    Driving School track for 3-5yo
    Lailah J.

Goshen, NY - we came on probably the last perfect summery-warm October weekend during Brick or Treat so the park was pretty crowded, though I imagine not at peak capacity. The lines were long enough that we weren't enticed to do too many rides (I'd say most rides were a 30-40 minute wait if not more), but there was a lot to see around the park and it was hard to yank my young child away from the activity stations with Lego builds anyway so we decided to just leisurely enjoy what we can since we bought annual passes. Thanks to Yelp friend Nehal's helpful tip, I learned there was a promo on the Gold Pass in the park for $109 that is good through the rest of 2025 + 2026 (normal price is $169), and since it includes standard parking ($35 - cos charging exorbitantly for something that used to be free is the new normalized scam), that was a no brainer for us since we'll definitely take advantage of all the benefits more than a couple of times. You can still get this deal until 11/2/2025! In park purchase only, not online. The park is a good size, neither too big nor too small, with beautiful surroundings views of the mountains yonder. It's well maintained and clean, and I appreciate there are garbage and recycling receptacles everywhere, as well as many benches and seats, bless! The staff we encountered were mostly friendly and helpful. There are 7 themed lands, with rides and activities for different age groups, and is suitable for kids 2-12yo, though I'd say 3.5-10yo is the sweet spot. All the rides are pretty low intensity but the more thrilling rides are the Dragon Coaster (smaller children can enjoy Dragon's Apprentice), Lego Factory Adventure Ride, and Ninjago the Ride. Most of the kiddie rides are near the entrance, and don't miss the new Peppa Pig playground for younger littles. One of my favorite attractions (and my kiddo's too) is Miniland USA, an incredible and super detailed model landscape made entirely of Lego bricks, with mini replica buildings, landmarks, and scenes from several American cities like NYC, Chicago, Washington DC, Las Vegas, San Francisco, and more. The creations are a marvel! There are several food/restaurant options throughout the park, but it's nice they also allow you to bring your own, if you'd rather avoid typical amusement park dining that's mediocre and overpriced. Be prepared to walk a lot, especially if you have a stroller or otherwise can't do stairs (shortcuts between levels), as you'd have to follow long paths that wind around the length of the park. I'll update my review once we have a chance to explore more rides and the seasonal water playground, but I enjoyed touring the park and child had an awesome time.

12:30 pm and tons of rides closed and the Dragon's Apprentice is already 85 minutes. They need to do better with getting people on and off the rides. It's 40 degrees and. Less than half the parking lot is full. Imagine a full parking lot this place would be a nightmare

On a bright sunny 85F warm Sunday of October, we decided to visit the Legoland since they were having month long Halloween event (Brick or Treat) and tickets were on 50% discount. Upon arrival it was easy to find the giant parking lot, but the price was $35 for the day. We breezed through the security and ticketing scanning lines, wasn't crowded at all. Upon entering the park I was actually really impressed. Some of the big rides and merchandise shops were right at the entrance. They had free paper maps. As we wandered around we got on several rides. The rides around the Lego Castle and Lego City were much more fun. Some of the popular rides had wait time up to 20 minutes, but most other rides had less than 5 minutes wait time. Some of our favorite rides were ninjago, tower climb, dragon's apprentice, and splash battle. The miniland is an incredible place in itself. They recreated so many of America's beloved cities like NYC, Philadelphia, DC, Chicago, Vegas with their most iconic landmarks and buildings. It was so impressive to see how they incorporated every single small details. At the park we found out there were about 7 locations where they were giving out candies to everyone between 2pm - 6 pm. There were also halloween decorations all around the park. There were some halloween special character greet and meets as well. The food and drinks are prices at the park as expected. A soda bottle was $6, hot dog $11, and got a special halloween ice cream that costed $25. The double cheeseburger and chicken tender I had for lunch was decent but the hot dog was pretty bad. Soda bottles seemed stale, not sure how they managed to do that. In the park they were running special promo of Gold Pass only for $109 (Regular price $169), for rest of 2025 and all of 2026. I was able to use my $35 parking fee towards the purchase. I also got 10% discount towards all food and merchandise I purchased in the park. For future visits I'll be getting free parking and bring 2 guests for 50% discount. It was really worth getting it as I found few legos and magnets in the park and do plan to comeback for Christmas and next summer. All the staff members were really nice to us throughout the park. They went above and beyond when they were having trouble applying my parking fee towards the Gold pass purchase. The whole experience was so nice that we entered around 11:30 am but ended up staying until 6pm when they were closing.

