Had my car repaired at this place in 2016 then in 2019 our car was hit again on the same spot. Since this place is no longer our insurance's preferred shop, we took it to another shop for repair. To my surprise, the new shop found multiple issues with the previous repair such as using cheap paint hence causing all kinds of havoc internally and externally. On top of that, they put on a coat just so it's not visible to the normal folks. That is $2k out of our pocket since it's not part of the existing claim. Be very careful if this shop is still operating. This is beyond dishonesty. read more

I would not even go here again if they even offered free Indian food. If there was a negative rating that's what I would give this shop. All these 5 stars rating are created by owner or his friends and false rating. I brought my Acura MDX here to get some body work done.When my car was done, after i took it home i noticed that window button on the rear door was missing and the opposite window would not go down. I called Fred and took back to repair shop and I showed them the missing button for the window and the other window not working. He told me that it was like that when i took so i was furiated and frusstrated because it was working before and nothing was missing. this is 2011 model fairly new. he did not take responsibility for it and refuse to admit. you bring your car here to get it fix not to get it damage or missing parts.I suggest all the people not ever bring your vehicle here to get repaired because it will come out damage or missing parts.They damaged my car and i had to take it somewhere to get it replace and fix. read more

Over the years, they have worked on a my MBZ CLK430 AMG, BMW 735I, BMW 325i, BMW 320i, Ford Mustang, and Toyota Celica. Another yelper also said "Don't be fooled by the 5 stars review". I gotta say we got fooled by the 5 stars. I have never seen a place this unorganized. We took my wife's car to this place 2 months ago. It had front end damage to the right fender and the bumper. It also had some suspension damage. Anyways, we left the car there and about 2 and half weeks later the guy called and said the car is ready for pick up. My wife returned her rental and She got the car and realized that they didn't fix the suspension issue. When she told them they said "oh we forgot, just bring it later so we do the alignment and figure out what needs to be replaced." My wife brought the car home and I noticed the top edge of the new fender was bent outward. We called the guy and the guy said" don't worry we'll fix that" We also told him that we need the car 2 weeks after that day because were going out of town and he said "it will be fixed by then." She took the car there for alignment and they couldn't figure out what suspension part was damaged. They ended up ordering all the suspension parts on the front right section of the car. The guy told us to go and wait for his call. Few days passed and it was a day before our trip, We decided to just take the car to the shop, we cant take this car to our trip like that. After almost a week and half, he called us on a Saturday and said "your car is ready for pick up". Obviously we couldn't go there Saturday so he told us to come pick it up on Monday after 2pm. We went there at 4:30pm and he told us "they're washing your car and it will be ready soon" We waited there for 40 mins and I decided to take a peek and see whats going on. They weren't washing the car, they were still working on it. They fixed that top edge part (basically pushed it back) but this time they had some issues with a moulding which wasn't damaged during the accident, it got damaged when they replaced the fender. So the guy blamed it on the aftermarket fender. I told him don't you guys check the parts before installing. He didn't even respond to that. So WITHOUT SAYING SORRY, he told us to leave the car there for few more days. My wife got mad at him and said you should have told us the cars isn't ready yet. We talked to the insurance and they approved an OEM fender replacement. Few days passed and he called again on a Saturday and said your car is ready for pick up. She told him did you replace the fender and moulding and He said no your OEM fender is hard to find and your insurance wont cover it. Our insurance approved it, but he insisted to come pick up the car (that still has issues), and hung up on us. We called insurance again and they said don't go back there until its fixed. Anyways about a week ago he called again and said the car is ready. We went there and realized the moulding wasn't replaced, he told us they ordered it and when it gets here they'll replace it. We got back to the car and noticed the right headlight wasn't on, so I told the guy and he sent one of his workers to check it out. The worker couldn't figure it out but I noticed the headlight wire was missing on that side, it was all the way under the fender so I dug it out and connected it myself. We left there and got home and my wife said she could hear something on they way home, looks like something is loose. She was right, few screw and rivets were loose and few were missing from the finder liner. Those guys probably didn't install them right. She called the insurance adjuster and told her what happened and she agreed to meet her at the shop to figure out the issue few days later. They met at the shop but the guy wasn't there. The adjuster inspected the car and left. I got there and few minutes later the guy finally showed up and started inspecting the car. I told him this was their fault and they didn't do a 100% job. My wife also told him they need to step up their game. Then he started saying its our fault and stuff. But at the end he agreed to replace the damaged part along with that moulding they were supposed to replace. We were about to leave and he came out and stopped us again. This time his worker came to check it out and when my wife saw him, said is this the same guy that worked on my car. He needs to be trained to do his work right and not to do a sloppy job. He (the owner or manager) got mad and said you know what "Im not going to do anything for you guys, take your car and leave. I wont replace the moulding, wheel well liner, nothing." My wife was like we will file a claim against you, but he yelled at us and said "do whatever you want". I told him what about the moulding, then he said "I paid for that and your insurance didn't so I wont replace it." Sounds sketchy. Who would believe they worked on her car on and off for 2 moths for something that shouldn't take more than 2 weeks. Over $4000 and still not fully fixed! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! Don't be fooled by the 5 stars review. The owner is very dishonest and will try to fool you with how much it will cost for your repair and during repairs are going he will try to add additional issues. The worst part is the quality of the work they did to my car. There were a few oversprays that was visible and spots from primer paint. I told him about it and never he fixed the overspays, he did fix the gray spot for the primer. I am glad there is Yelp, I hope everyone would think twice about going here. I took my car to this place few times since I got into couple of accidents lately and each time when I got my car back it looked absolutely brand new & they actually did much more work than they were supposed to do. And I got a very perfect car wash & the outside as well as inside looked super clean again. Every time I take my car to car wash no matter what place I go to & how much I pay they never do such a good job. the good thing is that they are professional & experienced people who actually know what they are doing.
