The space was clean from the moment I walked in, and the attendant was incredibly kind and hardworking. She stayed busy the entire time I was there, constantly wiping down machines, walking the floor, and keeping everything tidy. There's a large selection of washers and dryers, so you don't feel like you're fighting for a machine, even during a busier hour. The folding stations were a standout for me: clean, roomy, and actually functional. I didn't feel rushed or cramped while folding, which is rare. Plus, there were plenty of laundry carts available, so no awkward waiting or hunting one down.Now for the downside, and I want to be fair here. Some of the machines are definitely on the older side and show wear. The sink was also an issue during my visit, it wouldn't turn off properly, and I had to fiddle with it before it finally stopped running. On top of that, I saw about three machines overflow while I was there, which caused some delays. My own wash cycle paused and had to be restarted by the attendant, which added extra time to my visit. Good laundromat! very clean and super friendly attendants. The older gentleman that's there on the weekend afternoons is a gem and deserves some recognition from the business owner (just my opinion). The only two cons, which aren't deal breakers for me because I value cleanliness more than anything, are that the space gets very hot since there's no air conditioning, and the restroom sink has been down for several weeks, if not longer. All in all, kudos to the employees for being hard workers. I don't think I've ever seen them not walking around and cleaning. To the business owner, I'd recommend engaging with complainants on Yelp in a more generic manner. It's really not a good look when you're having a pissing contest with them. Ok place. Pros: clean and not too crowded. Cons: NO HOT WATER for both of my 4 load washers. When I reported the issue to the attendant (which she verified) she only offered a credit for one washer even though both washers left my clothes unclean. Not the best customer service. read more

I've been here twice, it is okay. The plus is there is free soap for those that run out or choose to use it. I personally took my own. The Laundry mat is very clean compared to others I've been to. The con is that ive found items in my clothes from others in my clothes... and not nice items, im talking about pins etc. The dryers take Forever to dry at 4-5mins per 25 Cents, i think that isn't worth it, especially when it doesn't even dry properly. I separate a 3 loader into 3 dryers and its still not dry with 16 mins. There is an option to pay with your card. A lady next to me told me it is frustrating having to swipe her card many times to get to 30 mins of drying time, instead of using a plus sign to add $ to the dryer time. The isles are very small and many people need to squeeze by or even get out the isle to let others through. I didn't go back after my 2nd time. read more

