    So, this review is based on my experience with their Used Car Sales and their lack of professional communication. They had just received a Ram 1500 Rebel that I was very interested in. The first salesperson I was placed in touch with (can't remember his name) was not doing his job so, the Sales Manager, Hilary, put me in contact with Nate. I test drove the vehicle and they were initially super responsive in getting the vehicle back from Leith Ram / Dodge for warranty work needing to be conducted, and this is where it goes downhill. After being told that they would have it back the following week, which I don't mind, it took me numerous attempts at contacting Nate to provide updates. Finally, after having given them a $1,000 deposit to hold the vehicle, and Hilary stating he would call me himself the following day, which he never did (I contacted both him and Nate at 7pm for follow-up), I informed them that I'd be canceling my continued interest in doing business with their company. The expectation would be something like, '...Ken, no update as of today, we will provide another update on Friday unless we hear something sooner.' And yet, it was me constantly pinging them to see where we were on this deal. Take your business elsewhere...I found another dealer in NC who has exceeded all expectations.     Just purchased a new vehicle from Pinehurst Toyota. Zana and Brandon were extremely helpful with the process and helped secure a deal that I believe was fair...not great, but fair to both parties. As for my RAV4 hybrid...well, I absolutely love it! These folks are worth visiting if you're in the market for a new vehicle.

    Learn the meaning of Customer Service!!!!! In March 2023, This dealership totaled my car by letting a runaway golf cart knock it off the lift while having the oil changed. The paid off my car but were not willing to offer any acceptable discount on a replacement vehicle. They are more interested in making money than taking care of a long standing customer (since 2007). I will never patronize them again. #moneyhungry

    1 Star -- Worst Experience Ever at Thomas Tire & Automotive (Southern Pines/Aberdeen)…read more This has been my third time coming back to this shop for the same problem, and I'm beyond done with their carelessness and lack of professionalism. First visit: I paid for an alignment and balance, but my truck still shook around 40 mph and the steering wheel was off-center. Second visit: I came back to have them redo it, but they said it was "too late in the day" and refused to do the alignment. Third visit (today): I brought it back again hoping they'd finally make it right. Instead, they took my truck for a drive without even asking my permission, and when they came back, there was a strong burnt brake smell. I quickly realized they had driven it with the parking brake still engaged. When I confronted the tech, he said my brakes were sticking -- which is completely false because the truck has brand new calipers and pads installed professionally. I told him the smell was clearly from the rear because the e-brake was left on, and he literally said, "It doesn't matter." That comment alone tells you everything about how little care they have for customers' vehicles. After all that, my alignment is still off, my truck still shakes at 40 mph, and my steering wheel is still crooked. I've now wasted three trips, time, and gas, and they still couldn't do the job right. I'll never bring my truck back here again, and I strongly recommend others avoid this location. Completely unprofessional, careless, and disrespectful.
