Right away when Anthony showed up at our house he was polite and friendly and said no worries we can handle your plumbing issues. Anthony said he was waiting for rest of his team to arrive and Chris, Dominic, and Trevor arrived and they got straight to finding out what the plumbing issues were. Well we thought Hydro Jetting was going to solve the problem but unfortunately we had a broken pipe line underneath our kitchen flooring, which ment they would have to jackhammer my beautiful kitchen floor in a spot and also open up the wall where the washer hookup goes to replace with new pipes. So of course we couldn't believe it but Anthony showed us the pipes underneath the floor on his iPad and how over time all the galvanized pipes had eroded which was gross. They went through with a camera showed us all the pipes and Guaranteed that they could fix the pipes but it was going to be costly but the job would be guaranteed for the next twenty five years! Our home was built in 1958 and we are sure that those must be the original pipes that needed replacing. We have lived in this house 32 years and it's the first major plumbing issue we encountered, so we feel blessed. Chris and Anthony assured us that repairs were being done in a timely manner and that they had someone that would put new drywall back where they had to open the wall behind our washer and his name was Leo and he did an outstanding job on the wall in very quick time which we appreciated. Chris and the crew completed the big job after two days. Chris explained that they don't replace the tile that they had to break but they would fill the spot with concrete and leave an inch for the new Travertine Tile to be replaced. Chris said they don't replace tile but he knew someone who did tile too and gave me a suggestion which we appreciated! It was a big job and it got very loud and dusty in the house so I'll be cleaning this weekend but I have working water in my kitchen and laundry area which I'm very appreciative for. We think all of these young men were very nice and friendly and respectful of our property and had great customer service and should be applauded for their outstanding customer service. We would definitely recommend this company to our family and friends. Thank you guys!!!

We recently had a sewer line backup into our main bathroom and needed a company that could come out…read morethe same day. After calling three companies with no luck, I contacted Fanti Sewer & Drains and spoke with Robbie, who was able to come out that evening. When he arrived, Robbie ran a camera through our main sewer line to inspect the pipe, and he let us watch the live video as he worked. This allowed us to clearly see what he was seeing inside the main sewer line. That's when we discovered the main issue. Our home was built in the 1950s and the original main sewer line was Orangeburg pipe, an older material made from compressed wood fiber and tar that tends to deteriorate over time. Robbie explained everything clearly, walked us through our options, and helped us come up with a plan. His crew started the work right away and completed the job in two days. They were very professional throughout the process. They did have to break part of the cement in our driveway to access the main sewer line, but they re-cemented it and left everything looking clean and well done. We had a difficult situation where a previous plumbing company attempted to repair our gas line, only for the existing line to snap at a joint during the work. That company then wanted another $12,000 on top of what we had already paid to complete the job. Coming from a construction background, I knew their pricing didn't make sense--the original amount being proposed was in the territory of what you could reasonably expect to pay to repipe the gas lines for an entire house. A1 came in, assessed what actually needed to be completed, and gave us an honest and reasonable price that fell right within my own construction cost estimates. There was no inflated scope, no unnecessary upselling, and no attempt to take advantage of the situation we were already in. It's difficult to find contractors you feel you can genuinely depend on, but A1 Performance Rooter & Plumbing earned my trust.
