I've been here a handful of times (for both dinner and brunch), but I've gotta say that coming for brunch is my favorite! This review is specifically about their brunch prix fixe menu and bottomless mimosas. But the whole vibe of this place is giving Spanish tapas style dining. The brunch prix fixe menu comes with 3 courses and is absolutely worth the $32! I was so full by the end of it. And had food to take home too. The smoked salmon montaditos were my fav, but the Benedict and flan de coco definitely deserve honorable mentions. And then to top it off the bottomless mimosas and sangrias are only $23/person (one mimosa is like $12 so it's super worth it). At first the mimosas were rolling out kind of slowly, but then our server picked up the vibe that we were here to DRINK so he kept serving up the mimosas and sangrias at our pace :) I love that you can alternate between mimosas and sangrias instead of just sticking to one or the other.

I went to Bulla with my friends for dinner on a Friday night. We made a last-minute reservation and we were seated in the private room section. That specific section of the restaurant was very loud and cold. It was hard to have a conversation because we couldn't hear each other. Service on the other hand was excellent. Our waitress was constantly refilling our glasses and she checked on us multiple times. We ordered the pan con tomate, Patatas Bravas, potato tortilla, montaditos and chicken paella. The con tomate was really fresh and the sauce with the Patatas Bravas was delicious. The paella was really disappointing. It was so dry that we had to ask for a side of sauce. The chicken was also dry and chewy. Dinner was decent, but I think their brunch is much better.

I came to Bulla for the brunch and unlimited mimosas! Me and group of friends had a reservation on Saturday to celebrate a birthday! Upon walking in, it was very lively. Even though it was busy, we were promptly sat. Our server was super sweet and immediately got us drinks and accommodated part of our party arriving late. The first order was brought out fast. We got the croquettes and they were amazing. The pulled pork and huevous rancheros were also really good. For the last course, they brought out a birthday surprise of churros for my friend. It was a very sweet gesture, and we like how they kept the celebration low key. Overall, we had such a good experience and can't wait to come back!

I adore this place. It's so simple, modern, and comforting to dine at. I love either coming to the bar during lunch hours or dining at a table for their fixated brunch. The service is relatively quick and the people there are consistently bringing out your food as soon as possible and by name. Referring to, appetizers first ..entrees ..desserts. Love coming back to here whenever I am not sure what I want to eat :)!

Great place to get a bite with a group! I love going to tapas restaurants because you can try a bit of everything. Every plate was delicious but the dates were by far the best thing. I would suggest doubling up on them bc you'll want more than one. Our server was super great at giving us recs and she also suggested we come back for happy hour so definitely will be returning soon. There is a parking garage and little down the street and it's free so it's a perfect place to park for the strip.

YUM!!! I love a tapas place so I was super excited to try bullas! My favorite bites were the dates, patatas bravas, and burger! Seriously you cannot leave without trying these items ESPECIALLY the dates I cannot stop thinking about them. The service was good our waiter was super helpful and nice! The restaurant is also super nice and such a vibe. She told us about happy hour and I am excited to come and try that. Parking was in a garage and super easy to get to. Ok back to the dates cause thy were just that good. I want to go back so soon!

As you can see from the photos we dug into the tapas before taking the photos! The tortilla was by far our favorite, I haven't had one this good since my vacations in Spain, I would go back just for this, maybe 2 of them. The garlic shrimp was good but not great. The papayas bravas were good too with flavor but not overpowering spice. The paella was good, it was the slightly crunchy rice style which I'm not a huge fan of, but the seafood was perfect and the flavor was good. The pasta as good too with a perfectly poached egg. And the churros they brought as a free birthday dessert were delicious, I'm picky with chocolate and I could've drunk that chocolate sauce.

We had a 7:30 reservation on a Saturday and were seated immediately. I started with the bougie Palmer, which was a little lemony for my liking. My husband typically drinks modelo or corona, which they did not have on their menu so he got a Stella and then tried the 1906 reserva especial. Now for food, we ordered the tuna tartare, truffle carbonara with shrimp, and montaditos (the servers recommendation). We loved the tuna tartare, it was super fresh and the sesame vinaigrette really made it flavorful. One con was that it came with limited chips and we had to finish eating it with the spoon. For the carbonara with shrimp, the shrimp was perfectly charred and the dish was great. The montaditos was our least favorite and would not order again; the brisket was dry and the concept on the bread was strange- it was hard to bite it but also too big to eat it in one bite. Lastly we got the cheesecake which was a creamy passionfruit cheesecake. The passionfruit was a little overpowering, but other than that it was good if you like passionfruit. Some other items I would love to try next time and omit from this experience!