Super clean! Nice new washers, mostly Dexters. Dryers worked well. Parking spots are skinny, unlike me, especially hard to unload big baskets. The place seemed to sparkle it was so clean, I saw a lady mopping while I was there. Chatted with another lady, who has laundry facilities at her apartment too, but comes here anyway. It was a pleasant experience. Free Wifi, they had signs that they provide soap which was cool, I didn't try that out. Wifi worked really well. Regarding things stolen, "watch your wallet," etc. I want to comment on that. Even a person with the most rudimentary street smarts should know better than to leave their property unattended in any regard, so that's something to keep in mind, in general. Unfortunately, there are bad people in the world, and you can't be oblivious to that fact and blame a business for your lack of personal safety habits. I don't think anyone deserves to be a victim of a theft, but I've been using laundromats around the US for 25+ years, and never had anything stolen. It's prudent to be vigilant. Very frustrating when they close very obviously early. Their clock is set 5 minutes ahead. I had an issue with their washer not starting properly. I "started" before 9pm, when I looked at it at 9:25pm it was still dry and with the powder on it. I asked for help, got it restarted and asked at that time if I could dry a couple items as I knew she closed at 10pm. She said yes but I had a feeling there may have been a miscommunication as she announced "20 minutes left before closing" to all the people there but I let it go assuming we had an understanding I would be able to dry until exactly 10pm. The laundry ended its actual wash at 9:45 p.m. and I attempted to throw a couple small items in the dryer to at least get them dried for my family to have for the morning and she told me no that they were closed. I pointed to the clock and said there was still time as it was not 10:00 p.m. and how even 5 minutes would help me to hang dry them overnight. She was not sympathetic at all and said that they go by the wash clock not the time on my phone. I understand closing time but at least ensure the clock goes by an accurate time - everyone's phone has the most accurate time! The only reason I gave 2 stars vs 1 is due to my previous experience another day when the gentleman working was super helpful, kind and the fact they offer free soap and multiple pay options as well as change options ($20 gets you 3 $5s and $5 in quarters). Machine took my $8 in quarters and won't start keep saying Network Error. No attendant on premise to assist me. I lost $8, soap and bleach, and had to change machine and all that. Update 1 hour later thẽ attendant came, I told him about and he said oh ok and something like "I think it's working". He never checked the machine, put the out of order sign on it OR even offered to pay me back the $8. Plus laundromat is dirty since no one was there (from 7-9am ơn a Saturday). Laundry mat is clean and well maintained. It was my first time here and I had a pleasant experience. Prices are fair and Laundry Mat is in a convenient little shopping area where you can grab some food while you're waiting. Just like all laundry mats are starting, they have the option for apple pay, credit/debit card, cash, and their own laundry cards. With those type of machines naturally there are some problems because of network issues but i recommend just using cash and getting quarters to avoid it. I usually do laundry at my apartment complex, but I needed to wash some large items this time. I decided to wash a couple weeks worth of laundry and multiple blankets and pet beds. Let me just say this is my first time visiting a laundromat and I came to this one because all the yelp reviews mentioned how clean it was. It's true! It is super clean here. Lots of people in other reviews mentioned that the dryers were slow but I completely disagree... it took about 15-20 minutes to dry all of my clothes and blankets. That's very fast in my opinion. I do have one concern- not really something that they can control, but be extra careful and thoroughly check inside the washer/dryer before you use it- I thought the ones I used were good to go, but when I took my clothes out of the dryer, there was a RAZOR BLADE IN THERE. I could have cut open my arm or hand. It scared me. They can't control what people leave in there so just be extra careful so you don't get hurt. Pricing is quite fair here, by the way! For a 6 load washer it was about $6 and for the two load washer it was $3.75. For dryers, it was 25 cents for five mins. read more

Walked in tonight at 8:56pm and was told I couldn't wash and it was too late. The sign clearly says "last wash 9pm"... I've been coming here for years and I always come at this time as it is less crowded. This new staff is rude and this is just not acceptable. I also found that they closed both doors before unloading my cars as to detour the customers from walking in. I'll be going somewhere else going forward. The photo was taken by another customer and sent to me after I left. Also there were no signs that said "wet floor" posted while they were mopping. This laundry needs to learn about customer service as you can see by the reply they are quite rude as the other reviews noted. These are facts mam! Female Employee working there harassed me and accused me of stealing quarters and being a non paying customer because I left my laundry in the car BEFORE exchanging out my dollars for quarters. I got into a yelling match with her in the the middle of the laundromat because I got my quarters before bringing my clothes in. I will not be going back ever again. Extremely rude and accusatory staff. They also keep raising the cost of the washes and lowering the minutes per quarter for drying. You can definitely find a cheaper and better laundromat. Save your money, and time. Go to a cleaner and friendlier one. I definitely will be. As a response to the owners comment: I was a customer. check your cameras. Like I told you and your employee. I SHOULD WARN YOU. DRY WITH CAUTION. Wish someone wouldve given me a heads up about the dryers at this place. Im use to the old dryers across my street with, running them at med temp for 40 min. But i hate that place. So I go ahead and try this place cause it has good reviews and its 100% cleaner then across the street from home. Everything is going good. My wife nd i Washed our clothes. Time to dry, i do my usual settings from this other place. Med Temp, 40 min. Her clothes finished first and ALL her clothes is damaged. (Burnt smell, streched out, twice as big, etc) I still have 10 min left on mine, i open the door, and steam everywhere. Same thing happened to my clothes. And i forgot to mention, we couldnt hold our clothes for 2 seconds cause it was that HOT!!! FML. I know at the end it was my fault, we had a hell of a laugh at the moment, it was more fuunny than sad. 2 weeks later i decided to give this place another shot cause theres almost nothing wrong with this place. The service attendant was very hard working and attentive to customer needs, wow, what a concept!! Sadly, good service is hard to come by these days. Not at Wash N Go Laundry! The free soap is actually pretty darn good and makes your clothes smell nice, plus, the dryers are surprisingly speedy and finish clothes before you think they will!! We had about 10 loads of laundry after a big move (clothes, linens, curtains, comforters) and were in and out in about an hour and a half or less. There are PLENTY of washers and dryers, so even on busy days, you'll most likely get what you're looking for. Longer hours than many other local places as well. read more

