Wowowowoow. -Pad see ew: 8.5/10 - I love pad see ew and the noodles here were the perfect texture, the sauce was delicious, and I loved that there were veggies incorporated. So yum!! -Garlic edamame: 8.5/10 - LOVED the flavor on these edamame (a nice garlicky kick), and they were also cooked to perfection. -pork bao: 8/10 - What you expect, but still so good!! Did a takeout order and was extremely disappointed. We were craving thai fried rice and this is NOT authentic. The rice is not long-grain, it was too saucy and there's no aroma like there is usually in authentic fried rice. For the price, I would NOT recommend. The drunken noodles had a TOO sweet of a flavor and not enough soy sauce. We ordered the hottest spice level and it's literally MILD . How could one taste more sweetness in a dish if you ordered it the highest spice option there is? The chili oil (requested for to-go of course) was literally OIL....and not even an ounce of chili.... We were in the mood for Thai food and wanted to try something new, so we ordered delivery (through UberEats) from Lemongrass Thai! Our food arrived quickly and was packaged well - it was still hot despite the drive across town. I tried the Panang Curry with chicken, and it was comforting and full of warm flavors! The portion sizes are pretty big - so this also made for great leftovers the next day. My husband ordered the Thai Lo Mein with Shrimp. This was on the pricey side, but he loved it! We also tried their Larb Kai, which was my first time trying this signature Thai dish, and certainly won't be my last. We found the best Massaman curry we have ever eaten here. I just close my eyes and savor every bite. What a treat! The ambience is relaxing, peaceful and beautiful. There are a wide variety of other wonderful looking items on the menu, but the Massaman is my favorite. The staff always asks how spicy you want what you are ordering. Out and about in Nashville and was expecting to have sushi at the Lemongrass Thai, our usual place is located in Murfreesboro. I was disappointed when we learned they only serve sushi during the dinner hours. Since we were there we opted to try the Chicken Pad Thai, Orange Chicken and the Shrimp Fresh rolls. The portions were ample for two and my disappointment instantly disappeared with each bite from the 3 dishes. Presentation of the entrees were appealing not to mention delicious! Orange chicken was lightly breaded, very fresh and the perfect amount of sauce. Pad Thai was just the way I like and even had leftovers. We've been eating at Lemongrass for many years, but tonight's experience will be our last. Ordered food, said it was ready for pickup, go to restaurant, waited an HOUR for our food, drive home. We sit down to our meal and the curry was missing most of the ingredients. It just had chicken and carrots. Rangoon was soggy and cold. Soup was cold. Sweet and sour stir fry had barely any chicken in it. One dude was running around like a chicken with his head cut off and kept asking me what name the order was under. He kept saying "sorry we are busy." No. You are understaffed, not busy. There were only a handful of tables occupied and some of the worst multitasking I have ever seen. This guy was obviously not used to high volume. I am one of the most understanding people when it comes to the service industry. I have lots of respect for people that work in it. I do not, however, have any respect for those that do not value my time nor my money. At some point, if you are allowing the quality to suffer because you're understaffed and STILL seating people and not limiting it to take out only, that is a poor business decision that serves only to alienate long-term repeat customers. A few weeks ago, we were able to stop by Lemongrass, a local Thai restaurant located off White Bridge (across from Target and Trader Joe's). The service was quick and friendly and we were seated right upon entering the restaurant. The menu had several different options available, and we opted to order the spring rolls, pad thai, green curry, and thai donuts. The spring rolls and the sauce it came with were solid, some of the better ones I've had in the area! The pad thai was delicious with a savory taste that was hard to put down! Although I only had a few bites of the green curry, the general consensus was that it was great. Both of the main entrees were quite large, we were only able to eat half (the rest were eaten the next day- tasted just as good!). Finally, the thai donuts were amazing! Perfectly cooked with a sweet, but not overwhelmingly so, taste on its own or combined with their sauce. Much like the entrees, this dish came with a lot of food (5 donuts)! We just yelped and went to this place as this was the only