Expected much better quality for the price. The apple fritters were over fried, should have known by the blackened appearance. They were also dry and hard to bite into. We returned them and exchanged for chocolate covered doughnut bars. They ended up being flavorless, bread tasting dough with thin layer of chocolate on top. Quality has gone down since our past visits. for sure. We won't be returning to this location. read more

I've not been one for sweets, nor do I care much about doughnuts but for some reason a childhood memory came to me and an old fashioned and cake doughnut really seemed great. SO I stopped in and in all fairness, this is late before they close, so the doughnuts aren't fresh... but I was so disappointing the old fashioned tasted like old oil grease and the cake doughnut was too heavy and frosted heavily. read more

Nearby a truly historic part of town the one thing they offer that's incredibly nice is fresh cannoli and it is well worth it. The peanut butter brownie is another one that you'll have to try but if you're really into breakfast sandwiches or donut sandwiches, then you need to try the Porky pig they're very upfront. They have great selections another one I might recommend as the pigpen, but today I personally had to throw the Charlie Brown covered in chocolate with a pile of peanut butter cream. This is exactly what I needed to make my day, seating was wonderful to have all sorts of different cakes that you can get with clever names and it's truly a wonderful business. I ordered legendary donuts the other day. They were 100% stale day old donuts. Expensive and not worth the money.

Mmmmmm. Doughnuts! I cannot believe they don't have a higher rating. The assortment is like a treasure trove of doughnut goodness. I love how creative the doughnut names are. I ordered WAY too many. My favorite was the Homer. I tried a bite of several and each one was true to it's name and delicious. I would definitely return when in the area. Beware! It is super easy to let your eyes lead you on a sugar coma journey. I recommend getting one - check blood sugar and then order more. P.s. Harlequin says the doggie doughnuts are a canine must. read more

I have to say they offer a lot of fun and interesting flavors. They also have huge donuts for the donut lovers out there. The prices are a little more expensive then I expected them to be but they did not disappoint. They probably have a donut flavor for everyone that walks in their doors. read more

if you want a burnt coffee water come here! i got a frozen mocha coffee today and they're just wow... words can't even explain how bad it is. the guy kept adding ice as he was making it to make it thicker, burnt burnt coffee. just horrible. i'm pretty sure the guy had no clue what he was even doing. i make a better frozen coffee than this lol. i would skip and just go to a real coffee place. stick with the donuts. sadly a waste of money read more

Very professional and courtesy if they don't have the donut you want if you ask nice they customize them for you. Such as I love maple but they didn't have anymore bars so they dipped one for me. Sterling is amazing my favorite so far. For the person saying they paid in cash and it got stolen.. back in like August this location switched to being 100% cashless to prevent robbery- so most likely they thought it was a tip or physically unable to give accurate change because they do cards only. read more

The donuts are out of this world and they have really unique style donuts. It is a unique and fun place, not your typical donut shop.

Ordered an assortment of about 10 donuts and a latte to go. The woman cashier was helpful and patient. They offer dairy free milk alternatives for the coffee which I appreciated. The donuts were amazing. Large, sweet and fluffy. Maybe the best I've ever had. read more

First place we've brought the kids all Winter break our two and four year old we're excited to go to the donut shop. The lady behind the counter instantly said after walking in that our two year old touched the brownie bites in front of the casing under the one inch gap under the glass window. I said sorry about that I'll pay for them (we didn't see him do it, but she says she did, even rom her angle and while helping a customer). Thing is she grabbed them right off the display but she grab two of the three that he didn't even touch, put two in our box, didn't offer our receipt and were out of breakfast sandwiches for the morning. They need to lower their glass (isn't that what it's for) or move the brownie bites back. Wasn't a pleasant experience, won't ever be returning. read more

This is another great location for Legendary Doughnuts. I usually visit the Fredrickson location, but was in Orting today and decided to stop. This location is bigger than the Fredrickson store and was nicely decorated and very clean. I was disappointed that they were out of my favorite the Homer Simpson (giant glazed donut) but I settled for the 12th Man which was frosted donut with Seahawks colors sprinkles and wasn't disappointed. The staff was friendly and the donut was delicious. This is my favorite local donut spot for sure. Go check them out! read more

That was then, and this is now.... Wow! I work for a delivery company bring hot food cold ect... to customers that order online. Today, on 11/5 at about 11:15 a.m., I got an order and promptly headed that way. It was going to take me 18 minutes to get to legendary doughnuts in the process of driving there. I got a text stating that the order was ready. I showed up at 11:30 walk in, there was a young girl working, she was busy so i looked were are orders go nothing was there, then after 2 guests went through the line the third guest that came in after me stated I was here first (me)you can help him, she then rudly replied to me and her customer, that we do not help them until all of our instore customers are done. I only had 2 doghnuts, and for her to state that to us is nuts, so I guess that means the customer who called in the order to my company is not a customer. The guy that she said this to look at me like she was completely out of line. He went through the line and then helped the next people ignoring me. 15 minutes later, she did my order. Our company makes this place a lot of money, and for me to be treated like this is unexceptible, this is a fun part-time job for me. I work in the industry as a manager full time. If i saw one of my employees mistreating someone like that, she would no longer work for me, she was rude, and her customer service is a zero. I filed a formal complaint with my company. My customer finally got her order almost 45 minutes later. She is also complaining about this individual. This is usually a very friendly place so I have no idea why they would have someone like that working there. read more

This place steals your physical money if you pay by cash. My teenage son took my younger son a few days ago to get some donuts here. The lady behind the counter told my kids that it's a no cash establishment. My son didn't know, I didn't know and he only had a $20 bill. The lady took his $20 bill and refused to give him change and once again told him that it's a no cash establishment. When my kids got home, they told my wife and I what happened so she called the store and asked why she they accepted the money. The lady responded that even though it's a no cash establishment they'll still accept cash payment but just won't give change. My wife and I were in shock at the response and we're dumbfounded. Why accept cash payment when you claim to be a mo cash establishment. I don't care how much the change was, but theft is theft! read more

if i could give this place customer service points i wouldn't. don't get me wrong the donuts are amazing and drinks. but the customer service is not good. i went in asking for a 24 oz coffee and she gave me a 12 oz saying they don't make a 24 oz... i wouldn't have gotten it and HAD to pay for it if i knew that. then she proceeded to charger me for a 24 and i called later to talk about it and she talked over me and was completely rude. another thing the donuts, were not in their wrappers and one donut got all the other frosting on it not making it the donut i wanted. read more

I brought my children in to your Orting location on Monday morning. This morning for some reason was far more difficult than most. My kids were out of school for the day so I took them to town to grab a doughnut. My littlest was especially excited. Although her favorite choice the Fat Albert was sold out she picked another. As your employee put the 3 doughnuts into the small box she placed my daughters on the bottom. Being 4 this was a big deal to her that her doughnut was being squished by the other two. By this point your employee could tell that I was clearly not having the easiest of mornings. I kindly asked for a separate box to which she replied with, I can't give you another box, I can give you a bag. I told her to go ahead and charge me for the box, I didn't care if the box was 10.00. I was just trying to save myself from a little more stress and another potential meltdown. Reluctantly she put my daughters doughnut into a box. I didn't pay attention to if I was charged or not, I even left a tip because it was clear that we were a bother. Such an unwelcoming and underwhelming experience. read more
