    Yellow Curry
    Regine M.

Loved everything we ordered: - Thai jerky strip steak 8/10: ordered this appetizer because it was happy hour. - Thai tea 9/10: ended up ordering two because it was so good - Tom Kha 10/10: so refreshing and flavorful - Yellow curry 10/10: we asked for it to be mildly spicy and it was the perfect amount for me. So comforting on a cold day. Service was friendly and quick. We'll definitely be back.

I ordered takeout from Lemongrass , the Garlic Black Pepper is my go-to and it never disappoints! The flavor is bold and delicious, even to go. I also tried the Drunken Noodles this time; they were okay, but felt like they were missing something. In my experience, the food is definitely best when you dine in, it always comes out fresher and a bit more flavorful. Order less spicy than you want

This was my first time going to a Thai restaurant and it was DELICIOUS! I got the Drunken Noodles. 10/10 would recommend. They ask for your preferred spice level on a scale from 1-10. I got a 5 and it was perfect. The service was super quick too! It didn't take long for our food to come out. My only critique of this place is that the smell was a little off putting when I first walked in. Other than that, I had a very pleasant experience! Honorable mention: THE WATER! It was amazing. I would come back for that alone. Hales Scale: 8/10

The pad Thai combo lunch special

Since I was running errands, thought of Thai and came here for an early lunch, about 11:30ish. At this time there was a 4 top and a single, plus myself. Not busy at all. I ordered off their lunch menu, the pad Thai, came with a crab rangoons and a nice size bowl of Tom yum with the pad Thai with soft tofu and beef. For a lunch special, I wouldn't say it was a great bargain but you got all that I mentioned, and suppose if it was delicious, I'd have a better review. I asked my waitperson which protein would be the most tender, she said beef or chicken so I chose beef with a side of soft tofu. Bad recommendation! The beef is flavorless, tough, chewy and dry. My mind has been made up, I will not be back for a 3rd time. I gave it another chance and they failed me.

Fresh spring rolls with shrimp and peanut sauce

Thank you Lemongrass for providing a good menu that is easy to understand. The food was awesome, spicy but just enough. The broccoli was fresh and crunchy. The meat tender and with the rice on the side it was excellent. I also enjoyed the oyster sauce flavor. I always like the fresh spring rolls and you didn't disappoint me. The peanut sauce was delicious too. It was thick and the peanuts on top make it look awesome. I did like the layout and furniture you have. This atmosphere makes you feel both at home but classy too. Since you have both indoor and outdoor seating makes it for everyone's preference. Thanks again for the wonderful dining experience.

This seems to be new place/additional location of sip saam Thai. Sip saam Thai is pretty famous in Austin so thought of giving this place a try as well. Tried panang curry and pad soon wen noodle, both items with tofu and medium spices. Good Thai food location on north Austin.

    Green mussels

Food here was really good had the green mussels with the calamari and it was amazing great service. Ambiance was good definitely will be coming back.

These pork riblets were obviously microwaved. They came out 3 minutes after we ordered them and were around 450 degrees. Dog poo

Red curry is good. Drunken noodles ok. Papaya salad was just ok. Been here several times. Probably will return for the Red Curry.

My go-to order: Bún Bò Huế (rich, flavorful, and spicy), and Grilled Pork Bánh Mì (perfectly toasted bread with super fresh ingredients). It has been one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants-and one of the only places to serve the Vietnamese pancake that I love. I sat down, getting ready to contemplate the menu. I was shocked to see it was a brand new menu. I asked my server about it, and he concurred that it is a new menu, but that the owners had taken many of the former choices off. . NO more fried rice-always my grandson's favorite. Although I was disappointed when it was time to order, I chose the Mixed Protein Bun. I requested shrimp and eggrolls. It is a bowl filled with rice noodles, shredded lettuce, cucumbers, shredded carrots, and your choice of protein. It also comes with a generous portion of fish sauce. After one bite, I knew that the old chef must have left. My food was so bland. To start with, I don't think it was salted at all..... which quite often affects the flavors negatively. There were no other spices or sauce or anything tasty in my bowl. I was very disappointed. I didn't even eat a quarter of the Bun. I didn't take the rest to go and I won't be returning, unless I see that they have returned to their former style of cooking. So I'll definitely be watching the reviews. It makes me very sad to have to write a negative review, especially about a place. I have enjoyed so much in the past!!!

I chose this place due to the wide selection of different Asian cuisines on their menu. I wanted something that would be easy for my Vietnamese parents to eat. Upon walking in, the atmosphere was cute and cozy. The decor was very beautiful and gave me japan vibes with the pretty pink tree. I can definitely see many date nights here in the future. We choose many different dishes off the menu to try and we got the Pad Thai, Vietnamese beef stew (Bo Kho), special pho (Pho đặc biệt), vegetarian pho, shaken beef, short rib pho, etc. Everything tasted authentic and delicious. The food reminded us of home and it was comforting for the cold weather. The service was great as we walked in we were greeted right away and were seated. The food came out fresh and fast. I would definitely recommend this place to all!

The space is sleek and stylish, and service was fast--though all dishes came out at once instead of being spaced out. Heads up: the egg rolls came four per order, despite the menu and server saying two--so clarify when ordering. Of everything we tried, the Singapore Vermicelli Curry Noodles were the standout. I'd skip the Authentic Red Curry--too watery for my taste. TL;DR: Nice ambiance and quick service, but the food's hit or miss. Great for groups, just manage expectations.

Best boat noodle soup in town!…read more There aren't a lot of local Thai restaurants who serve this specific dish. Having traveled to Thailand numerous times in the past, boat noodle soup is one of my absolute favorite Thai dishes. This is one spot that I have consistently returned for their boat noodle soup. I will say though, that I have noticed the quantity of their dishes have gone down a little over the years, which I imagine is to be expected given inflation these days. It's a Thai family-owned restaurant, and the dishes are in my opinion, authentic. Well, at least the boat noodle soup is. I have tried the typical fried noodle dishes here as well (think pad thai, pad see ew etc.) and they are all really delicious. It's one legit Thai restaurant I would highly recommend to friends and family to visit. I came here last week for lunch and saw that they have lunch specials during weekdays. Staff is attentive and accommodating. The interior of the restaurant is clean and inviting. They even had fresh roses at every table, which I thought was a really nice touch. They also have an outdoor patio if you would like to sit outside, overlooking the road. I can't imagine sitting outside now during this summer weather we are having but definitely for cooler months. Parking is easy and free. Go hungry.

By the time we left, every indoor table was taken. While there, we noticed that many orders were takeouts. The restaurant isn't large inside, but there's plenty of outdoor seating. The atmosphere was bright and pleasant. Service was great, but we had at least 3 people who took orders, delivered food, or took care of the check. My biggest problem was that the entrées arrived minutes after the starters... way too soon... and the servers didn't know who got what. My daughter and I both had the lunch special, which is a great deal in my opinion. It cost $15 for a complete meal including a soup and crispy roll to start, then an entrée. The entrées were varied, and included choices of curries, noodles, stir fry dishes, or fried rice, each with a choice of protein (extra charge for seafood) and all with a choice of spice level. The soup was wonderful. It reminded me of when I traveled in Thailand on business years ago. Same for the sauce flavor of the stir fry I ordered. The crispy roll was excellent, and came with a sweet dipping sauce. My daughter ordered the curry with medium spice. She said the spice level was mainly in the sauce, and that hers was a great meal. Beer and wine are reasonably priced. I definitely recommend this restaurant and will return to try other foods. There are plenty of menu choices!
