I cannot believe the way Leith Lincoln has treated me. Bob was very rude and hung up in my face when I asked for the name of the company that brought out Leith Lincoln. This is my third car in under a year from them. Every car has broken down within a matter of months. I would not recommend buying a new or used car from them. Beware they will scam you to get all the money they can get. And say it's nothing else they can do for you when something happens to the car. My experience has been horrible. The last car I got I financed. They did not let me pick or tell them what I wanted. They brought me a car and told me this was all they had for me. Now 3 months later that car is not working. My wife reached out to this dealership and spoke to Casey, the finance manager Francisco and even the GM John G. She explained she had an auto loan with Lincoln near us a few months ago and the car they sold her was a lemon after it being in the shop for over 15 days so she allowed them to take the car back as a withdrawal deal. She explained she also had a totaled car on her credit and sent proof it was totaled and paid off and even sent them proof of her other auto loan with Lincoln hoping she could get picked up again with Lincoln. Communication was good when she first reached out but after running credit which they made her send in her front and back color copy of her social which made her so stressed out but knowing she just had a baby and we don't have a car she did what she was told in hopes of getting a loan. Francisco the finance manager would take a long time to get back to her so she reached out to the GM John to step in and help. He stopped talking to her and never responded to her emails which shows poor customer service and Casey the sales manager stopped responding to her as well. After Francisco ran her credit to Lincoln he claims he spoke with them but told her- Oh they said they will mail you a letter in the mail explain the denial. Now, she worked with an GM when she got approved before in another state and he got her approved so it was possible. She reached out to the GM John in hopes he would help he never responded to her email. Francisco only ran her credit to maybe another bank and that was it. They definitely don't try and help people. Not sure how they got good reviews. If you have things on your credit that are explainable don't shop here they won't help. And if anything fishy comes on her credit we know who and how it happened. They better had to disregard all her info or we know how her credit got compromised. Very sad they treat people like this. read more

Camdon offered my sister and I beverages several different times during our wait. He was friendly and courteous. They knowingly sold us a used vehicle with essentially a blown engine! A warning light came on within the 3 day period that they say you have to return the car. When we called the dealership we were told they would pay for the diagnostics only! After taking the car to our mechanic we were told it would cost $7000 to repair it! This in addition to the $10,000 we just spent on the car! What choice did we have but to repair it because we need cars to get back & forth to work! This depleted our bank account substantially-money we were saving up during Covid for our daughter's college tuition! I called Matthew in the Service Dept and he was extremely helpful and accommodating, especially since we did nothing have an appointment. I had a fantastic experience with Leith. It started with my parents; after my mom got a car when she totaled hers. That destruction led her to Leith, and Camdon Makay! Both were very helpful. We drove over an hour to come to this place, and it was worth it. The dealership is beautiful, too! It's clean and fresh and light and lots of good snacks and drinks. When it was time for me to get a car, I had my sights set on a Jeep, but I decided to give the MKX a try. I'm glad I did because I fell in love with that car. It is sitting in my garage right now and literally makes me happy just thinking about it. From the moment we walked into the door at Leith, I was really impressed. I think Camdon did an amazing job. He was easy to talk to, open, engaging, and super-friendly, and funny, and I really liked him! He showed me the MKX and I got into it, he showed me some of the features and then I took over and drove it as well. After that we had a smaller Q and A session and then I decided I was sold. He drew up the initial paperwork for me and the process finished up! The next day or so, he drove to my work to drop off a car so he could pick up my mom's car for a service she had paid for. It was really a combination of the friendliness, willingness to help, and group of people we encountered at Leith who all were so ready to work with us. You could sense that they wanted the business...not in an annoying way though, just wanted to work with us...(which, surprisingly, in some of the other car dealerships I shopped at, people in those places just didn't seem like they wanted to be bothered....so fine, don't take my money!). But I did not get that with Leith, whatsoever, and Camdon is the best. I wish I could buy like three more cars from him. Loved the car I looked at, just wish the car salesman wasn't so rude. Pushed paperwork at me the second I sat down, asked me if I had been approved already I told him yes, and if he couldn't offer me x % that I didn't want to bother filling out more paperwork. Then, again, was pushy about seeing my trade-in, after I had said I wasn't ready to show it to him, he stood up and started walking towards it. Lastly, made a comment and I quote that a "roach might crawl out of my car" while he was driving it. Literally, the worst experience I have ever had. I am appalled at the way they do business here. First time Lincoln owner. 15 years Lexus owner prior ( regretting after first month ) . During negotiation and sales transaction , sales rep ( Henry ) stated first payment due March 2019. February payment included in transaction. Transaction date 1/27/2019. Sales person, Henry said next/first payment would be March of 2019. Got bill from Lincoln Finance that Feb. payment is due for Feb. They indicated the payment collected on 1/27 was applied to the month of Jan. Car was acquired on 1/27. I could see a prorate for 3 days but an entire month that the car was NOT purchased and under still under Leith Lincoln ownership unacceptable. Josh Finance Manager gave half assed explanation that made no sense. The payment collected for the month the car was not owned would be taken off the back end of the terms? Lincoln Finance agreed it was strange but was unwilling to correct. They were also unwilling to contact the dealership to work ou they left that up to me to deal with it. Car is ok ( 1 month ). Leith Lincoln customer service poor, credibility and integrity low. Recommend going to Lexus.. or other another dealer.. after all they are all just vehicles it is the service you need. read more

