Haircut was trash. I told the barber I wanted a low fade and to not touch the length of my goatee. The entire time I was there his son was sneezing and coughing so he had to keep stopping to tend to his son and wipe his face cause of the snot running down his nose. Atleast he washed his hands sometimes after wiping his son nose. I had to have been in the chair for atleast an hour and a half. When I was finally done this guy cut my goatee and shaved it down and made it look weird. Then the length of my hair was off l, the top part he didn't even really touch. I wanted to tell him to take more off but it seemed like he was in a rush to take off from work. I'm glad I don't live in Texas I would never get a haircut from that shop again. Very comfortable space with TVs and or music playing, great barbers and very friendly and personable/approachable. Some barbers work seven days a week and except credit cards Venmo cash app and of course cash to make it easy for customers. I have gotten a haircut by Cee, a good barber and the rest of the guys there look like they do a really good job. This barbershop should honestly receive 0 stars... My husband and sons chose this barbershop due to no availability with their barber, so, my husband chose Legends. The. Worst. Decision. Ever. First off, both my sons edge ups were AW-FUL! You can literally see the outline of their edge up.... Why? Because the following day, they were cut and scabbed across their forehead and sides. If that wasn't enough, my initial reaction to my husband's cut, was just ok, nothing special...although I could clearly see the barber used Bigen to get a straighter line. That is always a red flag as my husband never asks for Bigen and he doesn't have a naturally boxy lineup. Fast forward to Monday morning after the Bigen faded; as I suspected, his edge up was JACKED UP! The barber took way too much from the inside of his natural hairline and used the Bigen to cover it up. Instead of having integrity and admitting to my husband he screwed up his edge up, this a$$hole decided he would hide it and fake a crispy edge up so he wouldn't notice. These were the absolute worst haircuts my son and husband have ever received. My 3 deserve a complete refund and apology for the poor service they received. My husband decided to let the barber make it and never return. I did not feel that would suffice and felt a review for the general public was very necessary. I support my people as much as I can, when I can, however, I will never hold my tongue for a barbershop that lacks integrity paired with poor service. read more

Sergio cuts was his barber and put somebody before my son even though he had an appointment was extremely slow. I came in and told them I didn't have an appointment. They told me to take a seat and someone would help. After I waited 1 hour they told me they didn't have any appointments and to come back in 2 hours. The haircuts I did see looked like trash anyway so I probably got lucky. Don't go here. The atmosphere of this shop is amazing as anyone knows a barbershop takes tine you can be waiting for 2-3hours to get a haircut but that is okay because "good things come to those who wait" as you sign in you can watch the barbers work there clients like work of art they take their time making sure that so detail is over looked. The room is filled with great conversations over hot topics of pop culture to pushy subjects of politics and everything has a sense of humor to it that will have you laughing so hard that you fear you might mess up your own edge up from moving. A very surprising find and a legitimate barbershop! These group of guys can make you look damn good without you even realizing it. So here's a few details for first-timers unsure of where to go. Once you find the barbershop, go ahead and park in the back, there's no street parking! Bring cash! There's an ATM just right next door just in case too. Anyways, on to the cut. I unfortunately forgot the name of the guy who cut my hair, but he manned the chair at the far end and to the left of the entrance. He was this guy not too much younger than me, but who understood exactly what cut I was going for and delivered beyond my expectations. I normally go with a side part with the sides tapered rather low. But this time around, I wanted a high taper/fade on the side with just about half an inch taken off on the top. My barber not only delivered, but exceeded what look I was going for! It's been over a week and I'm still highly satisfied with my cut. I'll gladly return, and I highly recommend! read more

Moving from the Northwest side of San Antonio to New Braunfels, I had trouble finding a barber who had great ratings. I'm so happy I looked on Styleseat and found Tony. He cuts on Monday (by appointment only) which is a plus because a lot of barbers are closed on Mondays. He did an awesome job with my son's haircut! He also edged my middle son's hairline. I'd definitely recommend Tony to anyone looking for a nice cut. Not only Tony but there are other barbers in there as well and I'm sure everyone can deliver as well. I am super picky & after searching over 20 shops in this city willing to drive 45 minutes to a barber who has amazing reviews I realized that the best barbershop was in my backyard around the corner. This place has some of the best barbers in this city, FAMILY FRIENDLY & PROFESSIONAL. It has a female barber who is probably one of the best female barbers in ths city. Our Barber is Tony & he Is a beast!....u can also book online or through style seat phone app which is a PLUS in my book...My son & I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANY BARBER in this place & def worth the drive if u do not live close to the shop. Wow! I See good reviews here but Unafortunately that was Not Our Case! I had already Felt Un-Welcome to begin with. But It wasn't about me nor my Teenage Son needing a haircut, What Hurt me the most was Seeing My Sick Dad by-pass with other customers for over an hour. You r so rte Jay..a good shop was hard for me to find here in San Antonio. Being new to the city and state I was gettin desperate. Legends is a good 25mins drive for me which I think now I have shaved off about 5 or so of those mins. But regardless the haircut.. arches atmosphere.. and barbers are well worth the ride. Went in on a walk in and came out with a friend and one of the best cuts I've had since I can remember . I'm a gentleman who get up in a gentleman's barber shop I guess everything in life happens for a reason. Showed up to the wedding and even the groom asked who cut my hair . This place is terrible with their service ( scheduled an appointment and still waited 2 in a half hours to be serviced), employees are all ex cons, building needs ALOT of maintenance, 6 stations. The station I was assigned to, I was uncomfortable the whole 45min hair time, the seat was barley stable. On top of all that the only reason I went to a barbershop was to get a clean shave with a razor blade and the barber (Toni) refused to give me what I requested. That's not all! I asked him to style my hair certain way, he must've been deaf or not paying attention because that is not what I got, I have never been so pissed off over a hair cut before. If your looking for at least a descent hair cut DONT COME HERE!! You will get the complete opposite! Toni robbed me $3 dollars gave him my money, was expecting my change and he said "good bye sir".
