My manicure is beautiful and my cuticles are super clean--definitely shows their attention to detail. The nail quality overall was excellent--clean, precise, and exactly what I was hoping for. The massage portion could've been a little deeper, but that was on me for not speaking up at the time. Just something to keep in mind if you prefer a firmer touch. Adera, the sweetest owner, does makeup, waxing, facials, etc. I see her when I need quality makeup done. Not only is she thorough and creative, she is fast. She is always done within the hour. You can book with her via StyleSeat. It's very convenient especially for payment after your service. Adera also rents out chairs/rooms to other estheticians, nail artists, hair braiders etc. Her common-space is bright, clean, and tasteful. She has coffee and often has snacks. There's a mounted TV that plays music videos while you wait to be taken to your treatment room. I've never had a bad experience here. Although I come to see Adera, other staff have been friendly and welcoming to me. Highly recommend Adera's EUOC.

I can't speak for the quality of every nail technician but this nail set in the picture was horrible compared to the 4 week old gel-x set that I had before this. When "Christine" was applying the extensions, I know I should have just completely stopped her there immediately. She was placing them crooked and unaligned from the beginning. The craziest part was when she was struggling to form a French tip with the dip powder and said, "It's hard because it's dirty." She went on to explain that the reason she was struggling was because the person who used the powder before her DIDN'T CLEAN IT PROPERLY. Now I'm just thinking about an infection because she cut me twice. I felt the first cut on the table and found the second one later in the night. My bleeding stopped very quick but it's was still very painful and uncomfortable on my cuticle. She ended up apologizing a lot for the 2 full hours she had me there, gave up on the dip powder and ended up just painting the French tip on in the end. This technician also tried to form an apex with the gel top coat which resulted in a very blobby form. It was $90 dollars. She knew she did a terrible job and she knew she kept me too long. Two other girls around said to just call if you need help. Again, I can't speak for all their employees I've heard that the "owner" and "May" give very great service, but I don't know if I'm truly ever coming back here.

A family friend recommended this place, and I've been a loyal customer ever since. Lucy usually does my nails and she's amazing--super sweet and always excited to try bold, fun colors with me. Everyone I've interacted with, whether for nails or pedicures, has treated me with kindness and respect. Wayyy better than Cali nails by a long shot. I really felt important here. I was greeted at the door with smiles and they helped me check in. Jay was really great helping me figure out what I wanted. And jay did a great job doing my nails as well as the nail art. All I asked for was a flower and Jay just painted the flowers on my nails and I was just in love with them.
