Hers came out exactly as advertised--marbled, juicy, and very good. Mine was ordered with cheese, and when it arrived it was clearly overcooked, tough, and lacked marbling. The cheese completely covered the steak, making it impossible to see the issue until cutting into it. Frankly, it felt like the topping was used to hide a poorly cooked steak. Lesson learned: never order a topping on a steak. Overall, it felt like our large group was neglected from start to finish. The only positive part of the experience was our waiter, who was attentive and did his best. Unfortunately, this was a very poor experience, and we will most likely not return.

Bright, overly harsh lighting and uninspired digital display boards stripped away any chance of a cozy or intimate dining experience. Service left much to be desired, with sluggish and inattentive staff making the evening feel even longer. The real letdown, however, was the food. The steaks, which came with a surprisingly steep price tag, were clearly low-grade cuts lacking any real flavor. Even a basic seasoning could have helped, but unfortunately, none was present. Overall, it felt like a 24-hour Denny's with a salad bar thrown in as an afterthought. If you're a steak enthusiast, this place will surely disappoint.
