Since I wasn't on-site I didn't know where toilet was leaking. Jaime agree to go fix next day, but didn't go until the 22nd. When he went he replaced the wax ring and billed me $160. I paid the same day as soon and he notified me job was done. On the 25th I get notified by airbnb renters the toilet is leaking. I call Jaime and he proceeds to tell me that he would need to charge me an additional $140 service call plus parts if he goes to fix toilet. I tell him that is very unprofessional because I paid him to fix the leak and it's not a difficult job. The 26th I drove to the home and fixed leak by replacing the flush valve. Do not hire J&J Plumbing and Heating Co. Jaime is unreliable and has no ethics when it comes to backing his work.

We are so lucky to have found Ron and Dan! Our heater went out for the second time in one year! We…read morewoke up to our house being 55 degrees inside and we have a toddler and a one year old! I was desperate to have someone come out to look at our heater. Ron and Dan were able to come out the same day! The minute these guys came in to inspect the heater, I knew we were in good hands. They were so professional and polite. They explained everything that was going on. Unfortunately, we did need a new heater unit. The circuit board was fried, and they explained that the part was pretty expensive, and due to the fact that we already paid a large amount of money to another company on the first repair, it would be more beneficial to by a new unit. They were able to install the new unit the very next morning. It only took a matter of hours and everything was left in perfect condition. They explained that the reason the circuit board fired was because the heater was overworking. The original duct/opening leaving the heater unit should have been at least 18" wide but it was only 6"!!! This was putting so much pressure back into the unit that it actually had caused several cracks in it. The thought that our old unit was a ticking time bomb that could have started a house fire or given us all carbon monoxide poisoning is so frightening. I can truly say that these guys saved our lives. Ron, Dan and their team did an amazing job. When they called me to tell me the install was done, it was already 14 degrees warmer by the time I came home. With our old heater it would have taken all day to warm our house back up! The new heater kicks ass! Boy, can we feel a difference. I can finally feel the warm air out of the vents. Our baby's room was always the coldest room in the house. We had to use a space heater every night to keep her warm. With our new heater, her room is so warm, comfy and SAFE! Thank you so much for everything! We are extremely pleased with our new heater. Very professional job and money well spent! Top notch company! We will be sure to use Mountain Plumbing and Heating now and FOREVER!!!

He said he needed Jared to come out and take a better look at it. Jared came out a few days later. He checked everything and said everything looked good. No mechanical failure. It just needed a good cleaning. He spent about an hour cleaning it. It now works. He explained to me that the unit I have needs a good cleaning every couple of years. His rate was very reasonable. I will definitely hire them again for both heating and plumbing. They made it very easy and stress free! Thank you!
