I had an open tab, and so did a friend, he was charged a correct amount but mine was doubled. I called the next day and spoke to a manager, he said it happened all the time and that it would clear within a few days- and it would be the correct amount. When it didn't, I called back and let him know. He was able to see my tab and my friend's tab and assured me that it would fixed, it would just take a few days to get in touch with their bank. He took my info and told me he would get back to me. That never happened. I called a week or so later, and was told the manager was not in, but they would get back to me. That months ago. Every time I try to get in touch, it seems like a run-around. I liked the venue, but I will not be back.

I ordered a beer and the same waitress, before my ID even left my hand, said "cmon is this fake?" To which I replied "that's crazy, I'm about to be 25. Do what you need to do to verify it's real." She then said "your attitude isn't helping you out either." They then took my ID for 20 minutes before returning it. I didn't react with attitude, I acted startled and a little bit upset that I was accused of using a fake ID in front of my girlfriend and our friends. The one thing I thought was a little strange was that a server incorrectly served us a dish, and when it was realized, re-served the same dish to another table. In my past experience serving, if it was incorrectly served it should be taken to the back and not served again. Aside from that, it was a great experience for a casual bite and delightful drinks.
