I tried to speak again and she interrupted me again and repeated she would get back to me by next Wednesday. Well, I don't spend my hard earned money with people like this. She represents the business and I expect much better than that. I just called my primary for a referral somewhere else.

I've passed out at the eye doctor before multiple times after panic attacks. I came in 3 days after an ER visit. I went to the ER on a Sunday, eye swollen shut, with something "stuck in it" - they told me I must have washed it out, because all that was left were scratches. Come weds, my eye was still in so much pain, it was watery, swollen... I was referred here by family, so I called Weds morning. Leah answered, and was super accommodating to me as far as appointment times, insurance information, and other paperwork. It was seamless and painless. The office was comfortable, they took me back to my appointment right on time. I met Amber and Dr. Kanoff, explained what had happened, and told them I was still insistent that something was still stuck in my eye. My anxiety issues were translated to the doctor beforehand, so I didn't have to go over it again which I genuinely appreciated. They were both so accommodating to my anxiety. They kept stressful things out of view (tools used to extract something out from up underneath my eyelid, my eyelid had to be flipped out), kept me informed, told me exactly what to do what not to do, and were friendly and reassuring. That was the first time that I had gone through something like that without passing out. I can't thank or compliment them enough on their professionalism, and kindness. Dr. Bunin listened to my concerns and was very attentive. I felt much more confident having a doctor who specialized in treating eye diseases as well as the cosmetic repair.
