The oxtail was cooked exactly as it should be where the collagen is nice and chewy, with meat falling off the bone. All the meat we tried was moist and tender. For $4 you can get hefty empanadas and we tried and loved the chicken, beef and cheese filled ones. The tamale was also delicious. The food looked like it was made with wholesome ingredients and care. The cortadito was nice and strong - incredibly efficient for a small shot as we woke up after eating all that food.
