Beware!! I was…read morerecently at this location with my mother to have her car serviced. Just so you know I have tried for multiple days trying to reach a general manager and or service director and they bounce my calls around and tell me no one is available. I gave them a chance to stand in front of this and they didn't. I came up here with my mother as she was having work done on her vehicle. The service department claimed the brakes on my mom's car were bad and needed replaced..There were no pictures other then they were bad. I questioned this service tech and he stood behind that. So I took this vehicle to a AAA Authorized Auto Shop and it turns out the brakes had 70% or more pad left.. Pictures of the pads included with review.. I would hate to feel had I not been there with my mother that she would have been taken advantage of had someone who actually knows a bit about cars wasn't there.. I don't like leaving reviews like this, but people come to your business in good faith to get repairs and you embellish or lie about what actually needs to be done.. Instead of going the extra mile to earn trust and show proof and transparency that the work actually needs to be done..

Had value covers gaskets replaced was quoted one price but when going to pay price went up like 75$…read moreafter I asked for veterans discount which would of taken 100$....was told quoted price does not stay stored in the computer ok sure....then had to bring truck back because oil was still leaking they had to redo one of the gaskets had the truck again for several hrs after me and my brother a retired mechanic some things were not put back correctly or hooked up also mechanic was smoking why working underneath the truck and garage work area was very messy and disorganized.... gasket on one side still seems to be leaking.....
