Finding the right nail salon is honestly so tricky because it's not entirely about the salon - it mostly has to do with the technician. That said, Polished is a nice salon. It's clean and has a huge variety of color options - which are the two main things I look for. As with ANY nail salon, the key to a good experience is taking the time to find the right person. This can also vary based on what services you are looking for. For example, the friend I always go with likes to get designs so she needs someone with a precise hand who is good at duplicating an inspo pic. I don't ever get a design, but I am really picky so I don't care if they freehand an amazing butterfly...I just need someone who has perfected the basic manicure (and acrylic application). I've moved and had to find new salons so many times... so it was no surprise to me that my first few experiences here were not perfect. But with some patience I did finally find "my person" and that is Mia! I really hope she never leaves this location because she's a gem. She's quick but efficient and does beautiful work (and sweet as can be!) Again, I can't speak to her ability doing special designs but on my regular gel acrylic manicure she is fantastic. My one complaint about the salon itself is the price on chrome. I like to get a quick chrome layer on top of my color to keep it shiny. It's just a powder they rub on before the top coat and they charge $15 dollars to add it which seems really excessive. I was expecting $5, but oh well. If I don't feel like paying that much I just don't get that. Sometimes I just pick a color with an extra metallic or reflective sheen to it and get the same effect. This place is always really busy any time I go, so I would 100% recommend making an appointment online before you go. It's a good idea to read through the reviews first to see who you may want to book with. read more

Booked a Gel X full set for my hands and a regular pedicure with gel for my toes. I was super excited to try this salon since the reviews are decent and they were awarded 2025 Best of the 405 salons. Plus I live an hour away from OKC, thought I could trust the reviews. I was wrong. The tech I was scheduled with was Helen. She was nice but did not seem to care about any of my request, hardly talked and just seemed annoyed to be honest. I asked for French tip off white set for both sets. She charged me $35 basic pedicure + $20 gel polish + $10 French tips + $5 one big toe acrylic. I never been to a salon that charges twenty dollars for gel polish. On top of that ten more dollars for French tip. I did not get the Gel X set on my hands because the would've been another $75. She also tried to talk me out of that set which, to me, means they just want your money and do honor genuine service. After asking her to redo the white tips a second time I just gave up because she already was annoyed. Reference pic is what I asked for, the other two is what I received. Gracie did my nails and she did such a wonderful job. She took her time and made me feel comfortable! Felt like just two friends talking and doing nails together! I decided I wanted gel on my toes but didn't know it was $20 extra but I thought oh well. I wanted a green and white marble stiletto set. The lady at front desk said it would be 50 all together and then when i went to pay they said it was 60. i gave them 45 cash and said put the 15 on my card and they charged 60 to my card and kept my cash. I paid 105 dollars for nails that i didn't want. I asked for green and white marble and this is what they gave me (see picture). Plain white with some green paint mixed around on top. This location is lovely and everything is so cool. As an artist obsessed with chameleons I loved Twee's nail tools and the basin for pedicures. Such attention to detail in the decor I def felt the luxurious experience begin as soon as I opened the door. The polish choices are phenomenal and I got the perfect shade of hot pink. I selected the polished pedicure package and the water wasn't too hot nor was the wax scolding as I've experienced at other salons in the metro. Twee and I had wonderful conversation and she even gave me some space to get some work done which was appreciated and as a mom of 3 this is my only quiet time in the last 18 months lol. After several disappointing experiences with my previous nail salon, I decided to try Polished SW out. It was recommended by a friend and co-worker. I had Lee do a pedicure and a dip manicure. Lee was wonderful! She was pleasant to chat with, and both the pedicure and manicure were amazing. The salon itself was lovely and relaxing. Awful treatment of the ladies doing pedicures. They slap your legs rudely when they want you to put your foot down or up instead of just telling you politely. They rushed my pedicure as well, and it only took 25 mins when usually it takes about 40-45. She left polish on my skin too and I told the front receptionist my issue with the lady, and showed her the polish. She ended up taking my number to "speak to her manager" but I never received a call. They don't value their customers at all. I paid $100 for my daughter and I's pedicure for them to make the entire experience awful. I used to come here for years, since opening. Martha (good luck getting in to her...she's booked!) is unlike any other person I have met; particularly when dealing with beauty/nails & the people getting her services. But there are many more (too many possibly) to mention. If you are lucky enough to get to meet her, you will know what I'm mean. Stephanie that is a manager there, handling scheduling and all the details; she is wonderful also. The vibe in the salon is positive, most of the time. The other day when I was there (before hours, as scheduled with Martha) we were done although still chatting. Another person there brought up a female that had a 10:00am appointment; that is fine but this Polished employee was RUDE. Shaking my head. No reason for that, for sure. Martha knows me. Update to add that after 6 days my dip nails are already cracking and breaking because they are so thin and not done properly.

I got my nails done here about two days ago and when I went, I told them don't get my nails done ever so I'm not sure about the gel or whatever and I feel like they tried to take advantage of me because of that I told him I only wanted the paint normal because it was also cheaper and I had to get them done again soon so I don't need them to be on for long. The woman who did my nails started acting weird towards me and I felt like she didn't wanna do my nails nicely because I did not want to get the gel. The paint doesn't even go all the way to my cuticles so you can still see part of my nail and there is still some nail polish around my cuticle that the lady didn't clean up. read more

I have gone to this place for at least 2 years and am sad to say this was probably the last time. I had a really busy day so I had previously scheduled an appointment for a nail repair on my one chipped nail. I thought it should be pretty quick but I ended up waiting 40 minutes and still had not had anyone start fixing my nail. So someone put the nail in remover to soak it off, however, no one came to help after that and by then I had to be somewhere to be very urgently. I had no idea I would wait this long without even having my nail fixed, so I had to leave the salon with a nail that had now been soaked and was in worse condition then what I came in with. I ended up losing the length of my natural nail because it no longer had the dip to keep it strong. I have to go back tomorrow to finally get this nail fixed and I'm still upset that I waited for so long with no finished product. read more

I used to absolutely love this salon. I have been a loyal customer for 2 years. They recently have changed a lot of staff, and the new staff just isn't great. I strategically made an appointment with one of the nail techs that I trusted as this was for a wedding that I was in. I came in and they put me with a new lady, not the lady I requested. I showed her a picture which was just clear base with a light pink tip. She asked if a pink base was good and I said "I'm not sure the pink tip will show up on a pink base" she showed me and told me it was clear. She began dipping my nails and I mentioned again that it was too pink. She began arguing with me and told me that I needed to wait several times, people around me were watching her snap at me over and over. The receptionist came up to us and I showed her the picture of what I wanted, the receptionist told the nail tech that she needed to drill it down and start again and the nail tech said 3 times "it will take too long". I was extremely uncomfortable in the situation and just asked her to just not do the design because it was very obvious that she did not enjoy her job or care about making it right. At checkout she charged me the full price even though I didn't do a design. I asked about it and she took off $5, but still charged me $10 more than it should've been according to other nail techs at the salon. The owner was contacted and she said she could do something else for 20% off which would mean that I was going to still have to pay $100 for something that should have cost half that. I just wanted a simple design and never got an apology or anything. I do NOT recommend end this place at all. Super unprofessional, which is so sad because it used to be so good. It's gone way downhill. Especially don't use Diamond, super unprofessional and rude!!!! read more
