Within the two years I was there, almost every neighbor around me moved out. The plumbing is so old that my garbage disposal always got clogged and would flood the kitchen by leaking through the dishwasher. And I made sure I didn't put anything down the disposal.if your neighbor clogged his disposal, yours will be clogged too! To top it all off, there are roaches and once there are roaches somewhere you can't get rid of them no matter what you do! Throughout the process, there were several delays due to her team not obtaining essential financial documents from the HOA for our lender. We had to take matters into our own hands and even escalate the situation to her supervisor at Palm Realty to get the necessary tasks completed, especially when she was often unavailable. If I wanted to handle the entire transaction myself, I wouldn't have needed an agent taking a percentage. During the initial walkthrough, after she assured us all inspection items were resolved, we discovered leaking showers, unaddressed bathroom fixtures, poor patch jobs, and a mess left behind by her stagers, who also put holes in the walls and left without cleaning up. To make matters worse, her stagers damaged the front door of the building, denied it, and only the HOA's security footage confirmed it. I'm not sure who she selects to work for her but we even found the sliding door handle was broken and "repaired" up with callking a day after moving in. The rugs used for staging were also concealing floor scratches, which we had already noted in the inspection report. Throughout the process, Tami's unwillingness to apply herself to a smooth transaction was concerning. I could really go on, but I think the lack of work ethic and aversion to professional responsibility I witnessed was breathtaking. I've purchased homes in many states but I would definitely say this transaction was the worst I have seen anywhere. Working with her and her team was, to put it mildly, unpleasant. My advice to anyone would be to pay close attention to every detail, or you might end up with a home that doesn't feel as new and pristine as you expected.

9/28/2025 This is the most unprofessional, rude, abusive…read moreagency by far! I received a text from Zillow that there will be a showing of an apartment I've kept an eye on for 3 weeks. The reason it took so long is because when I called regarding it the first time through the app, it prompted me to this agency and a rude woman called Bobby answered. She then asked me what I was doing at the address (apartment building) and rudely told me to leave immediately, because there were tenants still living there. Of course I turned and left, thinking it was a mix up. So today I was sure the apartment was ready for me to see. There was no one driving through the gate (the only entrance) and after sitting in my car for a while I tried calling through Zillow. It prompted me to an answering machine and I left a message that I could not get inside and what should I do? I eventually followed a car got inside the apartment. There was an open house and so I got a chance to see it inside with no furniture or tenants. There was a traffic of other people, couples who came to see the apartment. Satisfied, I left and started driving towards home. And this is when Bobby called me. She started accusing me of getting inside an apartment illegally. She kept asking me for names of people who let me in. And even though I told her there was an open house She continuously accused me of getting in illegally using abusive language. After I hung up on her several times, she gave my phone number to a man, a stranger who claimed that the apartment was his. He started shouting at me and didn't stop for me to find out what is going on. He used an abusive demeanor saying that if I don't give up the names of people who let me inside his apartment illegally, he was going to call the police. He then started repeating himself stating that he will give me in to the police. As I couldn't speak to him, I hung up on him a few times because he kept calling me dialing my number over and over again. I was shook up, speechless and kept asking him what exactly they were accusing me of? For illegally getting into my property, he said. But there was an open house and there were lots of people, I said. Why did you decide to single me out and accuse me of something I didn't do? He would not listen. So I hung up. After 7 phone calls to me from these people I called them insane. Came home so emotionally tired, angry and helpless that my blood pressure was spiking up. Seriously, don't ever call them.

They do nothing. it can cause huge health risks breathing in second had smoke from marijuana . It's a fight to get things fixed. there's a mold problem in unit #3 that past tenants have struggled with. they have put tile in the floors that disrupte other tenant's living quality. You can hear every foot steps and noise. Chairs scraping across the floors. There were druggies squatting in one of the apartments and garage for months. The owners and management company do not listen to your needs. Terrible!

I live across the street to a Marine View property rental and have had many amazing neighbors move…read morein and then move out due to illness and mold over the last 15 years. The owners and Marine view rental management have never fixed the problem. This video is of our last neighbor who lived here. The house has asbestos, mold(over 10 types) and severe termite damage that caused it to be structurally unstable. They have not done anything to correct the problem except send in unprotected housekeepers, painters and carpet cleaners. I have cameras and so do our other neighbors to prove they have not cleaned up the asbestos or mold. The house has not been tented for termites. Most of the homes have had to be tented on our street.
