In my experience, Michael Childress, P.A. questioned the legitimacy of my spinal tuberculosis diagnosis. Hearing this without appropriate explanation or review of my medical records was upsetting and undermined my confidence in the care being provided. From a patient perspective, being told or led to believe that a serious, documented medical condition is fabricated raises ethical concerns about respect, professionalism, and patient dignity. Medical providers are expected to approach complex conditions with care and integrity, and this interaction did not reflect that expectation. read more

During our visit, I observed that they treated every veteran who walked in with genuine respect and kindness. Compared to other facilities we have visited, this was by far the best experience we have had. The team is knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly committed to providing excellent care. I was referred to Leidos QTC for a VA related exam. I was able to be scheduled very quickly and the wait time was minimal. Dr. Lang was very thorough and had a very pleasant demeanor. The staff were amazing and very helpful as well. I would definitely return if I needed another similar examination. read more

Ya know what's super weird about this place? They have a Yelp sticker on their front lobby window, yet no one has ever reviewed this place. Well, I'm about to change that because I have some anomalies to address. Ignoring the seemingly endless wait time to be seen, this medical facility certainly has a propensity to lead you by the nose with the proverbial carrot on a string, so to speak. What I mean by that is...about every 10 minutes or so, an attendant would come out to the waiting room, call my name and have me assume it was my turn; only to find out they were just coming out to let me know that I was ABOUT to be seen. This happened about 3 times before I finally WAS seen. How annoying. The place seems slightly disorganized with the way they deal with patients, too. I mean, I had to watch the front desk clerk go back and forth with the doctor at least a couple times before deciding on how to process my x-rays and other associated paperwork. One positive thing I will say is they were able to bump up my second appointment after one of their 11 o'clocks failed to show up on time. So, that was nice. Although, I don't understand why they had to schedule two separate appointments in the same day, but so far apart. We're talking like 5 hours! My point is, it would have been a waste of time for me to drive all the way back home just to drive all the way back to the medical office 4 hours later. Needless to say, I made it a point to show them my undying gratitude for saving me the wasted trip. Once I finally got back there, everything else with both docs was swift and professional. Don't really have any complaints there. I just, ya know....hate waiting. But by far the most annoying and confusing aspect of this place is their ostensibly locked bathrooms. Why is this a thing?! They say it's for QTC patients only, but....I was being seen, too (albeit outpatient, but still). I had to piss like a race horse by the time I left the facility nearly 4 HOURS LATER! It isn't all doom and gloom, though. Possibly my favorite thing about QTC is their online portal where you can track appointments and fill out the necessary question sheets prior to walking in. A true time saver, indeed! Long waits that spring eternal aside, I'm gonna give QTC Medical Group a generous 3 antsy patients pacing in the wait room out of 5. read more

Thank You From Me To The Staff: I Felt So comfortable and impressed by The Courteous and Professional QTC Staff from beginning to End Of my Appointment! I Arrived early, yet immediately after check in, I was examined by Anthony Malone. I was amazed by his knowledge, patience and thoroughness of my Dissability case. He was well informed because he took the time to prepare before meeting me. Turns out after I asked him If he had ever served in the Military. Mr. Malone answered he did serve as a medic in the Military and is also a veteran. Took the morning off of work to be able to go to my appointment. There was a scheduling issue where they said my appointment is at 9. Where all my emails and txt messages said 9:15. When asking the provider to see if we could make it work the answer was immediately no and there was no help from anyone working there to see what we could do. Neglect of care for patients read more
