We had spent the weekend visiting family in Colorado, and stopped here for my husband to get a cut before heading to the airport. He was a walk-in and was greeted right away and sat down for his cut. Unfortunately, he does not remember the barber's name. However, he said that he has a beard and is a retired Military Medic. Thank you for your service sir! My husband likes his hair cut 'tight' with some length in the front on top. His guy did a razor shave on the neck, and cleaned up all of the random hair on his temples, cheeks and ears. Even cleaned up his brows. (Thank you!!!) This was not a quick cut/style but it was very meticulous, and looked great. I'd like to preface this review by saying that I absolutely hate going to new barbers. Maybe it's some sort of childhood trauma from getting haircuts so bad that you don't wanna go to school , but all that to make a point that I have set pretty high standards when it comes to barbershops, and that's when I came across legends grooming lounge on Yelp. It had so many good reviews, especially mentioning Andy, so I decided to give him a shot, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. Andy instantly understood what I wanted done with my hair without being too pushy or too un-attentive, and proceeded to spend the entire duration of the haircut talking to me like he's known me my whole life. He was super friendly and helped me to relax during the haircut and made sure I was comfortable. I absolutely loved the end results as well. The store itself while being small is super clean and has a friendly environment with not just Andy, but the other staff also contributing to the atmosphere. The price wasn't cheap, but wasn't too expensive either, and overall I thought it was well worth it. 11/10 will probably be coming back. read more

I'm very disappointed in the way my hair came out again. Do not go to "Fast Fade" Mike for any type of fade or haircut as he rushes through the entire process. I simply went in and asked for a mid fade, nothing off the top and no line up on the forehead. The photo clearly shows that I did not get that. My boys both got great cuts there. Antiono did exactly what my older son wanted - he even said it was the best cut he had ever had. A different stylist worked on my younger son's hair. And don't get me wrong, his cut is really great. But is nothing like what I asked for (I even showed them a picture of what I wanted). Hence the four stars. Went for a regular haircut and to cut some length of the top which cutting the top went well but it came out uneven and didn't realize until we left and when we came back to get it fixed we had to pay another 20 to get it fixed, which this was the second time I went the first time I asked to keep the top and taper the sides but came out bald leaving my afro behind, the fade was cold though read more

Not too crazy about the fact that my fiancé's eyebrows were trimmed sloppily and incorrectly four days before our wedding. When my fiancé asked him what the $!#* the dude did to his face, all he got back was "sorry". My fiancé is very upset about this and doesn't think he looks like himself. He never would have agreed to get his eyebrows trimmed if all that was going to happen were clippers ran across his brow instead of using a comb and scissors like I'm pretty sure cosmetologists/aestheticians are trained to do. Please, don't let these people touch your face. My fiancé likes his haircut. However, it takes a long time to regrow eyebrows and my rating change is because of them not knowing how to trim eyebrows and poor accountability from the barber. I've been coming to Legend's for about 2 years now. I really like this place. It's a great barbershop feel but salon level skill. You may be asking yourself: "But Brian, aren't you bald?" Well, technically no. I get me head either shaved or buzzed on a weekly/bi weekly basis. More importantly, as a man blessed with a beard, I'm in almost as often getting my beard trimmed and shaped. This is no Supercuts, this is Professional hair and beard styling.