Not sure why the rating is so low. I actually enjoyed our time in the Legoland NY. Regular parking($35) and preferred parking($50) for the customers. Or you can get annual pass, parking included and 10% off for all the purchases. The park has several sections. All contain rides, food and shopping. Many benches to rest. They should have more trees or water mist stations to cool people down though. We were there in Oct still pretty hot under the sun for couple hours. Can't image the heat in summer time. Overall not much waiting for rides. Only Ninja go ride we waited 30mins. The rest was from no wait to 15mins wait. The waterpark was closed for the season but I'm sure it's a big hit in the summer. Overall a great theme park. Kids over 40" can pretty much get on all the rides. Good for family have small children. Bathrooms are clean. Food is ok but it's theme park, I'm not picky about it.

Legoland NY may be the smallest of the US Legoland parks, but it offers enough fun activities to make a great day trip with the family or with friends. I go at least once a year with my group of friends (all adults) and we always find something fun to do! This marks the third year attending the "Brickmas" event, where the park has transformed into a winter wonderland. Despite most of the rides and some of the park areas being closed, the event offers unique experiences such as an "ice skating ring" which uses a plastic floor that shockingly resembles the feeling of skating on real ice, meeting a Lego Santa, and even writing a letter to Lego Santa (who actually mails you response!!!). Don't expect the amount of activities, rides, and experiences you'd find at Disney or Universal. Go with the mindset of a fun day trip for the Lego fan in your family (or yourself) and you'll have a great time! Be sure to try the Build it Boss IPA, a Legoland NY exclusive drink made by a local brewery. The food is not bad either, I really enjoyed my steak taco bowl from Pirate's Tavern!

One of my BFF got my family tickets to Legoland when there was one of those big summer sale. It was fun but a little bit overwhelming for me. Pros: 1) I loved the Lego setup with all these different statues... the animals, and of course all the different famous cities. 2) if you buy something at the store, they can hold it for you until you're ready to pickup before you leave. Cons: 1) The lines were ridiculously long and I felt like it wasn't moving at times. You need to buy the tickets where you can skip the lines to make it more worth it. 2) There's absolutely no shade around and it was hot in the summer. Keep the kids hydrated. It is stroller friendly but it brings you through the long route. 3) We wanted to stay at the water park but they only allow you 20 minutes at a time which was super annoying. My friends booked the water park back to back timing but the fact that you had to leave and come back was annoying 4) the restaurant closes before the park closes... I think around 4pm. The lines were also super long.

I went on a Sunday but it was surprisingly not crowded. The wait for most of the rides was 5 to 10 minutes. Security: You could bring in snacks, water bottles, and juice. Some Coca cola stations have free ice and water, so you can refill your bottles throughout the day. Some stations ran out of ice in the afternoon. Souvenir cup: Definite worth getting if it you want to stay hydrated and refill more than 3 times. (You will most likely be getting a drink at lunch). I make the purchase online and redeemed it in Bricktopia. Rides: There are different rides and it depends on the age of your kids. most of the kiddie rides were in Brick Street and Bricktopia. Favorite Ride: Legojago Ride. Journey into the Monastery, where Master Wu teaches you the powers of the elements. It starts with a series of amazing illusions for practice - until the Great Devourer breaks through and you must fight to save the World of Ninjago! The ride was immerse and you got to experience a ride and a game as you fight with ninjas throwing ninja stars at them. Food: Ate at the Brickolini Pizza and Pasta. Ordered a kids cheese pizza and the Alfredo pasta. I probably would not go back. I would try the Smokey Brick BBQ in Brick land. Gondola: I took the Gondola from Brick Street to Lego Pirates. As a result, I missed visiting Miniland. Reservation: For the water park, make sure you make a reservation at 7 am. The park wasn't packed when I went but reservations were going fast especially in the afternoon. Keep in mind that the reservation is for 20 minutes. Link to promotion code I used for buy one get one free ticket for $94 and Souvenir cup for $14.99. https://www.legoland.com/new-york/promotions/cokesummer/

Positives: -Park is nicely designed and clean. -Stroller friendly and has lots of resting areas strategically placed. -Great for young kids (under 12). Negatives: -Most rides are not designed to accommodate a ton of people. So lines move rather slowly. -Parking is pricey ($35). -Understaffing is an issue. The park needs additional staff to operate more efficiently. There are rides that have just one person managing the entire thing, which slows everything to a crawl. Conclusion: Timing is everything. If you come on a day that is not too busy, Legoland will probably be a pleasant experience. Also, almost all of the rides and attractions are designed with young children as the target demographic. So if you have teenagers, they may find it too kiddy for them.