Came to use a gift certificate and started dreaming about the patatas bravas the day before! I had the grilled sirloin as the main, and my friend had the burger as hers with the side to be the patatas bravas as well. Both had us nodding in agreement with how yummy our dishes were. We each had the coconut flan which was perfectly creamy, and shared a pitcher of the red sangria which was equally as excellent. Ambar took great care of us!

Went tonight for a dinner sponsored by a drug rep in healthcare. They had us in a meeting room which was nice and closed off to rest of restaurant. Service was good. A bit slow though. Which was shocking cause the restaurant itself was not overly busy. They had a pre set menu for us. Got to try a bunch of the tapas plates. For my entree I got the carbonara and added shrimp. Everything was top notch as usual.

Hadn't been here in a long time and never to this specific location. The place was super cute inside, the bar was awesome. Happy hour is where it's at , drinks were delicious and food even better. Yes it's tapas and yes it's small but for the price point at happy hour well worth it. Servers were amazing and attentive at all times.

This is an upscale Latin American fusion vibe. The portions are very middle of the road - not a lot of food for the price, but the presentation and attention to detail makes up for that. The bread for the table was a sweet coconut bread - I really liked this unique touch! We tried the Arugula Salad, Calabaza Raviolis, Langosta, and Tres Leches. Everything was delicious! The Arugula Salad was very fresh and flavorful and that dish was enough for two people to share as an appetizer/side salad. The raviolis and langosta were beautiful and complemented each other very well. The Tres Leches was again very beautifully presented and tasty, but I probably wouldn't order it again (a little too dry and too sweet for me). Overall this was a really nice special occasion or date night experience. Our server was very attentive and seemed passionate about the concept of the restaurant and the menu, which made the experience even more fun!

Plenty of seating was available on what appeared to be a modest crowd. Our serving team consisted of the main server, the beverages and apps sever, and the manager who served the main dishes all arrived a welcome intervals. They all were professional and kind. We never felt forgotten. We received (unexpectedly) complimentary chips and salsa. Somehow I missed it on the menu. The chips were crispy and fresh, and the salsa had a nice kick. But, I wouldn't have ordered it as a side. I did order "The 214 Ceviche" as my app and happily devoured it all myself. The lime juice serrano pepper cured Red Snapper was very fresh, and I especially enjoyed it complimented by red onion, avocado and cilantro. So fresh! We chose Taco dishes for our main courses. The Very Veggie vegan tacos hit the taste buds with full flavor. Black beans, sautéed veggies, and the citrus dressing sparkled. My wife and I both enjoyed these more than the Street Tacos with steak. Although marinated, I found the meat cooked rightly but flavorless. The small dish of fire-roasted salsa added flavor, but the small amount ran out quickly with three tacos. The rest: Free parking can be found, especially if you don't mind walking. We parked in the lot next to the train station. Brunch is offered on Saturdays and Sundays, and include $4 Mimosas with an entree purchase. Margaritas by the dozens, mocktails, wine, cervezas, and specialty drinks are served. Desserts include Flan, Tres Leches, and Churros. From the moment we arrived, the service was practically nonexistent. No proper greeting, no sense of urgency, no attention -- just staff walking around as if customers were invisible. We waited far too long just to be acknowledged, and even longer to be served. At no point did anyone seem to care whether we were helped, satisfied, or even still there. The quality of the food was equally terrible. What was served lacked freshness, flavor, and any resemblance to what ceviche should be. Portions were unimpressive, presentation was careless, and the taste was flat and disappointing. For a place that claims to specialize in ceviche, this was honestly embarrassing. What made the experience worse was the total lack of accountability. No apologies, no check-ins, no attempt to fix the issues or show basic courtesy. It felt like once they had our order, we simply didn't matter anymore. Dining out should be enjoyable -- or at the very least respectful. This was neither.
