We came here one time before but unfortunately the entire Mall was closed at that time. Luckily we were able to come by this time. They are a little pricey, some of the plush animals were starting at $20+. I guess since they can be considered collectibles, the price is reasonable? I'm not sure if he was a manager, but he was super nice for letting us in. Also very friendly when he was ringing us up. This is located in the mall on the upper level across from the food court. An entire half of the restaurant was sectioned off for gaming and I saw a bunch of people sitting down and having fun. Their proximity to GMU makes this a great place to build local community. Snacks are available (thanks for the $1 water!!!) and they have clean bathrooms. Everyone was super friendly and now I have a whole list of new games I want to purchase.

I'll gladly support a local gaming shop that supports their customers and doesn't see us as sponges to squeeze. Good job, Pair o Dice. I will be back.

No worries, the girls were sweet as can be. They had a lot of fun things to peruse. There were several bare card shelves so I don't know if they were getting rid of them or just changing out stock but no biggie. I was looking for a little gift for a baptism and found a beautiful little angel that was holding a malachite stone for protection - perfect! At the register I saw the much talked about Dubai chocolate bar that I had always wanted to try so I coughed up the $25 & splurged lol. I can say that I'm glad I tried it but sadly I was not blown away or even mildly impressed but super happy for the opportunity to try it!

I immediately fell upset because 1. I didn't inspect it prior to buying it (part my fault) and secondly, staff didn't inspect the product prior to bagging either. 3. Trying to catch a restock, in today's climate is extremely rough when you have a day job and or lack reliable inside scoop to vendors restock schedules etc. Makes finding any ETBs scarce at close to MSRP ($49.99). So giving this rating was hard because overall I appreciate this LCS (local card shop) for giving their customers a chance to own new release products for TRUE MSRP prices over Target etc.

I recently visited Arcana's Video Games Store after driving a considerable distance through heavy…read moretraffic because of the positive reviews I had read and the information on their website indicating that they accept trade-ins and support multiple video game platforms. The website even displays logos for the major gaming companies, which gave me confidence that my items would be considered. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I brought two Xbox systems to trade in: an Xbox One X White Special Edition and an Xbox One S with a 1TB hard drive. After arriving, the employee informed me that they were no longer accepting Xbox trade-ins because Xbox products were "not selling well." He also mentioned that I should have called ahead first. This was surprising, as there was no indication of this policy change on their website, which clearly indicate that trade-ins are accepted and it was the main reasons I made the long trip to the store. During the interaction, I also noticed an Xbox One console for sale in the store. When I mentioned this, the employee explained that it was a special edition. I responded that, given the price it was listed at, it might be difficult to sell. Additionally, after briefly inspecting my systems, the employee incorrectly stated that my Xbox One X was a digital edition. I had to point out that it clearly has a disc drive and is in fact the white special edition model. Overall, the experience felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially after explaining that I had driven a long distance specifically because the store advertised trade-ins. If the store has changed its trade-in policies, it would be very helpful to update that information online so customers do not waste their time making unnecessary trips. This was my first experience with Arcana's, and unfortunately it will likely be my last.

My children were enamored by their large Pokemon collection, my husband loved all the vintage comic books, and for me there was a section with old records to browse through. We easily blew through an hour looking at everything in the store and let me tell you... my children are not patient people. By the end of our visit we had to pick up some items to help build up my pre-schooler's budding Pokemon collection and something for big sis too. Staff was friendly and store was very well organized.