Came here on a Sunday after the Fourth of July weekend forecast shows cloudy which was the perfect weather as it's not hot at all. Says parks opens at 10am and a great amount of people were already inside before 10am. There were 3 people standing at the entrance to scan the tickets. Bathroom is near the entrance. They had family bathroom and regular men and woman room. The bathroom had good strong AC and clean. Multiples bathrooms all around the park. If you are coming for the water playground make sure to reserve online on day of which opens at 7am for reserve your slot for the day. You will get a QR code. The session last only 20 mins which was a bummer. The tram will take you all the way there if you don't want to walk. The park was great for the little ones. Variety of rides with minimal wait time. Make sure to explore peppa playground, toddle size figurines for you to take pictures with. We weren't able to go on all the rides but we got most of it and it was a good one day trip from nyc to a huge amusements park. Food was okay. We got pizza and pasta which was mediocre. On Sunday the hours was 10-5 we left a little before park closes. It was still a fun experience for the little one. As long as they are happy.

This is a good theme park for young kids - good amount of rides and activities for them to enjoy. The area with the various cityscapes is magnificent and clearly the star attraction! There are a few issues with this park that made me give it a lower rating. 1. Ride management needs some work - the staff is VERY inefficient in getting the rides ready and managing the flow of people. Due to this, wait times were crazy long even though the park was not that busy - learn something from Disney! 2. Parking management was inefficient as well - took us over 20 minutes to be let in to the parking area - there was 1 person checking in cars at a time! 3. The operating hours are too short for kids to enjoy the rides. Our kids were able to do only 4/5 rides during our visit Food options are decent and worth the cost.

First, beware of coming here when temps are high! There's almost zero shade in this park. Second, make sure your kid is tall enough to do rides, otherwise a waste of time. My daughter just made the cut off on some of the rides. The rides for the younger kids may go around 2-3 times and it's done. In my option it's a good amount of time to keep the lines going and their attention span. I would recommend a stroller or wagon! The walk is crazy coming back up. This park is also almost completely cashless. Bring your card. I can't review the resort part but it looked nice from the outside.

Came here on a very hot, humid July day. Bring umbrellas, fans, hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, water, swimsuits, and any other essential items for hot weather, because you will BAKE in the sun. Pros: - This park is pretty big, you need 2 full days to see the entire park and not feel rushed. - Food is decent, we ate at Brickolini's Pizza & Pasta. Caesar Salad was yummy, and the pizza was more like thick breadsticks covered in cheese. For a group of 5 adults and 3 kids, 1 large pizza is more than enough. - Fun Water Playground that both adults and kids can enjoy. However, you MUST reserve your timed-entry spot online (link below). You're only allowed inside for 20 minutes at a time, and they kick everyone out to make way for the next group. They provide free sunscreen at one of the booths. - Fun rides and attractions for toddlers and smaller kids, didn't see many options for 8+ - Miniland is awesome, I loved the immersive miniature cities with moving parts and background music - Air-conditioned bathrooms - Security isn't too strict. While no outside food is allowed, we were able to bring in water bottles, small bags of snacks, and juice boxes. - Re-entry is allowed Cons: - Everything is quite expensive inside the park. $35 for regular parking. $16 for a can of cider?! They have machines to dry you off after the wet rides, but they charge $6! - They don't provide any takeaway boxes or foil to pack your food. - The gondolas are quite stuffy inside Overall, it was a cute time! Here's how I would redo my visit: 1. As early as possible on the day of your visit, reserve 3 back-to-back slots for the Water Playground towards the end of the day 2. Bring insulated bottles so you can fill them up with drinks at the restaurants, and large ziplock bags to pack any leftover food 3. After exploring Brick Street and Bricktopia, visit Miniland first instead of taking the gondola down (since that's a nice leisurely walk down, and you can take your time enjoying the mini cities and take lots of pictures) 4. Explore Lego Castle/Nature Way/Ninjago World since those are the farthest away from the exit. 5. End the day at Lego City/Lego Pirates/Water Playground Links: - Kids go free tickets: https://www.legoland.com/lego24kgf/ - Reserve your ride (especially the Water Playground!): https://llny.reservenride.com/# - Pay parking ticket to save time: https://me-llnewyork.na.tickets.legoland.com/packageDetails/18372?l=en - PDF Map: https://www.legoland.com/new-york/media/gushogjw/llny-park-map-2025.pdf