one open until 10pm in our place. The place doesn't look like well decorated but they tried to keep it simple. Ambiance was simple and not fancy, May be they are in process of redecorating or new management may be. But coming to the main topic - the fooood. Looking at the menu the thought of light lunch went out the window because everything sounded delicious. I started with the chicken lettuce wraps. They were so full of flavor and piping hot. Lemongrass is a solid choice for a Thai dinner on White Bridge Pike. The service is impeccable, with staff dropping by just as you are ready to order each course. While their service was awesome, I would love to try more of their dishes for a more thorough read on their offerings. I had a Basil noodle dish with chicken. I was a little disappointed that it was not at all spicy, despite the option to choose a spice level on the menu (I wasn't asked). However, the food came out hot, and I was able to stretch two meals out of it with the Tom Kha Kai soup. The soup was excellent: creamy, full of coconut and lemongrass flavor, with a decent portion. They are pretty small drink portions, and I finished my Thai tea within a few minutes before our entree came out. Great private parking lot. Worth a try! read more

It was very saucy, and the sauce was pretty tart - kind of like there was a lot of ketchup in it. This restaurant blew me away. Going in, it doesn't seem like much. It was almost completely empty at peak time during a weekend so I really didn't expect much. But as soon as the first dish came it was evident how far and beyond every other Thai restaurant in Nashville it is. It's not even fair to compare. The other Thai restaurants are middle school students playing basketball at recess and along comes Lemongrass Thai as Michael Jordan doing 360 windmills and posterizing these kids. Amazing flavors, super bold, punch you in the face flavors, which is exactly what I want out of Thai cuisine. I'll even give it props for the ambiance, which I basically never do. Super nice and heavy dishes, pretty silverware and a full bar. For food, let's start with papaya salad -- if you told me I would be able to get good papaya salad in Nashville before I came here, I would laugh in your face. It's a plate of spicy deliciousness, the slightly sadistic heat balanced perfectly with sourness and sweetness. Tom kha -- this is the dish I judge every Thai restaurant by. Buy it with a bowl of rice and dip each spoonful of rice into the soup for the perfect dish; it doesn't have to be just a soup, it can work perfectly as a stand-alone entree. Thicker than other tom khas, but not too heavy. Best tom kha in Nashville for sure, could have had a touch more lime or have had a lime wedge on the side. Massaman curry and hung ray curry were both great. If you don't like sweetness in your curry, pass on the hung ray curry, but the missus really enjoyed this. It does have a very nice nuttiness from the cashews that other Thai curries don't have. I preferred the massaman curry, myself. I thought the potatoes were especially amazing after soaking in the curry. Portion sizes were large for the price which is also nice. read more

I've been here a couple times for dine in and once for take out. The food has been consistently good and I am happy to have come based on a friends recommendation! The service has been great on both occasions. The restaurant is tucked away in a plaza and kinda blends in but there's usually plenty of parking. I love the Tom Kha here and I normally don't go for coconut flavors as it's just not my preference however this soup is absolutely changed my mind and is addicting! I chose to order a bowl vs a cup to ensure I'd have left overs. The drunken noodles have also been my go to as I like the veggies and the flat rice noodles it comes with. Best Thai around! We've come here a few times and the food is so delicious we just can't get enough! I am a curry lover and am slowly trying all their different types. The red curry is the best I've ever had (and I've tried a LOT of different restaurants in many different states) it's so flavorful, it's hard to stop eating! The massaman is absolutely delicious too! My husband loves their Papaya salad and lard na. We also recommend anything with duck. It was so tender and perfectly cooked I am getting hungry just thinking about it! The presentation is beautiful and the interior is definitely going for a classier restaurant The lunch portions are a tad small and I wouldn't suggest it if you are extremely hungry, but the dinner portions are a decent size and I love that we usually have left overs. Definitely worth the price! The only suggestion I have is maybe wiping down the walls which had splashed food on it.
