We wanted to sit in the bar so we could watch TV; fortunately there was ONE clean table among the 10-12 that didn't have people seated. One night I ordered Logan's for my family, it was a five meal order with an extra order of the rolls and butter, when I arrived I asked them to make sure that everything was in there and the woman simply responded with "As far as I know" so I was already feeling a bit nervous that they truly didn't get everything. Upon arrival to my house I started separating the food and found that the butter and extra ranch I ordered for my kids chicken tender meals were missing, I asked them to check and make sure and I was unsatisfied with what I came home with. On top of that my children started whining that the chicken was burnt and for what I can see it was, it was too crispy even though I didn't even ask for it, and the fries were so unseasoned and not satisfying. read more

Great understanding its mother's day but it's no reasons not to acknowledge a guest to let them know you will be right with them. The server was ready to leave and so he decided to ignore us and continue with his 2 other tables. No one offered an apology for lack of customer service. It was only excuses of why they felt it was ok to allow the disrespect and no acknowledgement. Management provided an excuse and said she would talk to him. She never went above or beyond to make sure our experience was ok decent or even manner. McDonald's customer service is better than this. It's a fast food restaurant with better customer service. Cons: I had the hamburger steak special with added mushrooms. The onions and mushrooms were completely cooked to death and the meat was so well done and dry. I barely at it. The baked potato that came with the meal was over cooked, but edible with sour cream. My spouse had the Chicken Cobb salad. Mediocre at best. We will never be back. Never made it to our seat. The place was pretty empty on a late Saturday afternoon, and we asked for a booth, the hostes left, and never came back. Five minutes later, we left and went next door to Hickory Falls, which brought our food out quicker than the hostes could seat us at Logan's. You got one job to seat the customer in a timely fashion! Brought my dad here for his 70th birthday today and wasn't impressed at all. We got there at noon, just an hour after they opened. My dad had been set on the porterhouse steak, so that's what he ordered. But about 10 minutes after placing our order they came back and said they didn't have any porterhouse steaks. However on two separate occasions I went against my better judgment and got food poisoning both times which makes me question if they are cooking in old grease or not cleaning properly. I got mushy presauced product that you get from the meat/prepackaged foods in the grocery for $10.00. Ordered it through delivery received only the 6 rolls that I ordered extra. Spent $13.00 on delivery to have to drive to the restaurant to pick up the dozen rolls I paid for. I will never eat at this location or ever order the family meal from any Logans again. read more

I was just at the Logan's in Dickson yesterday and decided to go back today as a treat with my youngest son. I had a conference call for work to jump on, so we decided to order to go. I Ordered the full rack of ribs with a sweet potato and a wedge salad for myself and a cheese burger with fries for my youngest son. We also ordered the zucchini fries as an appetizer. I will say that the food we got was very good. The full rack was tender and fall off the bone delicious. My son enjoyed his cheeseburger and fries very much. But upon arriving home (about 20-30 minutes from this location) I noticed that both my salad and zucchini fries were not in the bag. Now, I know mistakes happen...I worked, managed, and have even owned restaurants in the past. But when I called to say that my food was missing and that I'd be back to pick the missing food up after my conference call, the response was not quite what I expected. Needless to say...I got my salad about 3 hours later, for which I am thankful, but this location needs better training in customer service for sure. Nuff said! read more

Ordered online for curbside pickup, received text that food was ready, replied "here" to let them know I was there. Time passes nobody has shown up so I call and they tell me they no longer do curbside that I need to come in. No problem. I go inside and my order isn't on the togo stand. Now let me preface this review by saying the guy who did help me was very nice and honestly the only one in the entire building besides the cooks that was really hustling. There was an older lady in a red logans fleece propped up at the bar talking to another long haired server while orders piled up in the window. Eventually a manager (I assume) freshly pressed, maybe he had just clocked in idk.... finally shows up to start getting food to the tables - legit like 10 plates had piled up....My order was given to the wrong person so they had to remake it. 30 mins later I get my to go order....12 oz ribeye which got home was a NY Strip, Combo Ribs which were cold fresh out the freezer barely warmed...the only good thing about this order was the rolls...they were hot and fresh. Gave them another chance but management cannot get it right. I do give the guy working the window his props he was trying to get things done. I would suggest another location or go to Longhorn...they usually always get it right! read more

Logan's is my jam. I love the rolls, the soup, and chopped steak! I was so sad to see this location close down. So you could imagine how excited I was when they reopened. The first time we went was on opening day, we expected it be to crazy and for their to be some bumps! I mean- it's covid AND they reopened a shut down restaurant. They were out of so much- but that's not their fault, the truck hadn't came in yet. The second time we went we were sat in the back corner right beside the server station near the kitchen and fruit flies were HORRIBLE! Which didn't make sense to us because they literally just reopened- yea- sometimes they are inevitable but the amount was cringe worthy! The third and final time, we door dashed our order and had it set to be delivered around 730ish. We placed the order at 615. Around 7 the driver is already there waiting on our food... and it got picked up at 805 and got to our house at 815. This was frustrating but it's a Sunday night so maybe they were busy. However- the quality was subpar. We had 2 sides completely missing, no butter for rolls (not even the lousy ONE they normally give!), the salad asked for no blue cheese and I swear they put EXTRA. The things that were correct.... were fantastic! Positive note- they have some great wait staff. I just hope they are treated how they are suppose to be.
