As happy as I was about the delicious food, I was very sad that happy hour was over at 7 pm. When you enter, the first thing you see is the bar, which is where happy hour occurs. There were two incredible bartenders who were working tirelessly to get everyone's food AND drink orders. It was so impressive. There are many options with gluten-free modifications. The montaditos have meat on bread, which can be subbed for meat on cucumber slices (I had zero faith at first, and they turned out phenomenally). The patatas bravas are gluten-free but I'm not sure about whether the fryer is GF (not a factor for me). The pintxos are all GF. The servers are pretty knowledgeable, but it is best to check with a manager. Bulla gets crowded so make sure to get there early and snag a spot. Will absolutely be back. Don't you dare take my spot at happy hour.

Our server was nice, but he talked a little too much. He spent about 10 minutes giving us a review of the menu. I've had him before and he did the same thing. While appreciated, it makes the experience a little uncomfortable. He also had some difficulty splitting our checks. We ordered the pan con tomate, Patatas Bravas, the blueberry and ricotta pancakes and the breakfast paella. All of which were good. We did ask for the pancakes to come out later, but they came out first. Overall, it was a good experience and the food was good.

They escorted us to our table, but a smile or warmer greeting would have made a difference. Thankfully, our waitress, Daniela, completely turned the experience around. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the menu and answer our questions. She provided wonderful service throughout our meal. The food arrived quickly and was served nice and hot. Everything we ordered was flavorful, fresh, and well prepared. The quality of the food itself was excellent. Our biggest issue was the value. We understand that Jaleo serves tapas and that it's located in Disney Springs, where prices tend to be higher. However, many of the dishes were priced similarly to full entrées at other restaurants while offering very small portions. For example, the Patatas Bravas--essentially a couple of potatoes with a delicious sauce--were around $15. The avocado salad was also around $14 and consisted mostly of one avocado with dressing. While everything tasted great, the prices felt difficult to justify, especially when dining as a family. If the prices were significantly lower, we would absolutely come back because the food and service were very good. Unfortunately, at the current price point, we didn't feel we received good value for what we paid. It's a nice place to try if you're looking for quality tapas, but families should be prepared for a very expensive meal.

We mentioned we had a reservation but we were early and they were able to accommodate us. The indoor dining area is lovely with that old school Florida feel. Beautiful spanish and Cuban decor. There also an outdoor seating area which was empty on our visit due to the rain storm, humidity and heat. Our waiter was on top of everything, friendly and very knowledgeable. The food, I grew up on Cuban food and cant help but compare all Cuban food to my dad's cooking. I had the lechón platter and it was good. The lechón was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The yuca lacked flavor for me and was a bit bland as were the black beans. The rice was good. I was able to try a bite of picadillo and it was really good! I also had a bit of a Cuban sandwich which was a little different, but it was really really good! We brought family from out of town and they were all very pleased with their meals. We will definitely be back.

A resounding YES! We came here for the first time a couple…read moreof years ago and it was such a pleasant and memorable experience, we had to come back. We were told that it would be a 30-40 minute wait, but it was hardly a 20 minute wait. The ambiance of the place is so homey, and the staff is generally pleasant. First of all, do not underestimate the BREAD. It is probably, hands down, the best baguette bread I have had in the US. We had croquette and stuffed mushrooms as appetizers. They were good. For my main course, I had the mahi mahi varadero and it was really good. It came with crab and Spanish rice, and was breaded with crispy plantains. It was good, although I generally don't like Spanish rice. HOWEVER, if I had to recommend a dish, it would be the mahi-mahi cayo-Hueso. It was marinated with citrus flavors and it was divine. Now I don't know who in our party ordered the fries, but they were amazing and felt as good as home fries. Now to the dessert, we ordered almost one of each and it was some of the best dessert I have had in my life -not too sweet, made well, and with real ingredients. I would have ordered my own cafe con leche but it was too late for me in the day but man did I wish I could have had my own cup instead os stolen sips. A record would not be complete without aknowledging the staff. Our waiter was Alfredo and he was such a nice, sweet, and accommodating waiter. He was also patient with such a large party. Thank you, Alfredo!

