This may be a strange review because I actually just visited a very swanky, well known spa in Beverly Hills and although I was impressed with the appearance of the spa and liked their products I was not at all impressed with the facial I received, which was very expensive!! I have been going to see Brittney White at Skin by Brittney at Leidan Mitchell when I am in Arizona for years now and I can honestly say without one bit of hesitation she is absolutely the best!! She is so professional and knowledgeable and I have yet to find anyone, anywhere who can hold a candle to her!!! She has done wonders with my skin over the years and I am dealing with the aging process as I am in my late 40's. I have tried many places here in Los Angeles and can't find anyone who even comes close to Brittney!! She was able to color correct my hair from a major self bleaching mess, when I tried to pull black color out of my hair, back to an beautiful brown again; and my was STILL SOFT and NOT STRAW LIKE. Since I have seen KACY for almost every "natural" color out there. I have been Blonde with Medium Lowlights, Blonde Blonde. I had a blonde obsession for a while. Then because I like to go drastic, I decided to go RED! it was amaaaazing!!!! The color came out soo beautiful. I loved how the sun amplified the multi-demensional color she added. Recently at the end of April 2015 I went back to Brown. Which she was honest and told me it would be hard to go from RED to brown, BUT SHE DID IT!!!! I am beyond happy with my color. The brown was extremely vibrant; the sun shows only a small hint of red but it works perfectly. I recommend only using KACY, she is honest and won't lie about what works. When I go for my appointment I tell her the color I want or that I need a cut and let her do whatever she she wants with it. I would not recommend Erica for microblading brows. She texted me a picture of one of her clients with microbladed brows. That picture was actually taken from the instagram of a tattoo artist in Texas (I communicated with that salon in Texas to verify this after using google image search). No wonder my brows looked nothing like the picture. I have been coming to Leidan Mitchell since 2003, getting my hair colored about twice a month and having my eyebrows waxed. I have always been extremely happy with all of my services. Jacki, the owner, was mildly sympathetic and assured me a full refund of what I had paid, which was $300. I am new to Yelp, but have been seeing Brittney White for my skin for about 4 years now, and she is fabulous! Unfortunately I had acne in high school and now as an adult I still have acneic skin as well as acne scarring. Since my skin is very problematic I am always hesitant to try new products/services, but little by little she has won 100% of my trust! I initially started with regular facials then switched to Microderm facials and now she has graduated me into loving chemical peels- which have helped a ton with my scarring! My favorite thing now is a Glycolic or Vitalize peel, then a week later getting a Microderm Facial and it really makes the skin look amazing! I've also tried Brazilian waxes and she is good (and fast !) at those as well! She has got a great personality and is so thorough and knowledgeable with all things skin related. They are not your typical lounge chair but more like a desk chair with wheels, on a platform and hard to get comfortable.