Friendly service. Complimentary drinks and snacks. Waiting area was clean and nice. Work was completed quickly and thoroughly. Two above and beyond instances: 1) A mechanic was walking by the service door as I was approaching. He was quite a bit ahead of me. He could have easily kept walking and I wouldn't have thought anything of it. But instead he stopped and waited for me. Greeted me and opened the door. Very thoughtful. 2) I needed my car seat out of my car. I called and said I would be coming by to grab it. I was expecting to go to my car and uninstall it. When I arrived I found that the mechanic already uninstalled the seat for me and brought it to the service area. I thought that was very nice. read more

I will never go back to this place again. Me and my husband went there on yesterday evening we had a scheduled appointment to test drive and checkout a 2015 Kia optima. We wanted to purchase the car and was working up the deal, first the sales person Andy come back with a price higher that what was on the window that the car was selling for, then they keep trying to pressure us to use their financing company even thou we kelp telling them that we have already been approved through our credit union for an amount higher than what the car was selling for. Once we agreed upon the price that we were to purchase the car for with Josh and the finance person; we were told that they were going to write up the bill of sale for us to submit to our credit union the first thing in the morning. Low and behold while sitting there waiting for this to be done another sales person gets the key to the car in which we already had a commitment/agreement to buy and showed it the people who came after us. The finance guy come up to us and tells us that the people who came after us is going to purchase the car that we had already agreed and was in the process of getting our paperwork; how can you sale something that has already been agreed to be sold to you? we were then told just go out there and find you something else on the lot we were dogs. We were disrespected, discriminated against because we were black and the sales person and finance person demonstrated unethical practices with dealing with us in the sale of this car. We have never been so badly treated like this before. I can only hope that the Leith group will respond to such actions/behaviors of their employees. read more

Purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Leith Lincoln just last month and I should have known that this was a dealership employing less than competent people when I walked onto the lot a knew more about the vehicle I came to look at than the sales person. I'm sorry but when you offer a Carfax vehicle history report on your website and at your dealership you should at least know what information it contains and that people who are looking to purchase a vehicle from you are most likely going to take advantage of this information. After initially meeting with the sales guy on the lot he immediately told me two "facts" about the vehicle that were completely untrue and both disclosed on the Carfax. This gave me the impression that either he was purposely trying to deceive us or totally clueless. "The car has only had one owner and never been in an accident" he said....strikes one and two. Once I informed him that the car had indeed had more than one owner and also had been in a minor accident just last year he asked me, bewildered, "really??' I said "yes, it's all on the Carfax." "Oh?" said the sales guy, "maybe I should go and grab that from the office, I'll be right back." Once he returned from fetching the Carfax he confirmed, in amazement, the car did have more than one owner and HAD been in an accident. Apparently the previous owners who turned in the vehicle as a trade-in had lied to him and told him that they had been the only owners and when asked if it had been in any accidents they also lied and told him no. Still really not an excuse for not knowing this information when a Carfax is readily available to anyone and especially when it's offered as a point of ensuring a dealerships honesty and reliability. After that initial snafu we test drove the car, did the ritual negotiations dance and ended up coming to an agreement on price and terms and purchased the car. About two weeks later they called to let us know they hadn't been able to process the car's title paperwork because they had lost the copy of my fiance's drivers license and needed him to come back in to make a copy of it. Kind of annoying but no biggie. Fiance got off work that evening and drove out of the way to the dealership so they could make a new copy of his license. Fast forward two more weeks, the day our 30 day tag is set to expire, and what do you know? The second copy of his license has mysteriously disappeared AGAIN. Processing paperwork and handling sensitive client information is selling cars 101. Unacceptable in my book that we still haven't received our permanent license plate and paperwork probably still hasn't been processed after owning a vehicle for 30 days. Moral of this story don't buy a car from a dealership that knows less about what they're trying to sell you than you do. I expected more from a Leith dealership, I'll known better next time. read more

I recently purchased a pre-owned Lincoln Town Car from a private seller in another state. I knew that there was an open recall on this vehicle and I would have to bring it to the dealer to address it, and there were also a few other items that I wanted done as well at the same time. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at the service department here. Even though I have an older car that I did not even buy at this dealership, I felt like the dealership truly valued me as a customer. My service advisor, Sean, was excellent in communicating to me what was found after doing an inspection of the car, how much it would cost to perform the services needed, and when everything was expected to be completed. Sometimes when you bring your car in for service, you never know exactly when it will be ready to be picked up, because no one ever tells you when the work is done. Here, I was told how long it would take to look everything over, and when they expected the work to be finished and what time I could come back to get my car. I was even provided with a very nice loaner car to use while my car was being serviced, which saved me the expense of having to get a car service to take me home and bring me back to the dealer later. They even washed my car for me at no additional cost, which was a nice touch. I did not feel like they were trying to sell me services that were not needed. I feel like the prices were competitive with what might be charged by an independent repair shop. If you own a Lincoln or Mercury and want good service, give Leith Lincoln a try. read more

We had a passable experience at Leith Lincoln. Decent salesperson and a good deal on the car we wanted. As far as those parts went, we had no complaints. Why one star? A finance officer that kept us waiting for three hours and an asinine company policy that discriminates against customers who don't use brick-and-mortar banks. Mind you, we had our financing in order: Pre-approved funds, plus our trade-in and a check from savings to cover the rest. That didn't stop the finance officer from taking three hours to tell us that they couldn't accept our check. We've used ING Direct for years and absolutely love them, but because the check wasn't stamped and certified by a bank down the road, the deal was put on hold. "Company policy." Well, Leith Lincoln, your company policy is antiquated, idiotic, and discriminatory against folks like us who prefer to manage money online. I can only hope some of those folks read this review before they bother having their time wasted like we did. read more