Typically we go to Blue Planet off College for the convenience, lately though it's been a bit crowded. While this laundromat is smaller, it had a lot more machines available for use. It was quiet and very clean, they even offer free soap! The attendant was very helpful and polite. Parking was plenty, the sink is a little annoying but it worked. I am reviewing Wash N Go's laundry service, which is when you drop clothes off to be washed. With a broken washer and two little kids at home, there was no way I was spending a day at the laundromat, with or without a pandemic! I think I used their laundry service about 4 times during the 2 months our washer was out of service (long story). Wash N Go were very professional and I was always pleased with the results. The prices seem fairly reasonable to me. I think the most I paid was about $37 for 3 very full baskets of laundry. I also just dropped off a king-size mattress pad and it was washed for about $14. New place I've gone to! Very clean! I love that all the machines have the option to pay with card or with cash. A huge connivence if I'm short on cash. There are several options that are labeled on how many loads to do per machine. I like that it's also a bit on the smaller side and not as many people hanging around outside. read more

Unfortunately, had my clothes stolen here, and I am looking at the other reviews and it appears that other people have had the same experience. My partner came here to wash clothes, and my clothes were stolen. We spent nearly a month going back and forth, trying to see if the owners could find footage, and they took a long time to follow up. They shared that they did not see anything suspicious happen on the footage and refused to share it with us unless we got a police report. I do understand other customers are supposed to be protected in the footage, however, the fact that it took A MONTH to review the footage, because "it takes a long time to review", was very unsettling. The longer you wait--the more rewinding you have to do! I am here temporarily from out of town, and it's a shame I got my clothes stolen from a local laundromat. This laundry mat is SO clean & I am certainly pleased!! I love how there are card readers on the washers AND dryers so you don't have to lug around a bunch of quarters. WHY IS EVERY PLACE NOT LIKE THIS!? No huge balls of hair or lint rolling around on the ground is a big deal for a neat freak like myself! Convenient drop-off hours and good service. They have been laundering my comforters for years.

It's inexpensive, clean, and new. They have free wifi, free soap if desired, and you can use your debit card for the machines. It can get pretty crowded sometimes though, and I really wish they had more tables to sit at versus just benches. One table isn't enough, and it's uncomfortable with kids running around and stuff. So much so that I probably won't be back. Edit: I actually did go back because the prices were good, but I'd go at night after work, and some really sketchy dudes started hanging out there. I actually feel afraid for the young girls that close there. It doesn't feel safe. And watch your wallet. read more

I'm writing to complain about the very upsetting and terrible experience at the 6931 El Cajon Blvd location. When my family and I arrived at 6pm 9/20/20 the laundry mat was very busy and we waited 45 minutes before washers became available.  Upon availability we proceeded to load and start the washers. My sister informed me we ran out of laundry soap so I quickly obtained more. Once I returned I was informed Daniela had spoken to my family very rudely stating , "your taking up all the washers." When I inquired about what was going on, asking if there were a limit on the number of machines that could be used on a given visit Daniela repeated the same thing that previously said speaking rudely to me as well. I informed her we waited 45 minutes before beginning to use the machines. Daneila then said, "just because you had to wait doesn't mean others have to." She then asked what machines I waited for, I showed her the machines in use. I expressed that I didn't appreciate the tone of voice and the manner in which she had spoken to me. It was at that time I asked for the site supervisor's name/number. Daneila ignored my request and went on her break. Once Daniela finished her break I again requested the name/number of the site supervisor Daniela again ignored my request so I spoke to her with a stern voice which she then reluctantly offered this number 619.760.7901to me.  Another customer witnessing the exchange between Daniela and I came forward and shared that she and her family experienced the same awful treatment earlier by Daniela resulting in the police being called. The other customer offered me what is supposed to be the correct site supervisor number for said location- 619.713.5658. Words cannot express enough how this experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I'm so upset with the lack of professionalism that I rather travel further to enjoy a better experience.
