I was given Danny's of Legends Luxury Auto Repair's phone number from a Cadillac XLR Forum I am part of, and then checked his Yelp reviews and other online reviews, and could not believe how many 5 star reviews he has! I can see why now. Read on fellow Yelpers... My experience with Danny started with programming a key fob that 3 different CADILLAC dealerships were unable to do. Not Danny though. He was not only able to program my spare key fob with no problem (there were some steps involved, but he just zipped through them) but then asked to see the broken one that I was told from the dealership was unrepairable, which he promptly returned to me in working condition about 5 minutes after I handed it to him! I now have 3 working xlr key fobs instead of 1. I have since brought my 2006 Cadillac XLR V to his shop for some other repairs I had been procrastinating due to cost. Now EVERYTHING mechanical, electrical, and otherwise is working fine and the car is running like brand new. AND just like his website and business cards say, the repairs were done at less than 40% of the quotes I had from multiple Cadillac dealerships. I know this for sure, I have many quotes in my email. Plus, none of them that I had called anyway, had an actual Master Certified XLR Tech which Danny is. That must explain his uncanny ability to diagnose and fix any problem with these cars. If you own a Cadillac XLR or XLR V, I highly recommend that you only take it to Legends Luxury Auto Repair on Scottsdale Rd midway between McKellips and McDowell Rd. You will save yourself thousands of dollars, not to mention, you'll have the peace of mind knowing your repairs and/or upgrades were done right. Now, I don't want to leave out that they repair other cars also. Danny's and his other mechanics' skills go beyond that with ASE Certifications, GM Master Tech certifications, and all kinds of others that I can't remember (see the About page on his website legendsluxuryautorepair.com). They have fixed my Toyota Tundra truck too, but they specialize in Cadillac repair, Corvette repair (all generations, models, and years), and all GM car and truck repairs. And lastly, the customer service second to none. Kathryn, his wife and shop manager, marketing manager, and basically the person who keeps everything running seamlessly here! She is a pleasure to work with and makes sure everyone is taken care of. There's a nice waiting room here if you decide to wait with free WIFI, coffee, comfortable couches, tv, refreshments, and whatever you need. I own a 2007 Cadillac XLR. Little did I know, XLRs should NOT be taken to a Cadillac dealership for service, unless they have a CERTIFIED "XLR" TECH on site (they have completed specialized training for the care & feeding of the XLR). Long story short, I took my car to a dealership for service, as my convertible top was having mechanical issues. They said my hydraulic pump had to replaced... Two-thousand dollars & two days later, the problem was still there - it was misdiagnosed and I learned the hard way. I'm more than grateful, to have found Danny at Legends! Not only is he an ASE & GM Master Tech, he's also a Master Certified XLR Tech. He diagnosed my top's problem in less than 15 minutes and had it fixed in less than 30. Parts & labor? Just 15% of what I was charged for at the dealership with a misdiagnosis! I've had Danny work on my car a few other times since then, for regular maintenance, etc. and I wouldn't trade him for the world! He is the most honest, knowledgeable & hardworking mechanic I've ever experienced! Danny goes above & beyond and the outcome? Excellent AND affordable- MUCH LESS than dealership prices! I had a very bad car repair experience at a Chevy dealership service center who had my car for almost 3 months. In order to get any updates, They did not fix the problem. Talked to Danny at Legends Luxury Auto Repair over the phone and immediately felt at ease so I had my C5 Corvette towed to Legends. He called me twice the day it arrived, explained in detail what he was doing and what he was looking for. He told me when he would call for updates, and followed through. He had my car 6 business days. The day I picked it up, he went over everything. I was so confident, I decided to drive the car to Wisconsin the next day. No issues! Corvette ran like new. If you have a Corvette, Danny's group know's Corvettes! The price I paid at the dealership was 500 dollars more than what Legend's charged me. Can't say enough great things about this shop. I took my 2008 Pontiac Solstice to Luxury Legends for a pre-purchase inspection and to bring the car back to good working condition after purchase. I was told the car was a good find, just needed fluids replaced and brakes and a few parts and a couple of tires. Great news! When I initially took ownership of the car, it was riding a little loose and pulled a bit to the right, engine sounded rough, and .. it looked like a 2008. When I got it back, it looked brand new and sounded awesome. It has it's mojo back now. It sticks to the road and has power under the hood. I was super impressed by the work they did. Danny is the man to go to for Corvettes. Brought my C7 in for an A/C blower motor problem, Danny found the issue with the connector and sorted me out w/o having to replace the part. I also had a rear dif issue, getting a code "Rear Axel System Off". Dealership was quoting me $2200 for a new computer. Turns out Danny fixed it with a Dif fluid flush and bled the lines. No more rear-end off message and saved me a bundle! Put my money to good use and had Danny replace leaking rear shocks. Also super fast, had me in and out same week, even did the rear shocks same day! Super service and top notch troubleshooting. I was advised at the Cadillac dealer that one of my front shocks and one of my back shocks were leaking. Dealer quoted me a price for the work. I made an appointment with Legends to have my car looked at. I was advised that the shocks were leaking, 2 in the rear and one in the front. The recommendation was to replace all 4 shocks and well as strut mounts in the front end of the Escalade. Legends performed the work. They did a great job. Also saved about 30% from what the dealer quoted for the same repair. I highly recommend this repair shop. read more

Legends has been maintaining my 2008 Corvette in perfect condition for nearly three years. Yesterday I arrived at 10:00 AM for an appointment to overhaul the brakes on all four wheels.