Our server Enarxis was amazing and made our entire visit! He made us feel like family right away, shared the history of the room we were in, and gave us great tips and things to do while traveling in the area. His food and drink recommendations were 10/10: Red Sangria & Salad: The sangria was delicious and the tableside salad was so unique and flavorful. Cuban Bread: Oh my gosh... warm, perfectly crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside with butter. Divine! Pollo Manchego: Huge portion for lunch! The citrusy sauce with the crispy chicken and yellow rice was so different from anything I've had and super delicious. Mahi Mahi with Blue Crab: My husband devoured this. El Combo de Cuba: My dad cleaned his plate trying all the Cuban flavors. We loved every second from start to finish. I can't say enough good things about Enarxis--he truly made our experience. We will 100% be back next time we are in the area!

Like many of the…read morehidden gems found in some of Dali's more famous paintings, the search to find Café Gala is more than worth it for a fantastic dining experience! The incredibly curated Spanish themed menu is a perfect match with the art of Salvador Dali that you will find in the museum. You can dine in the café without having to pay for admission to see Dali's art. If you only ate in the café, you would have a wonderful experience. But, if you also view Dali's art on the floor above the café, both enhance the other amazingly. We sat at the bar and were provided with expert care by our server Shannon. She was knowledgeable, friendly and offered great advice. I started out with a Carpano classico vermouth rosso with orange peel. An excellent pre-lunch beverage. For lunch, we had the - The Pressed Serranita 1906 roasted pork, serrano jamon, Manchego, tomato, piquillo pepper, pimento aioli, chips, olives. The bread was lightly toasted, the Manchego oozing. Every bite demanded, and got, a moment of appreciation and reflection as to just how good this sandwich was. Pairing it with a glass of the red sangria was a good choice. In addition to the standard fresh fruit garnish, a big blackberry was in there too. Also, the Caprese Tuna - Chimichurri spiced tuna, baby heirloom tomatoes, cana de cabra, Valencia balsamic reduction, arugula, almond pesto, spiced pumpkin seeds, served with toast points. The tuna was just slightly seared, very tasty and juicy. I had a 5 oz glass of Albariño; a white wine native to the coastal region of Galicia. The crisp citric and sea-breeze taste went very well with the tuna. For dessert, I had the Chocolate Croissant Bread Pudding and a Cordato. The pudding was moist and tasty with the occasional explosion of chocolate chips that were baked into the croissant. We also had an iced coffee drink for dessert. She had The Tiramisu; espresso, chocolate, mascarpone whipped cream, lady finger & sea salt chocolate crumble. The whipped mascarpone cream on the top could have been a dessert unto itself. Sitting at the bar, we got to see the cooking, prep and plating of the food. Astonishingly, the cook/prep area was about 10 x 12 with two chefs literally shoulder-to-shoulder. It was like watching a ballet. I find it difficult to imagine how so many complex menu items can come out of such a small space. The atmosphere was light and airy with a few tables and the bar near large floor to ceiling geodesic dome windows. Come here for a great value-for-dollar spent dining experience.

The service was very attentive, if not somewhat pressed or rushed especially for our anniversary. Food was solid and could be spectacular, if it was more curated and less production style. Patatas bravas - good but our order took so long that we finished dining before it came. Top of the list was Pulpo, Duck Proscuitto and Pork Belly. Next was Gambas and Mushrooms. Chickens Thighs didn't meet the hype or waiter recommendation. One bite was good but otherwise missed the mark as being a bit dry perhaps sitting on the pan to be served. The flan was a nice finish. Drinks were lackluster imho. The bourbon spice rack was flat without character and light. Gin tonic Valencia way too much ice in the wine glass. Strongly suggest boosting their cocktail options. Wine options need more time to sort through. Inside and bar area was lively but a bit too loud for more intimate conversations, so outdoor worked out. I think HHour would be fun. Will try again next time. Cheers