My family and I have been to Legoland 3 times already, twice in the summer and once in the fall for Brick-or-Treat. We got the season pass deal where we get the rest of 2024 and all of 2025, since this also covers the parking fee it's paid for itself already and it's not even 2025 yet. My son is 6 years old and this theme park was very appropriate for him, the rides aren't too intense, so if you're looking for a day of thrill rides, look elsewhere. He enjoyed the rides, especially those that are in Ninjago. The great thing about Legoland is, when lines were too long or my son was overstimulated, we could easily find a show nearby, a playground, or a "build area" where the kids can just zone out and build something cool to attach to a wall or sculpture. You would think a kid would be bummed out that they can't take their creation home but he was so excited to have made something that's a part of Legoland, and sometimes you're even given a collectible "pop badge" for your efforts. The staff has always been really kind and seem genuinely excited and helpful, we haven't had a bad interaction to date. That includes everyone from the ticketing to the actors who put on the shows or meet and greets. With all the impressive Lego builds throughout the park, you never get bored there is always something to look at. I would say the one experience that there is room for improvement is the food. I agree with other reviewers, it's bland and low quality at best. The upside to this, and why they don't lose a star, is unlike most theme parks, you are allowed to bring snacks and a water bottle!! Game changer, especially with children! There are even refill stations throughout the park! Having the ability to bring our own stuff was such a lifesaver and I'm glad we knew that going in. There are some regular food chains outside of the park that you can eat at afterward if you're able to sustain you and your family on the snacks you bring while there. Something else to note before you go, the water playground is amazing in the hot summer heat but you must reserve a spot! You can do so the day of, our time in there felt short but you can reserve for multiple time slots, please don't do so if you don't intend to go to it because it takes a spot away from others! To reserve is free, and yes feels like a hassle but honestly when it's so hot out EVERYONE wants to go there and if they didn't control it I think they would have a lot more accidents on their hands. I love the free little surprises. Brick or treat was great, if you were in the park you received a bag and could go to all the little trick or treat stations for good candy, we only went around once and my son's haul was impressive! For this to be no extra cost I felt was a great deal, you can't get much these days without an extra fee! We also got a kick out of the pop badges you could earn and collect if you are paying attention! All in all we always have a good time here, you have to be flexible and prepared and I think that's fair to say about any outing with kids, especially theme parks.

Awesome cafe / need more staff in other areas…read more We had a great time at Frozen Ropes this weekend! One of the biggest highlights for us was the café. The café manager was absolutely outstanding. They were incredibly knowledgeable about food ingredients, which was so important for us since my son has multiple allergies. It was a huge relief to talk to someone who understood and took it seriously. The rest of the café staff was also amazing super friendly and accommodating. We went up on the ledge and loved the beautiful view. The atmosphere was friendly and overall very welcoming. There were a couple areas that could use improvement. First, staffing. Aside from the café workers, we didn't see many other employees around. We had to keep asking the café team questions because they were the only ones we could find. When we arrived, we were greeted by someone at the front desk, which was great, but later when we had more questions, no one was there. More visible staff around the facility would make a big difference. Also, the bathrooms weren't in the best shape definitely something that could be improved. Despite those issues, we had a really enjoyable experience. Big thanks again to the café team for going above and beyond! We'll definitely be back to watch my nephew!!

