good. Place is clean, nicely decorated and equipment is up to date. My experience was less than stellar. My friend took me for my birthday treat. I was not able to relax because they wanted to rush through the service. I was NOT allowed to enjoy the massage chair because my mani tech could not work with it on. I opted for the massage snd got the heater shoulder/neck wrap but it wasn't very warm and when I asked for it to be reheated (before massage) it was not. I had an area I wanted worked on more than anywhere else and pointed it out at least 4 times during my 10 min massage. Total fail. Toady is the 8th and my nails are shot!!!! ***** update I 've never had gel nails not hold up at least 2-3 weeks FLUSH that $90 down the drain and save the aggravation dealing with overpriced shoddy service. read more

This was my second time getting fake nails and Tony did a fantastic job creating the look I wanted for my nails. He was very precise with the shape and I could tell was focused on getting everything the right size. He is the first person I have ever had actually try to fit nails and shave them down evenly to match my skinny fingers. The only thing I didn't like is that he kept pushing back the cuticle and picking at the nail fold. I know you take the part off to get a clean look but I ended up bleeding on two different nail beds bc of the excessiveness. My toes were done by two people and I'm sorry I can't remember their names. One did just the design and she had to build half a toe nail bc my big toe nail was basically cut in half (basically danced too long in the wrong pair of shoes, I know) and she did such a great job, and the other did the rest of the pedicure and was super nice and easy going. I came back a third time to get my toes done and to get the acrylic off of my toe. I told her twice to get it off please bc it had been on for about a month at this point. Not only did she leave it on, but she didn't really cut my nails or put the polish on correctly. Really upsetting experience after the first one being so pleasant. (Not pictured) I came in again to get my nails filled and the lady, sorry can't remember her name, did an awesome job. She didn't over do it on getting rid of my nail bed, but I don't know how good she is at shaping since my nails were already shaped. Overall, this place would be my go to! read more

I've been hesitant to get my nails done ever since the virus broke out. However, with restrictions being lifted, and my nails needing a little tlc after a few months of quarantine, I decided to give this place a try! I chose Legacy because of the location, just five minutes from my house. Given the current state of things, I called to see if I would need an appointment for a pedicure. They said yes, but asked what time I could be there. When I said within 15 min, they said to head on over. When I arrived, front staff greeted me and then asked me to wash my hands. I must mention that they require everyone, customers and staff alike, to wear masks. I felt a lot safer with this rule in place, and that they asked me to wash my hands upon entry. Soon after, they had me fill out an order form. The order form shows all of their services, as well as how long it takes for each service. I thought this was neat, because if you're in a bit of a hurry, you'll know how long it'll take, start to finish. Then, I was asked to choose a color and they directed me to my seat. My nail tech greeted me shortly after, bringing individually packed tools for my pedicure. I felt assured that they'd been sanitized properly. After getting settled, she adjusted my water temperature and then asked if I'd like a drink. They have margaritas guys!!! And mimosas, wine, sodas and water. Living my best life, I got a marg. I chose a mid tiered pedi--luxury. It was so nice, relaxing, and perfect to cure the quarantine blues. I think it was $38 total, and included a scrub and hot stone massage. Completely worth it and I'll definitely be back soon! read more

I should of left then but thought it was just a moment and it would get better. Half way through my pedicure I realized I should of left from the beginning. Made a reservation on more than one occasion for myself and 2 daughters for pedicures to be left for almost an hour sitting there while walk-ins were taken care of first! Poor customer service, no attention, and during massage they literally do your legs... not feet. And don't even do that well. And whatever you do please don't get the manicured where they offer to add on massage. You'll be sat at a manicure table, told to put head down while they try to awkwardly and half heartedly 'massage' around your sur while everyone stares. Such a horrible weird place. I found this nail shop in June and have came here since. Every time that I get service I spend about $200 including the tip. I've been seeing Veve since June and she is amazing! I've never had a nail break or chip since I've had her as my nail tech. Well.. a month ago she lease to go back home for a month and I try a new nail tech by the name of Rose. She was sweet but I notice I was being over charged for the service she provided and when questioned it she kinda got irritated with me. I was charged $75 just for a fill with a design. I got gel and matte polish. I was told I was being charged extra because of the length which this is new to me because I was never charged for that. I noticed a couple days after having my nails done that the paint on my nails were chipping. Four days after having my nails done one nail broke off. I didn't call them to complain even though it was unacceptable for that to happen already because I was working doubles back to back and didn't have the time to. I figured I would go in once my work week was over. Eight days after getting my nails done another nail breaks and in between the time of the two nails breaking I have a few nails chipping on the side to the point of them catching things like my hair and clothes. I was extremely annoyed by this pint and called them while I was at work to inform them about the issues I had. During the conversation I was told that the same lady who clearly did my nails wrong would "fix them" or I could wait for Veve to return in a couple of days. I needed my nails done bad and was desperate so I made another appointment with Rose. The day came for the appointment and I had changed my mind. I wanted to wait for Veve so I did and I called the day they told me she would return and I was told that she wasn't back yet and that my only option again was to have rose to fix it. It was never clear if she would fix her mistake free of charge. So I break the third nail by day 12 since getting nails done. I call the next day to see what they could do for me. They tell me Veve is finally back and that she can fix me up the next day. I ask them if they would issue me some type of discount since I've been a loyal customer and spend good money in their establishment and have never had a issue. They tell me they can only give me 10% off for my next visit This is a slap in the face especially since I was over charged in the first place and have my nails break and chip apart day by day after spending $75 just on a fill. They clearly do not value their loyal customers. I'm sorry to Veve who lost a client due to their poor customer service. I will not be back and I told them that and they didn't care. ‍ The last photo with the discoloration is when I started to pop all my nails off because they looked horrible only to find this weird discoloration which I've never experienced in my life. I followed Vivi from another salon to this one. She's very thorough with foot massage along with my pedi. She does an awesome job with the dipped nails too. The salon is very clean and well kept. Then they always always pull my gel off with cuticle cutters which I've never in my life have had done... except for when I come here. My $15 dollar gel always looks so clumpy and not good so definitely don't recommend getting that. Went there on a Monday got a full set with gel and 3 days later 2 of my nails broke. Mind you I work at a desk doing paperwork and typing so there's no reason why my nails should be breaking so fast. Went again on Thursday to get them fixed and they gave me the same person so that's already a problem, they didn't charge me which is good. TWO days later two more nails break and not even the same ones so I go back and at this point I just want them off but they wanted to charge me $15 just to take them off. My nails are so ugly and already coming up !
