Then, from that point, the owner Darrin has been very hard to communicate with. He won't respond to texts or calls or messages unless we ask for a refund. Then, when he does respond he is very rude. We've been waiting for almost 3 weeks for Cobble Creek to come and correct the mistake...so living in chaos and trying not to unpack too much since we know that our "mistake" counter tops will be removed at some point to install the correct counter tops. There has been no offer of compensation at all. It simply was a mistake and we, as the customer, are suppose to accept it and live with it. Prior to having our counters installed, our contractor removed our existing cabinets and counters too soon...so, at this point we have been living without a kitchen for almost 6 weeks! It is completely ridiculous and extremely frustrating that we cannot get Cobble Creek to commit to an installation date for our new counters. Darrin's unprofessional and rude response... nothing has changed since our last conversation [2 1/2 weeks ago]...I told you it would take a few days to get it built. He refuses to give us an exact installation day / time. He expects homeowners to be home or drop everything they have scheduled to be here whenever they are ready to show up and install. These guys were nice UNTIL they screwed up and then they become unresponsive. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone or use them again.

I contacted them initially to come fix a fridge at our business. I allowed the tech in, and had to leave. He called to tell me the repair was done. It wasn't until we actually got product for the fridge I noticed it wasn't working again. I texted the technician, who said he'd look into his schedule and work out a time... So I sent a follow up text...and call,and texted and called multiple times. None of which were returned. I finally called the dispatch line. They profusely apologized and said a manager would call me back in an hour. That, friends, was a week ago. Today I called and texted multiple times. Aside from an apology there has been no follow up by Summit Logistics or its tech. Read other reviews on this company, my story is nearly identical to several others who placed trust in them to stand by their work. I would NEVER recommend Summit Logistics.

The technician, Eric was business like and quick to repair my refrigerator and took all precautions in my home abiding by COVID-19 guidelines. Before presenting the bill he wiped my appliance down with an antiseptic spray to disinfect the area that he worked in. Amazing, quick, accurate, and sanitary! I ordered 2 cubic yards of topsoil. They charged $300, including the delivery fee, and left me with…read morethis pathetic pile (see first photo). When I called to tell them they had shorted me, they had me send this photo, which they reaffirmed was indeed 2 cubic yards of dirt. That much dirt if delivered in a block would measure 6 feet tall, 6 feet wide and 6 feet deep. As you can see, the pile they left me with was nowhere close to that large, even factoring in it would not be 6 feet high as the soil would slope down the sides of the pile and make it much larger at the bottom. I sent my landscaper to pick up 2 cubic yards from the same place, and his trailer shows much more than they delivered in their truck (see second photo) Unless you want to be totally ripped off, do not buy from this dishonest company.