My child was so excited for their first ever away tournament. We drove 3 hours to get to Frozen…read moreRopes. We were a little surprised when we read the rules about no outside food or drink (including players), but they had plenty of choices and prices were fairly reasonable. In addition to that, parents have to pay to get in to watch their kids play, but parking is free so okay. The seating is terrible and extremely dangerous. They have short fences and tiny bleachers right next to them. My younger child was looking down drinking when a foul ball came over, bounced and hit him in the head causing him to get a concussion. My child was the only one hit while we were there, but there were ALOT of close calls. Story time... Early in our first game the field ump failed to make a call because she "wasn't paying attention" and she told the other ump to make the call. Our very calm coach quietly said something about it and next thing we know she flails her arms and tells the coach to get the **** off her field and proceeds to scream profanities at him (in front of all these young kids). A few parents speak out to contest her choice of words and remind her she's on the field with young children. She ejected the coach, he very quietly and calmly walked away as she continued to yell. The game continued. The female ump started making extremely obvious bad calls, then she would turn and smile toward us and at one point she flipped us the bird as she walked away (which I just happened to catch on video). She was taking her anger out on the kids, it was like nothing I have ever seen. A couple parents went in to speak with the director regarding her outburst and poor behavior. Director told us that it was unacceptable and he would take care of it. We waited and waited, nothing ever happened. It appeared at some point she may have received a text message and for the last innings she was less animated and wasn't making such crazy terrible calls. When our next game started we somehow got issued the same field ump and she told the coach he was still suspended because he didn't sit out an "entire game" so he would have to sit out for this one as well. Parents and coaches were very respectful and quiet about it, but some parents went to speak with the Director and told him either she needs to come out or they need to let our coach back in, we would have been happy with them letting the kids have their coach. They did not let our coach back in, but next inning they actually had the ump leave and asked parents to please not say anything to her as she goes, which they respectfully agreed and there was not one word spoken or noise made as she left the field. Our other team had issues as well, however I did not see those first hand so will not speak about them. Bottom line, we pulled our teams out of the rest of the tournament. My family will personally never step foot in that place again. I have never encountered a more unprofessional and disrespectful ump and the way things were handled were awful. That peace of mind as a parent is truly priceless as I work all day long. The staff are caring, warm, and inclusive to all children. They've created a safe environment where my son has been able to grow and build connections with staff and kids. My son looks forward to seeing his teachers each day in his class and all of his friends. He is happy to go, comes home smiling, and has formed strong bonds with both staff and friends. We appreciate all of the updates we receive and enjoy seeing daily pictures of what he did throughout the day.

From the very beginning, the staff at Prime Time made that transition so much easier for me. They showed such genuine kindness and patience with both me and my baby. As a new mom, I had a lot of worries--especially when she was having trouble eating at first. Instead of brushing off my concerns, they were incredibly attentive and reassuring. They kept a close eye on her, communicated with me throughout the day, and worked with me to make sure she was comfortable and getting what she needed. Their level of care and understanding meant the world to me during a time when I was already feeling emotional about being away from her. Knowing that she was with people who were nurturing, patient, and truly cared about her well-being gave me so much peace of mind while I was at work. They created a warm, supportive environment not just for the babies, but for the parents too. I'm so grateful for the love and attention they gave my daughter during such an important stage of her life. Any parent would be lucky to have their child in the care of such compassionate and dedicated caregivers. Thank you Eva, Sheyla, Brytanii, and everyone at Prime Time!! We will miss you guys!

For the past four years, Little Pals has been so much more than a school to us; it's felt like…read morefamily. That's how we've always been treated, and it's how we'll always think of the incredible group of people here. The care and attention both of our children have received has been nothing short of exemplary. They've truly thrived at Little Pals, and we can already see how the foundation this school provided has played a big role in their success beyond preschool. It's a big thing to send your firstborn off to school. Harder still when that happens at the tail end of a pandemic like it did for us. Is this the right school academically? Will my child adapt socially? Will they thrive? Little Pals checked all the boxes and then some. They made our children feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for, while also setting high academic standards. And they did an outstanding job with us parents too! Calming our nerves (especially this parent), and making everything feel right immediately. We've never doubted our choice for an instant. Our children leave Little Pals with a solid academic foundation: recognizing and writing letters and numbers, early sight words, counting to 100, and reading beginner books with confidence. Their handwriting improved tremendously; they developed strong problem solving skills and a genuine love of learning. They still talk about songs, lessons, and moments from class. It's incredible to see how far ahead they've been - both academically and socially - compared to where I remember being at that age. Communication is excellent. In addition to parent/teacher conferences and detailed reports, the teachers were always available to chat. I never felt rushed, and I can be quite talkative! There are field trips, an open house, Christmas concerts, and family night, all of which made us feel connected to the school and involved in our children's early education. There are always activities and plenty of pictures. Our kids made friends - and we made friends too! We've experienced just about every aspect of Little Pals, from the toddler room to aftercare for our first grader. Our kids attended summer camp here, and even brought their cousins along! That's how much we trust and value this place. I truly cannot say enough good things about this school. Little Pals has given our children not only a loving and nurturing environment, but a true head start in life--academically, emotionally, and socially. Thank you Little Pals, for everything!
